We can't say enough about our experience with Rub a dub doggie Spaw. We had our 85# Goldendoodle and 20#ish Pekingese, both of whom were on the grubby side. RDDW, rolled up to my home at the appointed time, took my fur babies behind closed doors and a few hours later, my kiddos were returned to me looking spiffy and smelling so yummy! Our Goldendoodle was cut 95% to perfection - quite a feat in that previous cuts have been 50% at best. He was returned to us calm and free from stress. Our Peak was a big mess. Her previous groomer left her looking very rough. RDDS returned her to us looking like a super star! Her coat was left long and was lusterous, our baby girl was calm and stress free. So I had to switch from dog groomers as the previous groomers I was loyal for over 5 yrs ago decided to raise her prices drastically ....with 3 dogs she wanted me to pay a ridiculous amount. So the search commenced for a new groomers that my poor dogs could learn to trust all over again. I found this groomers on here and inquired on a price for three small dogs. And loves doing what she does she's so passionate about and treats these animals so good they all just love her she does our little dog Bella and she always smells so good and feels so soft for days Unlike any other place we have ever went too . First time using mobile service...the service was not what I expected especially after what I paid. I was charged $60 for the small Chihuahua. $79 for both small Pomchi/Chihuahua mix, and $79 for small terrier mix. A total of $218 for three small dogs. It's my fault I didn't ask for a quote and what is included for what I was paying for. I had to drive to Murrieta to get them groomed, when I traveled from Perris. The first time I had to reschedule because I had unexpected events pop up and affect my appointment with her. So, she rescheduled me for the next day @2. I text her an hour ahead of to make sure she has time to get ready and know I'm on my way. She didn't manage her time, because she forgot about our appointment, but managed to squeeze me in the appointment we had agreed on. I told her to take her time with my dogs, because it's three of them. I know how long it takes them. I drop them off, and a little over an hour she finished all three small dogs? I was like hmmm it is never this fast. She couldn't shave my terrier mix, because she was very anxious/ scared, but I appreciate if she didn't feel skilled enough to handle it, she didn't do it. She said just didn't want to traumatize her first grooming with her. Okay.... It took me awhile to find my bank and get the money out because I had take out more than what I'm used to paying elsewhere. I usually pay $35 max for my Chihuahuas. The terrier mix is a little extra for the shaving. So, I was shocked at the price, but I was like ok maybe it's worth paying. Maybe she does better than the other places I have been too, who already do an amazing job. I pick them up, and check them when I get home....I'm kinda disappointed. I payed so much for mediocre work. They didn't have that nice dog grooming scent, I don't think she even do the deshed on my Pomchi. My Pomchi had a lot of glue from a glue traps, she got off a lot more than I was able to get off. Bows were cute. I honestly have no idea what exactly she did or what exactly did I pay for... I noticed a lot ticks all over their ears, and legs. She said she took off 50 ticks? In an hour for three dogs???? Hmmmm. She said she did a tick/flea dip. I wasn't even consulted about that add on. I always get asked or recommended a add on, they never just do it. So, will see in 48 hours, and I already put on the tick and flea medication on the three dogs when they got home. The terrier nails weren't even trimmed and the two little ones, nails were cut meh. They had their nails trimmed better. I just wasn't impressed with the services especially paying that much and coming to her. I guess, I'm gonna have to call my previous dog groomer to squeeze me in September, and just book me a month ahead cause they definitely don't charge me as much and do a way better job. The lady is nice, but wasn't very organized or prepared. Well, I gave her an opportunity, and I don't have time to go drive all the way out there for her to fix the work. She does average work, and definitely overcharges. Definitely, ask her for prices before booking and ask what exactly are you paying for? I couldn't find a menu of prices anywhere. Most Mobile services don't have their prices posted and most of them weren't picking up....I'm just disappointed, traveling to Moreno Valley it is for me. read more

Groomer was nice and seemed patient. My dogs did not smell as I would expect after a grooming. Maybe it was the lack of cologne but for the cost ($20 per dog over my regular groomer) I expected a high end grooming. Haircut was average, unfortunately I will have to return to the groomer sooner than later due to parts left too long. Groomer canceled twice but did knock $10 of my bill. Nonetheless on the day she finally came she gave me an hour window but still came an 1/2 hour late. I really thought a mobile groomer would be more convenient turns out it wasn't. read more

She then said she could squeeze me in the following day at 2. I told her sounded great . I texted at 12:45 to confirm if she was coming. No response . This was on Thursday . She just ghosted me till the following Tuesday . She texted she had an opening 10:30-11:30. I decided to give her a chance . I was looking for something more convenient to get my dog groomed so I called Audra. We set an appointment for a week later and she showed up on time was courteous, kind and professional. She groomed my pup in about an hour and a half when normally it takes 4-5 hours when you go to the groomers.
