My most recent visit in February 2025 was particularly frustrating--it felt like I just had lotion rubbed on me for an hour, and I honestly considered leaving midway through. To be clear, the staff--both the receptionists and the therapists--have always been friendly and professional. The atmosphere is great, and I appreciate the customer service. I would name names, but my intention isn't to make anyone feel bad or throw anyone under the bus. That said, ultimately, the service itself has not been cutting it for me for quite some time now.
