This last occasion, and our last straw, was I had booked her a month out for a cleaning before I had family in town. She didn't respond which was normal so I didn't think anything of it. Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. I asked if she could do it when she got back and she wasn't able to rearrange her other clients, so she said no. Just left me with no one. Could've cared less. She could've let me know so much sooner! Now, I'm stuck looking for someone else with no time to do so! We are going to clean ourselves and never hire Manex again.
