While shopping at the mall, Noel and I decided to grab some lunch before the hour drive back home. The only sit down restaurant that is not part of the mall food court was Ruby Tuesday's. They greet us immediately and sit us comfortably at a table. Noel ordered a Mr Pib and I went with a unsweetened tea with lemon and lime. I ordered the Deconstructed Chicken Kabobs over rice and Noel had 6oz Sirloin with ribs and shrimp. The food came back quickly. It was very good! I enjoyed the grilled chicken with grilled zucchini, squash, onions and peppers. I would have liked a slightly larger portion for the $14 price tag. It looked very lackluster, sort of portioned on Oversized plate. I would order again because the taste was amazing. Noel enjoyed her food as well, but her ribs lacked sauce. Ate lunch at the Mall location. The service was terrible and food awful. We were seated and a server never showed for about 15 minutes. We finally went to the salad bar on our own, which is always good and the highlight of this visit. Finally after contacting the hostess we were visited by a waitress. She stated no one had told her we were seated. We ordered tea but their machine was down, we received water - no straws- I had to pick them up at the station on my at back from the restroom. I ordered a steak quesadilla from the appetizer menu. We waited almost another 20- 30 minutes for it arrive and it really was awful. We've all had some awful restaurant visits in our life, but this was an all-timer. Even for a restaurant chain, they set the bar so low that no one should be able to lower it further than this location did. First off, the place is dead and we weren't waited on for at least 10 minutes. We get drink orders in, they take forever to show up. Reminder, the place is DEAD. There are 2 other tables sitting near us and a few people at the bar. My sister and I get the salad bar. Huge mistake. The "ham" was a weird brown/pink color and submersed in liquid. Buddig ham looks fresher and more edible then this trash. The lettuce was brown and wilted.....all of it. The "soft" croutons they're famous were hard from being out for what I can only imagine was days. My BIL got a burger and tater tots. The tater tots had been frozen, refrozen, frozen, and refrozen several times. They had a bizarre consitency and looked like absolute sh*t. But the real kicker was the "chicken caesar salad" my wife ordered. It had three or four Banquet chicken strips on it, even BROWNER lettuce than salad bar had, and maybe a crouton or two. I have no idea how this went through the whole process of it someone making it, a waitress grabbing it, then having it delivered and everyone thought, "Hey this looks great!". On June 25, 2024, I dined at a restaurant in West Virginia and thought I had paid my bill of $43.44, including a tip. However, the waitress informed me that she had messed up and that I had paid someone else's bill and requested my card to rectify the situation. She assured me that she would reverse the charge, and I would pay my bill of $54.25. When I checked my bank account on June 27, 2024, the $43.44 charge was not reversed, and I was also charged $54.25. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the general manager, Kevin, who promised to investigate the matter and issue a refund. By July 3, 2024, I had not received the refund, so I spoke to Kevin again. He informed me that the process might take a few days and advised me to call back. I called again on July 9, 2024, and was told by a woman who did not provide her name that I would need to contact corporate at 865-379-5700 because the store was unable to issue a refund. It appeared that Kevin was not working with corporate to resolve the issue. I attempted to contact Kevin again on July 10, 2024, but he was unavailable to speak with me. I have repeatedly attempted to address this issue, left a message for corporate, and sent an email. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the staff's apparent lack of integrity and customer care. read more

I had ordered a burger with fries and the fries came out and they were about an inch long not a full-size fry. My daughter and I ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl and the Deconstructed Chicken Kabobs. When we got our food, we were surprised at how small the portions were. The menu description of the Salmon Bowl indicated the dish contained mixed greens with carrots, rice, corn, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and parmesan tossed in a balsamic vinegarette dressing . What she got was salmon, rice and lettuce doused in way too much dressing. NO carrots, one or two kernals of corn, ONE dried cranberry, NO sunflower seeds. The Deconstructed Chicken Kabobs had red and green peppers, onions and zuchinni. I got TWO pieces of red pepper, THREE pieces of green pepper, lots of zuchinni and onions. It was dripping in grease. We did not order the salad bar. When I walked past it, it was all over the counter and looked very unappetizing because it needed cleaning and the food actually in the containers and not all over the countertop. After we finished the small portion of food we were still hungry. When does that ever happed in a restaurant, not usually! We ordered dessert, hoping it would be better. It was not. My daughter ordered the Chocolate Brownie Sundae Explosion. The brownies were dried out and the goblet it was served in was dirty. I got the Turtle Cheesecake. It was okay, not great. The caramel syrup was cheap and watery, even Smucker's brand would have been better. We ordered water, Lemonade and Pepsi for our drinks. The water was out of the tap! lol Who does that? The total was over $64.00. I'm writing this so others will not go and spend their hard earned money on an overpriced meal that you can't even get full on. The price would have been much easier to handle if the food had been plentiful and tasted good. The waitress did a good job, the food quantity and quality was not her fault. The bathrooms were not in good working order, one stall was out of order, the soap dispenser was side ways on the wall and the faucet in the sink was running! We had the special for the day, a Moscow mule. It was very good. We both had ribs with an additional salad. Salad was from a salad bar an it was wonderful. Lots of choices to build your own and all super fresh. Had I known the salad was going to be so good I would have just had that. The ribs were good, not the best I have ever had but pretty good. I would have given 4 stars for the food. The drink and the service from Nadia made it a five star. We haven't had such great service in a while. Went there today for Lunch, sat down and noticed how dirty it was. I probably wouldn't have paid attention so much, but not a single table had been bussed since my families arrival. as we walked out of the restaurant, there was at least 10 tables with just dishes sitting on them and no guests, just dirty tables. we then get our food with the MOST over cooked onion rings ever, literally banged them on the table and was like having a stick in my hand. my sons two chicken strips over cooked beyond belief. the mashed potatoes are out of a box, and they reheated the potatoes on a plate so much that it looked like a sponge caked at the bottom. the cooked broccoli was white in several areas, the spinach dip was flavored water basically. we didn't finish a single meal, or even take leftovers as it would be a waste. we then complained to the manager who rolled his eyes several times through the complaint and then walked off. he did Comp 1 meal but took no responsibility for the food. the brown chairs in the back have a black film on the tops of them from where they aren't cleaned regularly. absolutely waste of $70 at this place. if I'm expected to leave a 20% tip I should at least be getting that service and type of food. instead I had more like carnival food. read more

Be forewarned! This is NOT the place to go for good food. We (my wife and I) ate here today and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Here are the following FAILED grades: 1) Wait staff not consistently wearing masks. I had to ask our waitress to pull hers up when she came to our table 2) I ordered their 6 oz Sirloin Medium Rare. It was served cooked well done...actually waaaay overdone. It was inedible, like a hockey puck. I did not eat it 3) I ordered a baked potato with butter only...it was served with sour cream only. I do not like sour cream on my potato. I did not eat it 4) We had to ask for salt 5) The spinach artichoke dip was watery and tasteless. 6) My wife's broccoli was very salty. She did not eat it. I told our waitress about the overdone steak and the potato and she asked what I wanted to do about it. I told her at least take my plate off the bill, which they did. Then I asked to see the manager and was told he was very busy helping in the kitchen as they were short staffed today. I think that is the answer to my poor serving. Also, since no one was actively supervising the staff, they felt free to wander around without their masks on. This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in years. It is doubtful that I will eat there again unless all I want is their salad bar, which was very tasty. Therefore, all I had for dinner was a salad and some corn. Good luck if you eat here. Be prepared to not get anything like you expected. I didn't bother asking for a new plate because of the nearly half hour wait to begin with. read more

I ate here for the first time back in October and the food was great, I ordered a steak cooked medium and it came out perfect. My fiance (who had never been before) and I ate here two days ago, he ordered a ribeye and I had the hickory bacon sirloin. We both ordered our meals cooked medium, his came out almost raw, it was completely pink and the fat around the steak was not cooked at all. Mine, however, was cooked well done. We let the waitress know (who was very nice and accommodating) and our meals were replaced and the manager came by several times to see what was going on, the second time his was cooked as requested, mine however, was still well done. So, good service, questionable food. Steak is definitely a hit or miss here. Three stars for that first really good meal and the good service. read more

We don't have a Ruby Tuesday where I am From so I convinced my husband for us to go out to dinner. He had just gotten off work and re arrive around 5-5:15 we got sat at a table and right away no one came to us for about 10 minutes. I am a server so I went up to the host stand and waited for the host to get back, while I was waiting 3 other servers just stared at me. When the host came back I told him we haven't seen anyone and he just looked confused so I just said thank you and walked back to our table. We finally ended up getting a waitress but my husband ordered a beer in a bottle and I had to ask another server after 20 minutes for it. We saw our server 2 times. 1 to take our order and one to hover over us with the check. I didn't want to tip much because it was awful and I wanted to speak to the manager but the server handed my husband the ticket then stood there and put him under pressure. I am not by any means trying to tell anyone how to do their job and we didn't act rude but it was the worst service I have ever had by far.
