This restaurant is ok as far as food. Service is good. But the big issue with this location is that it stinks.... It flat out smells like a sewer vent pipe is dislodged or something. It sewer gas smell hits you as soon as you walk in the door. It's strongest in the foyer and bar area. I cannot believe nobody has attempted to fix the issue. Terrible service and not so good food. This restaurant has continuously gone down hill since it first opened. It's very ran down, no heat in the winter and the bathrooms are always disgusting. We usually opt for Logan's when we don't have time to wait for a table at other restaurants. However, after this visit, we won't be returning. Most of the staff were disengaged and the wait staff are slow. We waited for 10 minutes for first contact from the server and another 40 minutes for our meals. We could have done just as well waiting for a table at Olive Garden. The food was nowhere near the quality of the prices and it left my wife and I feeling icky or gross feeling after we left. Hit or miss on preparations, salad was small for a meal, salmon okay but I watched it sit for 20 minutes on the counter. Pork chops good, sweet potato raw, literally not cooked because after an hour of waiting I said I would microwave it. Loaded potato soup was good, but had to remind them to put in the bag. Service friendly, but slow and people were not fully wearing the masks and snacking at the grill. Ugh! Not one to call out the building, I love hole in the walls.. because that is were good food is found. Our family hadn't been to Logan's in quite a while and now I remember why...to begin with, the restaurant was very cold..only 2 servers...waited quite awhile for seating, then waited to get drinks, then waited a long while to get food, of which, didn't get what we ordered on one of our meals (Steak-wrong size and Raw) but we had waited long enough...then overcharged for one meal. Terrible experience. Our table was smudged with chocolate. Table was sticky it took two hands to peel our drinks off it. We didn't receive any rolls. Later when we ask if they still served them, the lady just said," yeah, ya want some?". My order of wings were forgotten in the kitchen just come out very undercooked. Horrible everything. Won't be going back. The restaurant had very few customers when we arrived at about 8:15 p.m. Only four or five tables were occupied. Our server was just OK, and she was the best part of the experience. Even though the restaurant was not busy at all, it still took more than 45 minutes for our food to arrive (only three in our party). We ordered one ribeye, one order of coconut shrimp, and a cheeseburger with fries. The fries were ice cold, as was the burger (cheese was not melted at all). The ribeye was barely room temperature and very dry, but was cooked correctly (medium rare). The sides of green beans and baked beans were cool. The first order of rolls was old - cold and hard, but the second order was hot and fresh. If you want a real steak experience in the area go to longhorns and get flos filet or go to Texas Roadhouse and get a 6 os sirloin for ten dollars. First impressions can be hard to overcome. As soon as you walk in there is a Barrel of peanuts and they were stale. I can't imagine how old they had to be for stale peanuts. Then the food was not at all like the picture. It almost looked like you might see a picture on Pinterest and then try to replicate it but it was an epic fail. The grilled foods were actually very tasty. If you have a chance to go here my advice is to stick with the grilled menu. After being on wait for 25 minutes my party was paged and we went to the host stand where the 2 hosts and a server continued to talk as I just stood there. I interrupted after several minutes to let them know my party had been paged. Our waitress was nice but but didn't really touch back with our table. My mother's steak was over cooked and 2 entrees has cold mashed potatoes. A manger never came by to apologize. We were also not offered dessert and felt rushed after the entrees were delivered.
