Menu: they have lowered the quality of food over the past decade to try to keep prices from going up. That's a recipe for lower quality every time. Atmosphere: it was 90 degrees outside and about 65 degrees inside. I was freezing the entire time, said something but never felt any improvement. This location is SO MUCH BETTER than the one in Rehoboth Beach. That location is always hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The Milford location, by contrast, is consistently good. The salad bar is always freshly replenished. Service is fast and friendly. Everything we've had is very good. Burgers especially. read more

Salad bar is sloppy, ALL the dishes were dirty for the second time ( last time for me). Waitress was great but front desk girl was incredibly nasty. When I gave her a plate that was dirty and quietly told her about it she pushed past me and put it back in the stack with the other supposedly clean dishes, me and two other people were still finding dirty dishes in the supposably clean stack so I ask for a manager I also asked out loud does Delaware have a board of health only then did she send somebody to pick up the dishes and bring them back to be rewashed. We ate there was a large table of us we go to meet so Ruby Tuesday was actually a very convenient place but three of us were sick the next day, was it a coincidence or was it because of the filth that was in that Ruby Tuesday I don't know. Also the restrooms had such a stench in them they have not been cleaned and God knows when. Obviously there is no oversight in this restaurant. BEWARE read more

Four of us went into Ruby Tuesday of Milford, De. for dinner this evening. Our appetizer got messed up and not only the wait staff, but also the manager were more than willing to take care of and correct this issue and also provided our table with some delicious desserts. It is so unusual in the world today to see staff go out of their way to correct issues that arise while you are a customer in their establishments, so to have the Milford, Delaware Ruby Tuesday Staff handle our situation in such a great and positive way left our party with feelings of genuine pleasure. read more

I can't believe the ratings. I usually know what to expect with a chain restaurant but was floored by the incompetent chef. I ordered a rare steak and they sent completely well done steaks 3 times that I just gave up. Any chef who can't cook a steak MTO should not be called a chef. read more

We just love eating at this Ruby's. Our favorite appetizer is thai phoon shrimp; the best bet in the menu are burgers, as there is no good burger place around. The service is always good and servers are very friendly. Alcohol choice includes wine, beer, hard and mixed cocktails. This place can be very busy on Friday nights, especially during tourist season. We arrived and were seated , after a couple minutes our what appeared to be a terrified waitress who stated she was scared, she took or drink order I order a Coors light draft (I'm47) she stated she didn't know if they had that on draft I informed her a bottle was fine. my son order a coke chocolate milk for is son and my daughter ordered a mango tea....15 minutes later the waitress now accompanied by the manager comes up manager states she is training and 19 so she will need to see my ID so the manager can serve me. Now I understand training so I said my ID is in the car and honestly its raining not important ill take water. she leaves again returns 10 minutes later with our water coke chocolate milk and STRAWBERRY LEMONADE so we ask to switch this she leaves returns with the correct drink. Now we all order salad bar and mottzelrella sticks ....we go to bar where there is no ice berg lettuce only the spring lettuce there is no chopped cubed meat no cottage cheese or cheese for that matter and at end of bar there is no bacon bits seeds or crackers? I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays for years and several of these items are standards specially for 8.99 .........so we return to our table and attempt the salad anyway.....15 minutes and Motts come out ........burnt and a small cup of marina PASTE!!!!!! When the manager comes over she cuts me off to state the cottage cheese hasn't been an item in a year so I don't visit that often???What then brings our check removes the sticks we didn't touch and returned, took off the incorrect lemonade and 2 / of the salad bars and gave rudeness and no apologies then proceeded to talk about us to another waitress and when we pay the bill and leave 6 of the staff loudly says have a great night ...I am very upset by the lack of management skills training to the waitress ( who apologize for ) and just un professionalism there was.
