It is one of those places you can always count on when you want something comforting, flavorful, and satisfying. The pho comes out piping hot every single time, which I love, and the broth is incredibly rich and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into it, and everything tastes fresh, balanced, and deeply comforting without being heavy. Place an order for food here, was there for pick up before the food was even ready which was not an issue. The issue is at the Food once packaged up was already cold and the fried food was so soggy. So I had clearly been sitting there for a while. Special request were made for the sandwiches which were completely ignored, and when the issues were brought to their attention, their response was, we were too busy to accommodate your request. The request was simple as extra meat on the sandwich or no cilantro. Not sure how they were too busy to accommodate that. And if they were so busy, the food should've came out hot and fresh which it did not. They admitted that all the issues were accurate but basically told me to get over it and that's just the way it was. Not sure how they have such a high rating with that kind of customer service and guest experience. I had to reach out to them multiple times to even get somebody to respond to try and discuss the issue with them directly and they just brushed it off as not being a problem. My request was never to remake the drinks as i stated when we talked the drinks were fine and the only thing acceptable. The store also has my number from the email I sent so had they really wanted to reach out they could have called. I said I was going to try the Bahn Mi and I did. Chicken Bahn Mi is a 10/10. So flavorful, chicken was moist, bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. A must try! I was so glad to see the parking lot and tables full. Service was quick and our servers were pleasant. read more

We had a great first experience at Ruby Pho in Newnan! The star of the meal was definitely the pho--the broth was rich and flavorful, and the special combo came loaded with tender beef slices, fall-off-the-bone rib meat, and generously sized meatballs (we wouldn't have minded a few more, but it was still enough for my husband and our two young kids to share small portions and be satisfied). We also ordered a side of fried egg and white rice for the kids, and it was perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. They didn't eat much, so I happily finished it for them. There was a slight hiccup with the pork eggrolls--we had ordered the 4-piece set, but they didn't arrive with the rest of our food. When my husband checked in with the waiter, he said he hadn't heard that part of the order but got it in right away. The eggrolls came out hot, crispy, and fresh--just a little too late for us to enjoy with the rest of the meal, so we took them to go. To our surprise and appreciation, the eggrolls were comped from the bill, which was a thoughtful gesture. We made sure to include the full price of the eggrolls in our cash tip to thank our server for making it right. The 1st Vietnamese place I wanted to try in the area didn't seem to have much foot traffic so I kept going. I couldn't get spring roll out of my mind. Ruby Pho came up as closer to where I was parked trying to decide what I wanted other than Vietnamese. Still couldn't get Spring roll out of my mind. I parked on the side of building since I saw the sign before seeing the entrance. walk /drive around the corner. There are several spaces in the front. It sits in an office park. The inside is actually welcoming and comforting. Prices were higher than I expected. I ordered Shrimp Spring Roll (2 pcs - $10) and Shrimp Banh MI ($10). Both dishes were fresh and good. French bread had just enough crisp on outside and a little soft inside. I forced the whole sandwich but could have easily saved half. Food smells good coming out of the kitchen. I don't come in this area often. but if in area I'll definitely cone for the spring rolls. read more

Beautiful and very clean lunch option. The staff was vey friendly and encouraged me to come back and eat in (my lunch was to go). Everything was packaged so that it would not spill and separated from the cold and the hot plenty of spices that I could add in and what was great was there was an actual Vietnamese spoon making it easier to eat the soup. The food was good. The portions were good. A different review says they didn't get as much protein but that was not the case with us, specially with the springs rolls. Other places hardly give you two shrimps in your spring rolls and split them in half. The Thai tea was okay. I didn't really taste the Thai tea it was more so sugar milk and the coconut water was vita coco. I was expecting the Vietnamese coconut water with actual coconut. Be mindful that the place is a bit pricier than other places but it was good. The fish sauce was savory and not sweet. The place is really clean. The service was great too. read more

ALERT! DON'T READ THIS REVIEW WHILE YOU'RE HUNGRY!!! If you've ever had an authentic bowl of pho in Vietnam, you would know that the pho here in the U.S. doesn't come anywhere close to that authentic taste. It's not that the pho here isn't good, it's because the broth is rarely cooked for hours with real bones. Instead, I think most places use packaged broths from the market. I have been on the hunt for an authentic bowl of pho for 20 years here in the U.S. and never found one... until the day I came into Ruby Pho. (I did try Phoholic in California as well, and it was good, don't get me wrong, but Ruby's pho is better to me.) My family took a road trip from MD to GA to visit relatives, and we decided to dine at Ruby before heading back to MD. From the first spoon to the very last, I could taste that beef broth simmering, sweet with a crystal-clear base and the light aroma of star anise and charred onion. Oh boy, I was slurping that broth like it was a Slurpee. They even had "nước béo trứng trần," a type of beef fat broth with a poached egg in it. At other restaurants I've been to, if they have it at all, it's often bland, but Ruby's "nước béo trứng trần," was exactly as I remembered from Vietnam. The noodles were perfectly cooked, soft with just the right amount of chew, and the thin slices of beef were tender, bringing out every layer of flavor. It reminded me so much of the bowls I had back in Vietnam, the kind that warm your soul and make you want to linger just a little longer at the table. Ruby Pho isn't just a place to eat, it's a place that brought me back home, even if only for a meal. The care and patience they put into their broth, the freshness of the ingredients, and the balance of flavors are what make it truly special. After 20 years of searching, I can finally say I've found my pho spot in the U.S. And for anyone who misses that authentic Vietnamese taste, Ruby Pho is worth every mile of the drive. I moved to Newnan over the summer and have been trying different places. This is BY FAR my favorite so far. I was blown away by how good the chicken pho was. I also got a lemonade tea which was delicious and had fresh lemons + basil in it. I ordered delivery and everything was presented SO nicely! They included a bag with basil leaves, several sauces, fresh chili crisp, bean sprouts, and lime. The freshness, presentation, and quality stood out over any other place I've ordered from here. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of hygiene at Ruby Pho. I witnessed an older Asian lady wearing purple gloves come out of the kitchen, go into the restroom, then return to the kitchen without changing gloves. To make matters worse, she also went outside the restaurant and came back in still wearing the same gloves before handling food.
