After an unfortunate series of power surges and outages due to some local power company work, we began experiencing some strange electrical issues in our home. This morning, we started having breakers tripping and finally lost entire power to our home. I called Reno after hearing good things about RSB from a co-worker - He arranged for John to come out and take care of our problem. John was very professional, punctual and took care of our problem immediately. The SRP electrician who had to be called to our house to do a disconnect before the work could be done also commended John for his knowledge and correct action to take care of our issue (a fried main breaker/disconnect into our panel). What an awesome experience. I was in a bind and needed an electrician pretty quick for some minor repair work. I emailed them at 10:45 PM at night and I had a phone call returned before 8 AM the next morning from Reno. They were able to come out the SAME day within a few hours. John was awesome, he called ahead and showed up exactly at the time he promised. What we thought was minor turned out to be a little more complicated but he had the skills and knowledge to find the right solution. He even checked with me to make sure I understood the problem and the resolution. He repaired the GFI, ran new conduit on the roof, and a few other things as well. We contracted RSB Electrical Inc. to diagnose an electrical short that we were experiencing. Robert, the electrician, showed up on time and got to work right away. Finding an electrical short in a system is not always an easy thing to do, however, Robert quickly narrowed it down to a faulty romex cable. After diagnosing the problem, he came up with a solution that not only solved the problem but also eliminated the need to cut into the walls which would have resulted in repairs and painting saving us money. Great company, great owner. I used them for years in my business. I was doing some work in my house, so I called them out. Robert installed an exhaust fan in my master bathroom and some motion detectors in the hallway. I was going to install the fan myself. The bathroom would steam up like crazy. If I had done it, I was just going to put it up and let it vent into ceiling. Glad I didn't do it and had it done right. Robert said that could cause a mold issue in the attic. He went into the attic and vented it out the wall. Did a great job. The motion detectors on the hallway lights are perfect. We had an electrical issue at our residence that needed attention. We called and spoke with Reno who set up a time for his person to come over. Chase came out and installed new dimmer switches and I asked him about a small ceiling fan for in master bathroom He pulled up and showed me on line a small socket fan/lite w remote sent me a quote. The lights were flickering randomly in the house. Call RSB Electrical to come out to check it out to ensure there was no fire danger. Reno showed up on time and immediately did a panel tune up as well as a stress test on the entire system. He also explained how sensitive LED lights are to even slight voltage changes.
