The person on the phone told me they could fit us in if we came right away, so we arrived around 5:15 PM. We ended up waiting until about 6 PM and had Kim and Michelle (who I believe is the owner) do our nails. Before starting, I explained that I wanted gel that wasn't too thick or too thin. Michelle said they had different kinds of gels, and when I asked about the prices, she told me **hard gel was $70** and **builder gel was $110**. I chose the $70 option since it was within my budget. They started our nails around 6:05 PM and finished quickly before closing at 7 PM. Both Kim and Michelle did an **amazing, phenomenal job** our nails look beautiful and professionally done. However, I was completely surprised at checkout. I had gotten hard gel with a cat-eye color, and my total came out to **$120**. I've never paid that much for a manicure before, even my Russian manicures cost less! While I understand some services can add to the price, this total felt unexpected and not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, but the **lack of price transparency** was disappointing. Unfortunately, because of that, I don't think I'll be returning. The experience and skill were great but the surprise pricing is something I can't justify.

Still my go to nail spot!…read more I usually ask for Michelle of they are available. Here's some pics of my fab nails They have done a recent remodel, so the place is more modern.

They got me in on a busy day with their appointment tool. I showed up early to use the restroom and they were able to bump up my appointment. Relaxed atmosphere. The atmosphere was great, very inviting. I was the only customer in there on a Tuesday afternoon it was very calming for my first time. I had scheduled a Gel-X with Miss Chakrya, she is so sweet. This is the most a nail tech has ever spoken to me before it was different but lovely. I'm giving a 4 star just because of price, online it's $10 for a French tip I paid $15. The design is the same on every nail and it was about $30. I was the only one there and there was no rush I wish they would have at least tried to tell me about prices. My total should have been over $100 without tip but since it was my first time they gave me 10% off VERY APPRECIATED. I just wanna warn about the parking situation, the establishment is located in a pretty decent sized plaza but even on a Tuesday @2pm the parking lot was PACKED so go early if you have an appointment. Miss Chakrya was very kind I never felt rushed with color picking or shaping. I WILL BE RETURNING

Owner is warn, accommodating, and an amazing nail artist and pedicurist. Like most places in Federal Way, don't be fooled by the exterior strip mall decor. In fact, owner recently renovated the entire space and it looks amazing (photos attached). Very clean, tranquil and large number of loyal customers (always a good indication!). If you are on a schedule, call and make an appointment. Walk-in's are welcome and every technician is great so no worries who you get. Fridays and Saturdays are usually the busiest. They're also open on Sunday's which is super convenient but shorter hours. They do everything from acrylic, gel tips, gel, dip and more. Waxing is also super affordable and well done. I always go for the deluxe pedi but the pearl ones are also super affordable. They have all of the latest trends and colors - chrome, ombré, new cat's eye (various magnets techniques), neons, etc! Hundreds of colors and pre-made plus original/custom nail art (see my holiday nails photo). From simple, clean looks to nail art and jewels, they do it all. Bonus - three fantastic restaurants in the same mall area. Highly recommend!!!

We are normally very easygoing customers and rarely complain, even when there are small mistakes on the salon's end. The lady who did my nails was very kind, and I did end up with a really cute manicure. Even though the shape was not exactly the rounded almond shape I requested from the reference photo I showed, the color still turned out beautiful. However, during my pedicure, the skin around my toe was aggressively probed and pulled because it was thought to be ingrown. In the past, this extra skin usually came off easily when done properly, but this time it was painful enough that I was trying to hold in my reaction while she kept digging and pulling. The area ended up bleeding quite a bit, became swollen afterward, and has been throbbing for over 7 hours to the point where I had to take medicine for the pain. I even took photos afterward because I was concerned about how irritated it became. In addition, my eyebrow was over-waxed. And I really thought she was joking when she said "this never happens before." I felt like I was blamed for "talking too much," even though the owner was the one engaging in conversation and asking questions throughout the appointment. We also called afterward regarding being extra charged despite already leaving over a 20% tip, but were then told the eyebrow service was "free" because it had been damaged. Unfortunately, we still have not received a callback or response even though we had just left not long before calling. I understand mistakes can happen, and I truly appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the final manicure result, but I hope more care, professionalism, and accountability can be given in situations like this moving forward.
