So I gave over a review on Ruby Tuesday's about a month ago and it was good. But I just went this past week with a friend who thought I needed some time Out of the house. Let me tell you it was a disaster from the moment we walked in. First we waited about five minutes before anybody came out of wherever they hang out when they have no customers. Then when we were seated I ordered my usual drink at Ruby's.The Ruby Relaxer! She bought me a drink that was a pale yellow, and I thought perhaps they changed something in the drink. But it was not a ruby relaxer, so I complained and showed her the menu where the relaxer is red. She took the drink and went back and brought me a pink Ruby relaxer. Still not red! But I kept it. Ordered my dinner scallops with baked potato no veggies. Scallops came and were brown around the edges which means they were overcooked. I got rice and broccoli. My friend asked did I want to return it and I said no it's OK. I'll just take it home for Luis. When they gave us the checks, I complained about everything that had gone wrong and she said she would speak to the manager. I heard her talking to the manager, but when she came to the table, she said, would you like a baked potato? What in the world is going on, is what I thought. I said to my friend let's just get out of here and we paid the bill. No discount no nothing from this manager. And if I want a baked potato? As I said, in my first review, we go there at least once a month. But I believe that we won't be going back there. Sat at a table near the bar, since there was no host and no (seat yourself) sign. Bartender spoke and then completely ignored us and continued arranging stuff behind the bar. At no point did the Bartender offer water or a menu.Waitresses entered and exited the kitchen 5 or 6 times and looked at our table., but never bothered to acknowledge us or make any effort to bring water or check on us. After nearly 10 minutes of being completely ignored we walked out and found another restaurant. This Ruby Tuesdays will definitely be removed from our restaurant choices. A restaurant experience where the staff obviously have no desire to serve their customers is not the dining experience I want to spend my money on. read more

I was craving a Ruby Tuesday salad bar and decided to give this one a chance. The lettuce was wilted and discolored. Several items were empty or missing from the bar. There was food debris on all surfaces surrounding the food. The floor surrounding the bar was sticky. The tables were worn and scratched and the seats were cracking open and were not comfortable. The staff was not great either. I would not recommend this location. read more

I haven't been here since before the COVID 19 shut down. So it has been a good 15 months or more. Now, I know the pandemic was brutally on restaurants, but this restaurant managed to survive. Warning they are short help. Upon walking in the bar has a massive table filled with to go bags. Delivery and pick up. The employee guarding the food acknowledge me and that was it. Asked for a table and received a blank stare. I waited a few minutes until a women appeared and asked how many. She seats me in a both with a terrible chirping sound going off above. So kind of alarm or warning sound, so now I am thinking what is going on here. Dinners are in their booths carrying on no one notices this sound. Waitress comes over and says, " I am moving you down, so you do not have to hear the alarm while you dine." Apparently, service had not arrived and they were working and seating dinners while this alarm was chirping all day. Carpet in the dining section I was in was worn and the rubber backing was showing and sticking to the souls of my sandals. They still over the salad bar, but there were no takers. Wise decision. Pandemic is not over. ONE waitress for the entire waitress. This women was doing a great job. She was attentive, and making sure she made up for the day's situation. Cook was slow, or did not have help, because it took awhile for the triple prime cheese burger and fries to arrive. But it was hot. If you are going to this location, have some patience's as the restaurant is under staffed and so of the employees are dedicated to good service. read more

I ordered the food online today 12/6/23, when I went to pick up they said they didn't know about it, they didn't get the orders, then I showed the proof of my order online, they cooked for me so made me have to wait. Even though it didn't take long time, but when I got home, I just saw that they didn't give me baked potato that had to come with the steak. I'm disappointed with it. read more

I'm still astonished at the sheer indifference to the BASIC customer related skills. We received a NOTICEABLY dirty highchair which I cleaned with paper towels from the bathroom and my alcohol solution; we did the same with the table since it was sticky; no napkins offered with the meals so back to the brown napkins AGAIN; I received cutlery because I ordered the salad bar...no one else at the table did because she decided that they didn't need any. Horrible service! Waited 10 minutes to be seated, hostess was just walking around the bar area and ignored me. Finally asked her to seat me. There were only 4 patrons in the restaurant including me. She took me to my table and after 10 minutes no one had come to take my order so I helped myself to the salad bar and had to grab some utensils from another table. She finally came back and took my order brought my tea back five minutes later, was supposed to be sweet but it was unsweetened. Never came back till she brought my food 30 minutes later so that's when I told her about the tea. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but they didn't bring the breadstick. I asked her about it and she said I think we're out I said can you please bring me some kind of bread to eat with my pasta. She came back with a breadstick that was so hard I couldn't break it. She came back to the table next to me and the gentlemen told her she wasn't doing a very good job and she told him he hurt her feelings that everyone loved her. Definitely not true. 10 minutes later she brought me back 2 soft breadsticks which were good. Cajun chicken pasta was a little bland but overall not bad. My mother's beef tips were burnt, after letting the waitress know, she then said she would inform her manager and have her come talk to us. An hour later the manager comes over after we asked the waiter what her name was. When she came over she didn't even introduce herself, she just said somebody asked to speak to me. We had a party of five and all of our orders were mixed up on each individuals plate. One of our buddies asked for Mayo for his burger and received tarter sauce. They did take the burger off for the inconvenience, but we all had loaded fries with cheese and the cheese was not melted. The service and food at this place is horrible. I went with my Sister for her Birthday. First, apparently the new menu is a surprise to this chef, as the items were not available or he did not know how to cook them. While 2 of our table received their meals, we waited 40 minutes for ours . They were almost through when we got an overcooked, lukewarm plate. When I complained all I got was platitudes and an offer of desserts. If they can't cook the entree, why would I wait for dessert? My Sister's birthday was ruined. I had the misfortune of sitting close to a "bitch" station that had a computer they use for screwing up your evening. All I heard was non-work related complaining and printing out tickets that the act alone, borders on the criminal! You will see pics of the menu and pictures of my slop that they tried to pass off as a meal. I was disgusted as the brought out the "New Orleans Seafood" that looked like a can of big sardines with a can of non-heated soup poured on top. And I truly mean a whole can of cold soup slop. Ok i actually had to wait until my second visit to write this review. I came here two days straight and order the same two dishes to go. The parking lot is a little tight but it is conveniently located off the main road. Everything was wrong. The first time I had a salad with no salad dressing. #DryChickenSalad. I also received a someone else's meal and was initially missing my second item. The second day I had sauces on food that was specifically requested to not be added. The salad was soggy because the chicken had been sittting on top for such a long time. They were nice but slow, very slow. If there only a hand full of people in the store, my order should have not taken a hour to receive. I definitely can't recommend visiting the location. read more
