My husband & I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday as we especially enjoy The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich there. That day, we had a very nice young lady named Kailah serving us. She was so very pleasant, that she made our dining experience a memorable one. Joyce is the bartender ans also a server. She is always moving. We never have to wait whether we sit at the bar or in her section. She always recognizes us, as she does many of her regular diners. She always greats us with a smile. We always receive our food timely. The food is delicious and the service is stellar. read more

This location has only improved since everything was upside down with the pandemic. I have eaten here a dozen times or more in the last year and every meal was good. Our favorite server Krystal has been here for many years and keeps it all going so well, every restaurant should be so lucky to have someone like her on the staff. It appears as if other viewers might be right. Service is ugly! Ask for something (if they acknowledge you) is like asking a teenager to do their chores!! With us, it took another server and the manager just to get some salad dressing for a side salad!! In general the food is ok, the salad bar is pretty good, the special bread, although oily, tastes pretty good, but service sure needs improvement. Also, dump the tilapia!! Just had lunch with our adult age grandson and had a great time and food. The "boys" ordered the $6 MaiTais which they said were fine. We go to Ruby Tuesday in Lady Lake often while we are in Florida. Last Tuesday, May 28th we were there for lunch and learned that the policy Ruby Tuesday has regarding allowing dogs in the restaurant is that servers and hostess are not allowed to ask if they are service dogs. That is absurd...germs, dog hair and allergies have no consideration. If you are going to allow dogs..whether, service, therepy or pet, the customer should be seated outdoors. If Publix can do it, so can you. We will not be back read more

I guess this location figures that they can provide sub-standard service and below average food and still continue to operate. I got pretty sick immediately after finishing. The atmosphere is dark and uninviting. Took over a half hour hour to receive a couple of salads, a chicken sandwich, or chicken plate. Won't be going back. read more

I hate to give Ruby Tuesday such a low rating because Ruby Tuesday is our favorite go-to restaurant in The Villages and we have given them 5 star ratings every other time. But two days ago we visited around 4pm and ordered two hamburgers, which have always been outstanding. This time, they were obviously not freshly grilled and the fries were room temperature and not crisp. My wife was in the bathroom several times during the night with problems related to her meal. We will still go to Ruby Tuesday because we're assuming this was a one-off and not something we have to worry about in the future. Our server was outstanding and very attentive . . . if I was basing my rating on her service, it would be 5 stars. read more

Disappointing... The hostess however was exceptional...she acommodated our large party (with no reservations) around reservations and a growing "full- house" with warmth and a smile. The food and salad bar were at best mediocre. Now before you say seriously...it's Ruby Tuesdays...I must add two things...I have watched their ads on cable networks while living in California for YEARS and was absolutely dying to eat there "once"... lets not forget the Rolling Stones tune of the same name (no connection i know but kinda kool...right?) - sad food...super sad salad bar...just "basic food" on it and only one meat...chunked ham....Hmmmm. The side bread mini- rolls were interesting and tasty...my sister said the grilled sirloin was juicy and tasty for the price. A great experience. My friend and I went to RT in Spanish Springs mid-afternoon for lunch with a BOGO coupon. My friend got the salmon and I got a half rack of ribs; I added a salad bar and mac'n'cheese. The restaurant wasn't very full and we were seated quickly. Server was very friendly, cheerful, and very responsive. The food was terrific, one of the best meals my friend and I have had in quite a while.
