I've been here about six times and totally satisfied each time. They messed up on my friends chicken Caesar salad and they offered her a replacement with no charge at all. Also I'm a vegetarian. so if i order any meat items, I order without the Meat. So they always give me a side dish as a meat replacement. read more

I know that it's a casual chain and most of us have our minds made up about these kinds of places, as a whole. They serve their purpose and if you keep your expectations realistic, you'll have a good experience. Prior to going in, I had that fully in mind, but I think I need to just voice my thoughts so I can move on. WHY ARE THE MENUS STICKY? It means that invariably, people are eating with their hands and then touching the menu, most likely to look over the cocktails or desserts. With that in mind, I'm asking for you to follow my train of thought. Ready? People who eat finger foods will do one of two things with the goodness left over on said fingers. A - wipe it off with a napkin or B - lick it off. I hope you're still following me here. If the menus are sticky, it means that a set of people have re-touched the menu after partaking in finger foods. Out of that set of people, there are those in the B category, who will absent mindedly lick their fingers and then pick up the menu again. This means, I and all other customers, are given food and spit covered menus, to choose our potential meals from. That means, hypothetically, if I'm ordering finger foods for myself, my hands will have come into contact with old food and spit, before i'm eating, which is just nasty! In short, WIPE DOWN THE MENUS, Ruby Tuesday! In fact, get menus that can withstand a thorough wipafication process because the coated paper ones were barely hanging in there in the first place. My food, btw was fine. I got the chicken bella with zucchini and broccoli (yes, Sam H is trying to make some healthy choices in life {my meal was also flatware reliant}) and the kids had the mac and cheese and chicken fingers. I ordered a beer, a Fat Tire, one of my favorites, and it tasted off. Kind of like it was cooled down, and the allowed to be brought back up to room temperature and then cooled down again. Its supposed to be a nice malty yet light beer, but all I got was sourness. No bueno. I still drank it because I'm always leery about sending stuff back. The service was fine too, quick and friendly. The second I walked into this place it smelt like a horrible scent of wetness. However, I was limited on option for food in the area so I felt I had no choice but to suck it up. I sat at the bar and as I looked over the menu I asked if they had a vegan/veggie patty for a burger but the bartender said no. She then pointed out another option for me; one where I could get 3 sides plus the salad bar for about $12.00. The sides were fair options of veggies and to my surprise, the salad bar had a ton of options! Much like any other vegan I hate going out to eat and only having salad as an option however this one actually made me look forward to my meal. Stay away from this restaurant- my waiter Domini C was ok but needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Place is dirty with flies flying around. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Management should be ashamed for managing as such. I won't be back!!! read more

What happened to good restaurants? Our waiter was in training, nice kid did a good job. The hostess was very nice as well. That is where the one star was used. The food was gross. My daughter ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. The bun must have been set on a wet plate, got a visual! The avocado was black, chicken had zero flavor. I had a burger cooked to perfection. The only problem was it had zero flavor? Here's the kicker..... they brought my wife's grilled chicken out with steamed Broccoli and left the Broccoli in the bag they obviously microwaved it in! Seriously...... I almost started laughing. I know they were trying to deliver the veggies hot but really? I wish we would have gone to the mall and got a hotdog. The food was okay, the service was terrible. I ordered ribs with a dry rub. I smoke ribs at home and they are much better than these. The ribs were good but not great. The service was terrible the waiter didn't come by the table for 20 minutes after we are seated. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. We waiter clean the table behind us and sat the dirty dishes on our table while he stacked are dishes on top. That was crude and disgusting. read more

As soon as we walked in, the floor was sticky, meaning they're using a dirty mop to clean the floors. Customers that walked in front of us were seated immediately, while we had to wait for a table for ten minutes. Meanwhile, the entire place was empty. We patiently waited to be seated. When we were escorted to the table, the hostess didn't seat us, I'm sure it was the manager that did and sat us a dirty table. It was very sticky, wet, and still had condensation from cups from the previous customers that sat at that table. I've been a couple of times. Considering that we are are very nearby (one of the walking distance hotels) and options for going out nearby are kind of limited, this is probably going to be our best choice. Salad bar never disappoints. Service can sometimes (most of the time!) be pretty sparse. I've waited more than 10 minutes to get a drink order in, and that was on a slow shift. I was one of MAYBE six tables in the entire restaurant. Just don't be in a hurry if you're going here. read more

I've eaten here 4 out of the past 5 nights while staying at the Residence Inn down the street. Not terribly surprised, but the service is horrible. Each time I wait at least 10 minutes for a server to approach me. The food is blah at best. Kinda what you would expect. Unless you have to eat here, I'd recommend you find somewhere else to go. read more

Don't sit at the bar when Jaime is working. You'll hear constantly how much she wants to go home as she tries ever so hard to ignore you and act busy. After you're done watching her hurrying to clean up behind the bar and break numerous glasses on the floor she will hastily wash off the bar seeming to purposely sling food on you. read more

Just had lunch at this location. This time I'm trying their Rib Eye Steak. It comes with the salad bar & 1 side ($19.99). Not a bad value. But the Ribeye is a little disappointing. I ordered medium rare; it came out well done. I told the waiter & he re ordered it for me. It came out better than the last one, but it's unevenly cooked. 1 side was medium rare, the other side was medium. It totally lacked flavor. It maybe due to the meat quality. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant close to my hotel. I'll go somewhere else if there is another choice ! read more

The atmosphere is nice the hostess was very nice every time I go there. I travel a lot and I stay at the residence Inn so therefore this is the most convenient place to go. the worst service either! Once we walked in, we was waiting in the front for at least 10 minutes until the hostess finally came to ask us how many people. It wasn't even busy! Normally once you are seated a server will come at least 2 minutes after to give out menus and ask us what would you like to drink. No he came 10 minutes later. They even charged us for something they didn't even give us for the kid's meal, we told them about the situation and the server solved it by letting us pack a salad to go from the salad bar. Hey, worked for me! We were staying next door at a hotel, so hit up happy hour. We got the best burger for $5. Can't beat it. Margarita for $3 was a total deal! Came here on a Friday night at 7pm, we sat right away. Waitress was quick and very nice. Started with 2 flatbread apps and the Thai phoon shrimp. Flatbreads were really good, shrimp were decent. Good for salads. Salad bar was clean and the food was fresh. I would recommend getting a salad with whatever you decide to eat. After all, it's all you can eat and who doesn't want to indulge in a healthy salad. Initially, I thought this was going to be like another Applebee's or Chili's, of which I am not a fan. Fabulous service and food - Went to have dinner at this location and was greeted immediately then seated in the bar area where I enjoyed an awesome meal. I left my Prada sunglasses behind and realized this the next morning as I was flying back home to Florida. I called the restaurant and spoke to the GSM Rich who said they had found my sunglasses and I asked if he could mail them back he was more than happy to help. I sent Rich a prepaid label via email to ship them back however he was unable to open it so he not only mailed the glasses back but he ended up paying the postage to do so. what great customer service. I had low expectations as a chain, and they somehow managed to exceed them! Waited 5 min for anyone to come to the hostess desk and seat me, then waited 10 min for a server. The soup was so salty it was inedible. Salad bar was mediocre at best. I was there for 90 minutes for a party of 2 to get one bowl of soup and one plate of salad. Forget refills on drinks; you'll get one and then never see your server again. We even had to find her to get our check. When you say hi how are you to someone, you would expect a hi back at least plus my boyfriend got sick after eating the burger. Second time we did a take out order. We ordered for 2 people. My wife and I went yesterday for the first time and I can honestly say it was GREAT!! the waitress was very attentive, not a large crowd for a Saturday afternoon and the food was exceptionally good. Food is mediocre at best. I called in an order for pickup, waited a half hour because it was a busy Saturday. Got there to pick up my food and was told to wait at the bar, (odd, but whatever).
