First we walked into this bright happy chill vibe brewery with a large selection of all different varieties on tap. We were immediately greeted by Valerie who explained what they have on tap, that we ordered through the bar, and what their specials were. I ended up having a peach ring drink, he ended up having 2 or 3 beers, and I bought a growler of their spiced imperial to go. We were on a mission to try chili all over Ohio so Valerie recommended the chili beer cheese fries and Cincinnati chili double cheese burger which were out of those world good! It was their own cool twist on Cincinnati's unique version of chili that we loved. I would have bought a growler of that beer cheese if I could haha. I had a fun jalapeño popper fried chicken sandwich special they were offering and it phenomenal, I could have eaten 2. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful with a nice big flavorful crunchy batter. We ate every bit of everything. We can't wait to go back! Amazing everything.

Plus there's an elevator, and they do use the upper level for seating and the restrooms. And of course there's the vault downstairs, for merch. And a drive-through. Friendly service. Basic menu but interesting variations, mainly burgers. However, I heard they had a corndog special, and just couldn't resist. Two corndogs, big meaty dogs covered in corn batter and deep fried. Served with mustard and what seems like fry sauce. Pretty good. Also beer, which I didn't try but the variety of types was tempting. Decent prices. Street parking. Now I'll have to go back for a burger.

There's a traditional burger called Signature Burger, then numbered 1-3 depending on how many patties. They have three fancier burgers -- Mushroom & Swiss, BBQ or Jalapeño. There are three types of chicken sandwiches -- Regular, Mango Habanero or Nashville Hot. They also offer chicken wings or chicken tenders with 8 sauces to choose from. Side options are waffle fries or onion rings. If you have a sweet tooth, they offer six flavors of milk shakes. I went with the Signature Burger 2 and a side of waffle fries. In addition to the two patties, it comes with two slices of American cheese, caramelized onions, signature sauce and mayonnaise. It was ready in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. They do have about ten tables if you want to dine inside. The burger comes wrapped in foil and stayed pretty warm by the time I got home. The flavor was excellent but after a few bites it almost seemed too decadent for a burger. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than it was so rich and dense that I think my taste buds were confused. I couldn't really taste the signature sauce, so I think next time I would ask for extra signature sauce and get it without mayonnaise. The fries were crispy and all in all it ended up being the perfect amount of food. I'd be interested to try one of the chicken sandwiches next time.

The signature burger was indeed the best burger I've had in this area. It's the seasoning they use. The meat is outstanding and it was well seasoned. The burger was completely balanced with cheese, sauce and meat. Five stars. The jalapeño burger was also very good. But the burger seasoning did not come through. It was a very good burger as well. Easy parking and fairly quick (they are made to order). Highly recommend.

Quick facts: Kim's Classic Diner https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100071643982262 303 W. Washington St, Sabina, OH 937‑944‑3939 Wed-Thu & Fri 7am-3:30pm; Sat-Sun 7am-1:30pm (Mon-Tue closed) Vintage 1946 Silk City Diner shell, restored by Kim & Ken Starr -- yes, it's basically a stainless‑steel time machine on the National Register of Historic Places. #HistoryNerdsRejoice Walked in at 8am, got greeted by Amber (who immediately filled my 20 oz Yeti like she'd known me for years), and felt like a regular before I even ordered. That's either great hospitality or they have a secret BaldWhiteGuy membership card I didn't know about. ‍ The food: I went with the #5 Jetstar 88 -- fluffy omelet, homefries, smothered in sausage gravy, cheddar on top, toast on the side. Because who doesn't want to start their day with a gravy blanket? * Gravy: The edible version of a warm hug that also apologizes for your life choices. * Homefries: Potato therapy -- crunchy on the edges, soft on the inside, zero judgment. * Eggs: Sunlight on a plate. Scrambled for the soul. Food came out fast, tasted like the kind of breakfast your grandma would approve of. #MostImportantMealofTheDay. Service was friendly, the place is spotless, and the era original booths are delightfully snug -- historically accurate and a gentle reminder that we've all gotten a little wider since 1946. Met Kim & Ken -- absolute #legends. They gave me the diner tour, showed photos of its journey (New Jersey New York Michigan Sabina), and told stories like it's a movie set that keeps getting better. Apparently Kim's Classic Diner has been in movies. #Famous Minor gripes: And by Minor, I mean hardly worth mentioning * Coffee = $3.05. Yes, it was good. No, it was not brewed with gold flakes. * No WiFi. Some will call it a crime; I call it a forced digital detox. Enjoy the pie, talk to a human, stare at the chrome. Final verdict -- Bald Head Rating: 4 of 5 Bald Heads ‍‍‍‍ Lost a head for the coffee price and the lack of WiFi (but gained a few for atmosphere and gravy). There were two tables of people there when we arrived and it was fairly quiet. We ordered and sat at a table and noticed there was seating outside so we moved outside to soak up some sunshine. My husband ordered a strawberry shake and large order of fries to split and we both had the single bacon cheese burger. I had mine on a gluten free bun. The burgers came out and our mouths fell open. They were beautiful with the beef, bacon, cheese, sliced onion and tomato and special sauce. We could just get our mouths open enough for a bite. Wonder how that works with the double burger. The first bite was WOW. Now this is what a burger should taste like. And the hand cut fries were delicious also. I tased my husband's strawberry shake and that was also excellent, so much so that he felt better that they were out of chocolate...lol. The chef asked us on our way out how our food was. We would definitely come back here for these burgers, fries and shakes done just right!

Everyone we interacted with were very friendly! The burgers were HUGE & amazing in construction & taste!! The fries & Hansie sauce were very good, as were the fountain drinks. The prices were pretty good, well, especially since we got the singles & not the double burgers. One of the people even suggested another restaurant in town if we ever came thru again! How classy is that?! We will definitely be back if we are even remotely close to here in the future. I just wish they were closer to us.
