We were going through on our way home from South Carolina and enjoy Ruby Tuesday's menu. We waited at the hostess stand for several minutes to be seated. It did appear there were only 2-3 staff members on the floor, so we tried to be patient. We waited at our table for 20 minutes did not receive service or even see waitstaff in our area to flag down. We received a tremendous amount of attentive, friendly service from our server J. She was recently off orientation and will be a valuable member for this establishment. She apologized for the wait, which we were fine with because there was only one person in the kitchen and unfortunately it was obvious. This restaurant is worn out in many appearances and aspects. The tables, chairs , tablecloth all need replaced. We came for the Famous Salad Bar. We did not order after seeing. Only one type lettuce but placed in 3 dishes (as if it were different), eggs were mushy and wet. Cheese also had wet appearance. The bar was very pickled over and skimpy. Appetizer Boneless Chicken Wings $9.99- 5 wings. Overcooked Crunchy. It tasted frozen. 2/5 Chicken Cajun Pasta $14.99 Simple Ingredients with flavor and color. Chicken was grisly and overcooked. 2.5/5 Ribeye 12oz. $23.99 1/5 Order Medium Received Well done Fries were wet, small portion served in the juice of the Ribeye I don't know if this restaurant has a chance. Today was a Ruby Tuesday kinda day. I decided to browse the menu and see what I could cheat with. Yeah, you heard it right. I wasn't counting calories at all! Today was "eat whatever I want and still look flawless". My husband went out and grabbed some dishes for us to try, and I have to say Ruby Tuesday didn't disappoint. We tried out the mozzarella sticks, and they were good and crunchy. Next was the coconut shrimp, which had a sweet and flaky tropical taste that came with a chili sauce. Following, was the impossible burger with fries that has always been a favorite of mine. It was delicious and fulfilling. My husband had the American smashed burger that appeared to be juicy and meaty. He raved about this burger to the fullest! The last few items were fish and chips that were crispy and golden battered with seasoned fries. Finally there was the cool and leafy salad with mixed greens, edamame, cucumbers, cheese and cherry tomatoes. Everything was amazing and the staff were kind, super courteous and prompt with the service. The restaurant was nice and clean with music playing in the background to give you that welcoming vibe. Look I normally don't check in at chain restaurants. Today I came to Ruby Tuesday's and my steak was cooked to perfection and my chilli lime ribs were fall off the bone. What happened to the Ruby Tuesdays we once loved ? My date ordered a medium rare sirloin steak and a baked pototoe and I ordered coconut shrimp with fries. We both had the garden bar. The meals was served by our very nice waitress. My girl likes her steak medium rare, cut into steak and it seemed like a fresh kill. Not correctly prepared. Was sent back and placed on the grill to be further cooked. Came back cooked okl,but had a weird taste. The broccoli was cooked ok but had many brown spots. Baked pototoe was fine. My coconut shrimp was over done to the point it was not good. Crinkle fries were ok. Garden bar was ok, not as good as it once was. No apple salad which we both enjoy. On the plus side ...The waitress was point on with her provided service. The manager came to our table and listened to our complaints and adjusted our bill, 2 garden bars $5,99 each and soda. To be honest we left with a whole lot of disappointment in our meal. We would steer clear of Ruby Tuesdays, what was one of our go to restaurants is now off our dining list. The server took our drink orders, came back in 15 minutes with no drinks and took our order. The wait was about 30 minutes. We had ribeyes with baked potatoes. My potato had rotten places so I asked for another one. The steaks were very tough. I had finished my steak and she came with another potato. I asked her to take the price of the potato off but she said it was removed but no change in price. We were not offered any drink refills. The restaurant was almost empty and I can see why. We had not been here in probably at least a year. We revisited because of the deal of buy one steak get a second for 5.00. It's not worth it. A coworker and I stopped for lunch today- my first visit in a long time to Ruby Tuesday, and first ever visit to this location. It was not busy at lunchtime and it was understaffed. It took several minutes before anyone even greeted us at the door. Once seated, our server KENYATTA took our drink and food orders. She seemed to be responsible for serving at least half of the customers there. Even though she had a whole lot going on, she did not rush us. She took time to explain menu options, pricing, etc., and got our orders out quickly. We also heard other customers commenting about how hard she was working. (The food was good and reasonably priced.) The difference maker that turned this 3- to 4-star experience into a 5-star experience is 100% KENYATTA! There are tons of reasons why ruby Tuesday has gone downhill but today has been the worst. We came here for a quick meal and it was everything but quick. They didnt even have kids menus to start off. The waiter took forever to even come greet us and get our drinks. By the time he came, we were already ready to order. So there was a group that came before us and a group that came after us. The group that came after us was served before the group that came before us ! How does that work? We waited almost an hour for our food and we didn't even order anything difficult. I understand being short staffed but to only have 3 tables in the entire restaurant, this was ridiculous. Especially when the waiter didn't check on our tables not once. We didn't even get refills on water. I usually order to go when I get ruby Tuesday and even then the orders are never done on time. This was such a disappointment to wait this long and have such poor service to be done with my food in 6 minutes. I had an evening at Ruby Tuesday's and they were full welll only had maybe 10 or eight or 10 people eating there they had maybe four or five DoorDash orders and no one seated us and they said the bar was open and the price is $5.99 when I got ready to check out, they said the order was $28.98 total for two no water no drinks no nothing not even silverware no one even came by to say hello and the manager arguing about the price that the door attendant gave after speaking to one of the persons working at the bar I was very dissatisfied with this location. I was on a road trip and decided to give Ruby Tuesday a try considering the limited options off the exit. The overall experience was terrible, from when you walk in to the smell of watered down bleach, to the long wait for service. For the restaurant to smell like that, and the women's toilet stalls to look as dirty as it did... was surprising. I ordered a burger and fries with the salad bar to keep it simple. The salad bar had great options; however, I waited over 40 minutes for a medium-cooked burger that I didn't ask for. I worked close by this location so my coworkers and I decided to place an order over the phone for three separate orders. The order was placed around 12:15 in the morning and the lady over the phone said that it would take about 15-20 minutes later. The person who drove to pick up our food got there about 12:45 and had to wait an entire 20 minutes for them to start cooking our food. So by the time that we got the food, it had been close to an hour. We didn't get our food until 1:15 and the location is a five minute drive down the street. Price: food was overpriced for what you get and the quality The food was okay, edible but definitely nothing to rave home to about. I won't be going back this establishment at all. Where do I start? First of all in the empty building they put me in the small booth, I'm 6'4", after asking the waiter what's good he says the menu is new I couldn't tell you. So I go with my gut Bourbon Chicken Hoagie type thing, put the order in waiter comes back we don't sell that item here, ok give me the Cajun pasta, he later comes back and says they don't have the noodles for that dish. I say change out the type of noodles it's cool throw an extra scoop on there for my troubles. They bring out our flavorless food with overcooked noodles and half a piece of chicken breast on my packing chicken plate, my guest ordered a burger off the menu, simple right, they brought out something completely different from what she ordered. I haven't been to them in a number of years in Florida because they closed the one near me. When on the road for many years I would stop and get a great meal with generous portions. I don't know if it was this location or they have changed so much. My family of 5 visited this location after we dropped my soldier off at Ft Jackson after Family Day. We just wanted a good meal after a long day. We showed up at 9pm, they closed at 10pm. As soon as we were showed our table, my teenagers heard the waitress say that she didn't want to serve us (she said it to another waitress). My kids did not tell me that right away because we would have left. The waitress was very bland and nonchalant. Food was ok. I'm leaving this for other military families that may visit. I didn't read reviews for this Ruby Tuesday until I'd been seated, ordered my food and had waited about 15 minutes, in a less than crowded restaurant, with my food having not been served yet. Those reviews all stated that the service was very slow, some would say straight out bad and I will now have to agree. Unfortunately I didn't note what time I placed my order so I can't say exactly how long it took for my food to arrive, but it was definitely much longer than necessary. Once the waitress took the order, she didn't check in on my table again until she brought the food. She had several tables in my area, all who were seated after me, so she could have given a status on the meal or checked to see if I needed anything else. The food itself was good, so no complaints on that. When I was ready to leave I had to yell as she was leaving the area to get her attention to have her bring the check and a to go box. It took 5-10 minutes for.her to return with the to go box and she had actually placed the check inside the box...where my food had to go...yeah, will not be going back to that location. read more

The Bella Chicken, has two grilled chicken breast marinated in a creamy butter & lemon sauce with Portabella Mushrooms & Artichoke... an excellent dish you can taste every ingredient this dish as to offer!!! The Classic Hamburger & fries Hubby says it was delicious' I also had the Blueberry Sangria, an excellent choice with the meal I had. The guy/manager in the pink shirt with the white frames is letting the employees run all over him and should not be in the position he's in. This place is a horrible choice for lots of many reasons. If a "0" was a choice on a review that is what we would leave. For beginners, we told them at check in there were 6 people in our party. When they went to seat us, they took us to a booth that would have only seated 4 max. It then took our server over 15 minutes to take our order. He asked a million questions, asked us how to spell things numerous times, and then couldn't keep the orders straight once he took them. He took drink and food orders at the same time, which is fine, but instead of taking an order of one table and putting it in and then bringing drinks back we proceeded to wait while he took drink and food orders from every table in our section. When we ordered, he had no idea what came with sides and what didn't. We tried to explain the menu but he insisted that we had to order sides (when there were no sides included) so we proceeded to order sides so he would finish our order. It was another 15 minutes after placing drink orders before they brought 2 drinks. The remainder of our party waited another 5 minutes for tea. The glasses still had soap in them. The straws were not wrapped but were dug out of the waiter's nasty apron. He came back again to ask about a food order at our table before putting the ticket in. After 40 minutes of waiting, the patrons at the table next to us who still had not received drinks left. When the waiter returned and was told they had left he immediately went into a fit-yes a cussing fit about how those bar drinks would come back on him, etc. meanwhile, our young children were listening and watching this happen. After being seated for an hour, we received food-a little at a time. Cheeseburgers came out with the cheese on the side of the plate-melted to the plates-not on the burger, not on the bun, on the side of the plate. We had to ask for silverware and napkins to only be greeted with plastic forks and knifes (like a to-go order). Our waiter then left the check with us-as soon as he had delivered food. There were charges for food we never received and at this point we just wanted this horrible experience to be over. We asked him to remove the food we never got from the bill. When he delivered one food order which the menu indicated came with a breadstick, he said he would have to tell the kitchen to cook it. One female employee was seen crying and leaving the building as if she had been terminated or walked out. This restaurant was not crowded and the few customers there were trying to be patient, but the staff could not get it together. Dinner elsewhere-highly recommended. read more

Food was subpar and my husband ended up getting sick after only eating a small portion of his meal. When we asked for straws we were informed that they didn't have any straws. Did management even think about borrowing from another location until their order came in? Service was poor this time. The waitress was completely clueless. maybe she was just new, we can only hope, but here is what happened. A friend of mine asked for a glass for their beer, and the waitress brought a glass full of ice. Then when we ordered, she wouldn't let me order an appetizer with the salad bar. I wanted to order the quesadilla appetizer, but she said I had to order the quesadilla entree to get a salad bar. I didn't argue as I was hungry. I have always ordered an appetizer for my entree. Ruby Tuesdays even suggests it. When I got the quesadilla entree, it came on a small plate with a few small triangles. Are you kidding?!? I got the appetizer for the entree price. My meal was like $10. We never got our drinks filled either. I'm going to blame this bad experience on the service. I go here often and never had terrible service. Went to Ruby Tuesday on Garners Ferry. Ordered the salad bar and my friend ordered pasta and a shot of Tito's. They charged her incorrectly for the shot ($9 for Tito's is ridiculous). The salad bar was unclean. Then one of the staff members yelled at me and slammed her hand on the salad bar (it startled me) for not wearing a glove at their gross salad bar but the gloves were not in a visible place. When I asked her to please not be rude to me she said she was going to be rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he appreciated the input but that employee is "just like that". Ruby Tuesday is a comfortable place for a good meal. What I don't like is their bar area. You cannot move the chairs at all so if you are a little big, you won't fit in them. Were people walking off with your chairs and that was why you nailed them down? Anyways, the food was good. He got the bourbon chicken and I got the grilled salmon. He added the salad bar for an extra $3.99. The next time I go I'm just going to get the salad bar. My salmon was good and came with two sides. I asked for grilled zucchini and rice pilaf. We both agreed the zucchini was delicious. He said his chicken was just okay. Would I come back here? Yes, for a chain restaurant it was good. I'll catch you on the flip side. read more
