Sometimes you just want salad. On this day, we never made it to salad. We were in NPR (on vacation from Colorado) and visiting our good friends, they live close. The parking lot was 3/4 empty, and there was not a waiting list. We talked to the hostess and said we were perhaps going to sit at the bar, but then noticed an open high top and sat there. After a moment, we were given menus. This is where things begin to happen. Now I don't know if the hostess neglected to tell the waitress in the bar section that she spoke to us, and she thought we just sat ourselves, but we sat there for 10 minutes and no one else acknowledged us. So we made the decision to leave. We went to Beef O'Brady's just up the road, where we received the most attentive service, great food, and music bingo to boot. So, if you want to be ignored by staff at a restaurant that is closing locations nationwide, (including two we know of in Colorado) and struggling to continue to be in business, go to Ruby Tuesday's, and be ignored. If you want great customer service, good food and fun, drive down the road to Beef O'Brady's. You don't get salad bar,but, it turns out that's okay. read more

Endless Salad bar and New Sliders tonight! Husband ordered cheeseburger sliders and I ordered the crispy chicken. Really Busy, seated quickly though and salad bar was fresh and clean!! Silverware was hard to find but the Manager was quick to get it for us! The improvements to the salad bar were definitely an upgrade from typical! 4 salad green choices, 8 fresh veggies , artichoke hearts, edamame, wasabi peas, variety of shredded cheeses, broccoli salad, potato salad, fruit salad, peaches and cottage cheese too. Also crunchy toppings like fresh bacon crumbles, fried onions, dried cranberries, croutons, and thin bread crisps! 8 dressings, including balsamic vinaigrette and 2 other lite options. The slider choices were limited beef or chicken, rather plain but tasty fries or tots included for 12.99. So after the salad (I ate it all!) I needed a box for 3 of the 6 sliders that came with our dinners. Because I have to be in at 7 in the morning, I didn't get to try they $4 or $5 cocktails and made a mental note that it's always Happy Hour in the bar! Tuesday is Mother Daughter time. Decided we would overcome our Covid fear and eat out. We walked in and they were busy, waited a good ten minutes before being asked about being seated. Sat in a booth right next to other people back to back. I'm a frontline worker and that made me a tad nervous. Florida rules, my choice. Should have ate outside. Ordered the 2 for $22 and a Strawberry Margarita (on special!). Our meal a Cheeseburger with tots, Bourbon Chicken with steamed Broccoli and mashed potatoes, and the salad bar. Who doesn't love this salad bar!!? Unfortunately our appetizer pretzels came out charcoal the first time (picture is the second try, much better). Cheeseburger was good, slightly leaning towards rare more than medium rare. The bourbon chicken was overcooked and dry, couldn't eat most of the chicken because it was like straw. When asked by cashier how the meal was, we let him know and the manager and GM came out and apologized. They offered to comp the meal, but I pay for my meal, plus service was great! Kudos to the staff and management, we'll be back to try again because of service. I did have a craving for Dessert Chocolate Lava cake, they comped it, thanks. read more

Visiting the area with our 2 Pugs. We ate here 2 nights on dog friendly patio. My rib eye steak and baked potato were done perfectly. Great sweet tea that was refilled when getting low without asking. The burger and fries my other half had was very good too I heard. The dogs had no complaints as several patrons talked to them or petted on the way out to their cars. read more

We tried this when we first moved here and it was awful. Greasy, expensive meal. Then my sister got a coupon for Ruby and asked us to join them. My husband ordered a 12 oz rib eye for $24.99 and it only came with a potato. He asked if he got any vegetables and had to pay extra for broccoli! It was loaded with grizzle. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and for $20, I received two small pieces of over-salted chicken with a lump of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The waiter complained about working a double and when asked where the porta bella mushrooms were that was ordered for the steak, he said...You have to ask for it when you order. We all heard him ask for the mushrooms! Then he overheard us talking about a movie we saw that had the illuminati mentioned and he started saying they were real, etc... Conspiracy theories were then announced to us.... Never going back again! read more

I went in on a Wednesday at dinner time because I just got a RedPlum coupon in the mail from RT. I've never tried this particular location. Glad I did, because the salad bar was excellent. Lots of new items and kept very clean...not all the slop around the dishes that most salad bars have. Impressive because it was very busy in there. While I was a little disappointed I couldn't use my $5 off coupon, it was understandable because the $12.99 three-course meal was already a special. It, plus my drink and taxes, came to roughly $20 (I got the $5 Ruby Relaxer, a tropical themed house special that can be upsized for just a dollar). The waitress was attentive, as was the host, and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory. I ordered the seasoned Tilapia and baked potato, plus salad bar and then they bring a small dessert (choice of key lime with blueberries and sauce, or the chocolate layer cake). Ordered delivery and as new member got bogo. Still cost over 42 dollars. Ordered scallop dinner which was supposed to come with broccoli. It did not. Scallops were bay, and not sea scallops and very small. Also ordered pot roast over mashed potatoes with gravy. It leaked outside the box all over the place. Taste was good. The food here is what would be expected at a chain restaurant. They are constantly sending emails offering bogo meal deals. Great! What I don't get is this: they know the day the offer is taking place...WHY don't they staff their restaurant accordingly?!??? Right now it is 6:00 and it is a perfect temperature to sit outside...guess what? That's right...they don't have the staff to handle their patio. What a joke!!! First visit to this location. Midafternoon late lunch. Location was clean. Server was helpful and friendly. Midafternoon on a Monday was predictably a slow time. Quiet. Food and preparation was fine. It's been years since I've been in a Ruby Tuesday. Probably 15 years at least. So it actually blows my mind that they still have locations around town. So when my parents suggested that we go for dinner, I said yes. Upon arriving here, I was surprised that it was quite busy. Lots of people coming and going, which is a healthly sign for a restaurant. Upon looking at the menu, I decided to go for their $7.99 chicken sandwich. I mean, seems like everyone is getting into the Fried Chicken Sandwich game these days lol. On the picture in the menu, it looked like quite the sandwich. Fried nice and golden brown, thick sliced bacon, pillowy bun, and a nice drizzle of honey mustard sauce. Word of advice: don't ever think your food will look like the picture in the menu. Oh, did I tell you, the picture in the menu looked like it had a decent generous portion of fries or tater tots. When my food came out, it was rather sad to look at. The chicken, while sizable, was fried just a bit too long based on how dark the exterior was. Parts of it were rather dry and the honey mustard sauce was pretty much nonexistent on the sandwich. The fries were probably the saddest part. I could probably get more fries ordering a small fry from McDonalds. Let's just say there is room for improvement. While the waitress was friendly and the restaurant was decently clean, we need to work on the food a little bit more. I like the salad bar which had a good selection but wish they had the non soggy croutons. The server was very nice and I would return.

Dark, dingy and the food quality was poor. Didn't take picture of food but the fries were soft and mushy, the cheese on the Philly cheesesteak was pink and looked like vomit. Definite not what we remembered pre COVID. Staff was nice and was told most items were prepackaged. Will not return. read more

Not sure what's going on with Ruby TUESDAYS Ridge Road location. I went inside to place a to go order. The hostess sent me to the bar so I went there and sat down at the bar. People were in there eating. There was not a lot of people there. The bartender Came up and back a couple times and never acknowledged me when he finally did he thought I was there to pick up a to go order and I said no I'm trying to put an order in and he said what would you like and I said, I'd like a menu first. So he gives me the menu. He helps a guy there that is trying to pick up to go order and that's messed up. it appeared. I picked out what I needed quickly. He goes back-and-forth and back-and-forth at this point in time. Took Mom to lunch today, and when we arrived, it was hoppin. We were seated quite quickly despite the line at the door. Our waitress was quite affable, her smile warm as she took our order. Her service was quick and the food, all but the app, was delicious. I exclude the app, because what we ordered, the tempura green beans, were not served as individual beans dipped in batter, but rather messy clumps that were doughy in some areas and hard to eat/share. Our main courses were quite delicious. I had the chicken breast with bbq sauce and bacon & Cheese, with my sides being roasted zuchiini (SO GOOD!) and green beans. Mom had the soup and salad bar. We came here with 2 other couples. My hubby and I come here often for dinner. We never have had a problem here before tonight. Tonight we have several issues. 1. Took very long for someone to bring drinks. 2. Then when they brought the food they brought out the wrong order for one member of our party. Everyone was almost done before her order came out. She was never offered anything for mix up. 3. She never brought us any little biscuits till she brought the bill. And then when she drought them they where well done. Well we did it again, got lured in by the special that was anything but special. I'm not trying to complain about everything but it was super bright and really cold. People were bundled up. Service was outstanding. We started off with the Mozzarella sticks, 6 fresh from the freezer sticks w/marinara for a whopping $9.99! They were good, had a buttery flavor and stretchy cheese but for the price you could make about 30 of them at home. The 6oz. Ribeye w/baked potato for $9.99 Fri-Sun seemed like really good deal. Buyer beware, don't be fooled by the picture, It look's nothing like that when it arrives to your table. Wish I'd taken a picture. It didn't even look like a steak. It was tan in color, looked like a filet of chicken breast about 1/4 inch thick and no flavor. Had to use A1 to actually enjoy it. Baked potato was great with butter and sour cream. Food is pretty good, salad bar is adequate. Service was very good. The only critical thing is the cleanliness of this restaurant. There is a definite smell when you walk in and the tile in the entry and bar is slippery, greasy like. I don't know why they don't steam clean the tile and carpet. It would do a lot for ambiance. I'm a carnivore, boyfriend is a vegan. Ruby Tuesday's offers next to NOTHING for vegans. Not even the SOUP on the vegan menu is vegan. The server came by to inform us the VEGAN soup was made with a meat based broth. Ummm what??? Server/bartender informed us she was going to double check and never came back. While the garden bar is a nice option it's not substantial. It's not that hard to offer a vegan patty option for a burger or a quinoa bowl on the menu using ingredients ALREADY on the menu. read more

I rarely post a review but this needs saying. The other evening I decided to accompany a couple and use the buy one get one coupon. I had a very pleasant meal at the restaurant - some sort of chicken dish that was good. I ordered a Cobb salad to go. I asked that the dressing he put on the side. When I arrived at home, I put the takeout container into the refrigerator and was looking forward to a wonderful lunch the next day. I love Cobb Salad !Was I surprised when I opened the container. I found something that was a salad but not a Cobb salad. It did have chicken, it did have wilted & browned slimy lettuce, It did have some tiny diced tomatoes. The rest of the identifiable ingredients were interesting - tiny pieces of red pepper, corn kernels, green peas, something that looked like bacon but had no taste. No egg, no blue cheese. There was a container of barbecue sauce, a container of another type of brown sauce, but no salad dressing! I had requested Blue Cheese dressing. It was beyond disappointing...... I gave this 2 stars because the restaurant meal was OK. Don't think I'll ever get another to go meal - if I even go back! There are too many reliable choices nearby. They should let us "singles" get a 1/2 price meal instead of making us choose a take out leftover! I guess that's what you get when you get something for "free". read more

The food and service has been great on both visits, however my last visit has made me lose my appetite for their salad bar. I understand dogs are allowed in the restaurant under certain conditions, but they must be at the table and not near food prep or serving areas, however a woman was permitted to repeatedly bring her dog through the salad bar line, and we are not talking Chihuahua, it was a very large dog. I love dogs and understand the companionship value, but this is an appetite killer for sure. read more

Ordered the half-rack baby back ribs via DoorDash. They were the worst ribs I've ever been served. They were tough, dry, and had to be chewed off the bone. It appears that this restaurant sells food to delivery customers that they can't sell in the restaurant. Buyer beware! This is not the restaurant you want to visit for baby back ribs.
