Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and found that it was pretty busy. I was greeted right away by the hostess who was kind and attentive. She had a large party in there, but was serving everything that entered. The bar area also had people at the high tops which made the energy fun and upbeat. When we were seated, we were greeted by Vaughn. He was super nice and took our drink order right away. I love a good fountain Coke and overall I thought it was crisp, chill, and just what I needed. We ordered some soups and an appetizer - the shrimp. While I didn't end up trying the shrimp, it did look delicious. Make sure you like jalapenos. Not sure if it was truly spicy, but there were plenty in there. The baked potato soup was delicious and I scarfed it down in 2 minutes. They bring out bread and that was really crispy too. I ordered a sirloin - medium rare with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were creamy and hot. The sirloin was good and I ate it, but it was a little too rate for my liking which is why I rated it four stars. Extremely disappointed in the steaks. We ordered 2-12 oz Ribeyes. Both steaks looked like small New York Strips. One steak was way undercooked and the steamed broccoli was cold. This was the second time we had issues with this location. our last visit both steaks were well done when ordered medium rare. They were out of potatoes and gave us a substitute without asking us what substitute we wanted. Went to a steak house for a good steak meal and left extremely disappointed. A few ominous comments as we were being shown our table. First, we passed a couple leaving the restaurant who were broadcasting, "the place was slow and dirty" to anyone that might want to listen. Secondly, as soon as we were seated a server speaking loud enough for us to hear three tables away, "Oh no! I am not staying here all night!" So, you can't control what the exiting guests are saying, but seriously...keep your employee squabbles to the back of the house please. As far as the dirty comments, it was obvious that either A. the place had just survived a major rush or B. they are really short on help. Probably C. all of the above based on the server comments. There were many tables empty of customers but completely covered with dirty dishes from meals consumed. Without straining my neck, I had six such tables in my field of vision. Now moving past the ugly to the good. Our server, Jamoni, did a fantastic job of providing the best possible experience. She checked on us regularly, tried to get the bartenders to react quickly to our thirst and had a great sense of humor. Kudos also to the cooks, our steak and seafood meals came out perfect. Perfect medium rare on the filets, and great cook on the scallops. In the end things warrant another try to this location in the future. read more

This is a good restaurant. On a recent visit I ordered the Long Horn steak and it was well worth the high thirties price tag. It was perfectly cooked and tasty with the extra order of onions and mushrooms as a topping. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese dressing was excellent. I also got the baked sweet potato and it was huge. My wife ordered a shrimp and rice dish and she loved it. With a martini, margarita, and draft beer the bill came to about $95 before tip. We had one of the most enjoyable, wonderful evenings in a long time due to this restaurant!! It wasn't that the ambiance is warm and welcoming,the meal was cooked perfectly or the service from our server Devan T was impeccable but the entire staff from the moment we stepped foot in the door was so kind, every one of them smiling and helping each other with utter joy and kindness. There are no busboys or girls just servers and let me tell you the place was packed with a minimum 30 minute wait. In today's crazy, busy, sometimes selfish world this gave me the utmost pleasure to see a young staff work so diligently yet smile and want to make every patron have a great experience. Then I asked for the manager and after speaking with Angie E it all made sense, she thrives on that experience given to all who enter but most importantly how has she transferred that thought into young adults and it get executed perfectly. If you have a food allergy, I would not go to this place. They messed up on my food twice. Third time around. They brought my salmon out. I've bit into it. It was completely raw ever since that day. I've been having stomach issues so please if you have any food allergies, and you don't want to get salmonella, don't go to this place because of the service. The sad thing is where I'm from. We have a longhorn as well in my hometown. We go there all the time and they're always able to take care of my food. Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my meal! Staff from hostess, to runners, to our waitress were all very friendly. We started with a double order of stuffed mushrooms, which were very tasty but could have been hotter. I really enjoyed my Caesar salad with plentiful shaved Parmesan cheese, but my relative thought it was a bit over dressed. Different likes for different types! Went to Longhorns on 5/24/25 at about 5pm. Not busy at all, should have told me something. I had the half rack of ribs and it was ok, just ok. The fry's were lukewarm at best. My brother had a ribeye that looked like a cheap sirloin of 1/2 in thick. Ordered med and it was rare. I tried to get him to send it back but that's not him to ever do that. And my salad was just bland. The place just doesn't give you a great experience. It was kind of like going to Denny's, just not something to get excited about. read more

This is our first time to this location. First off, this location isn't as large as others we've been too, so if it's busy, you may wait awhile. We put our name on the waitlist, online, prior to going, and it said 30 minute wait. It takes us about 30 minutes to get there. Upon arrival, the hostess checked us in and said the wait was another 30 minutes. She said the online waitlist can't give accurate times or something to the effect that they can't do over 30 minutes accurately. Anyway, it was frustrating to pre-plan and still have to wait another 30 minutes. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. She was totally on top of drink refills and asking if we needed anything else. The downside - 2 of us got the Flo Filet and lobster tail with loaded baked potato. We asked for them Medium and they were definitely medium rare to mostly rare in the center. We were going to send them back, but they were cooked enough, and from experience, when you do that, they almost always come back over cooked. But definitely WAY under. Our potatoes only had a small opening at the top and there wasn't much toppings on them - almost no sour cream at all - like maybe a teaspoon. They still tasted good though. One of our meals came with about half the amount of melted butter as the other person's meal. Just a lot of inconsistency in the food. One of us had a side of broccoli and some of the pieces weren't cooked all the way through - still hard. So our first experience at this location was very inconsistent. Ours were just ok but my husband and sons steak were terrible. There was so much pepper and seasoning on it they could not eat it. Never heard from the waitress if everything was ok. Was hoping for a decent steak. Options were Longhorn Steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse. Opted for Longhorn Steak House because of ambience. Sat at the bar, order a 12 oz NY Strip, medium rare with broccoli and a side salad. Salad arrived, followed shortly after by the steak. Salad was fine albeit a bit rushed. Steak arrived with what looked and tasted like a very watered down, cool to the touch lemony butter sauce. I asked the server what was the white like liquid on my steak. It was confirmed to be a "lemony butter sauce" (on a steak?). Steak ends were boarding on raw. Middle of the steak was rare. Sent the steak back for a redo. Folks, this is a steakhouse. They should be able to get it right the first time. It was not crowded. No excuses. I did speak with the Manager and a managing partner which was good. I wasn't looking for any comp rather then let them know of the problem. I will not be returning anytime soon. read more

LongHorn is, we'll, Longhorn. A long lived standard in almost every market, it's old reliable of the steak world (just like outback). One big plus was our server, Devon. He was attentive and certainly met our needs. However, my husband ordered his steak medium- and it was raw next to the bone and almost medium rare through the main part. My steak, ordered rare, was fine. He sent it back to the kitchen and it came back well done. So- not so reliable. We were certainly disappointed and won't be back anytime soon. This restaurant was selected as a site for our group's {Da Guzzlers}, monthly dinner. We had a total of 20 diners, including a very special person who was celebrating her Birthday, and desired a reservation at 5pm. Inspite of a call being made a week ahead to try to set up a reservation, we were unable to get one. With a group this size depending on me to "make it happen" their policy regarding reservations caused concerns. I was instructed by "Dallas to call ahead and they would try to get the group in asap. This, caused concern also. Last night the group appeared at 5pm, all 20 of us, hungry and thirsty. " Grace" stepped in with a group of 2-3 staff to make it a very enjoyable evening for all. The waitresses were attentive, professional and patient with my group of Senior Citizens from The Village, nearby. We were seated within 5-8 minutes of our arrival and served "EXCEPTIONALLY" well.
