Several areas had gotten grubby and stained, especially in the kitchen, and we had a few small chips and pits that collected dirt. The owner, Mary Ryan, explained that after decades in this business, they have learned that scrubbing the tile by hand, touching up grout color so it all matches, and applying a high quality sealer was the best way to ensure that our floor would look as good as new.
