Monday night around 8:30 most folks around the villages are just finishing up with a few hours of Faux News fear porn and are heading to bed. We'd had a long crazy day and food hadn't been purchased. Most all the restaurants were closed due to the late hour. Thankfully Ruby Tuesdays was still open and serving. We were the only two people in the restaurant. I must say the staff was gracious, very accommodating and polite. They made us feel welcome. We ordered a couple salad bars and a couple beers, nothing could have been a better meal for two hungry guys that had worked day long. Sure, the dining room is tired and in need of an update. This is the worst restaurant in The Villages. Extremely poor management, the staff is wonderful, but without a leader this restaurant is not good. Went just to get the salad bar at 12:00, barely any items ready. How can you charge people for the salad bar when you have maybe half the items that are expected. Highly disappointed. Complained to the manager and he acted like we were insignificant. Hoping this was just a one time incident, but I highly doubt it. read more

I have lived in the area for over 8 years My wife wanted a fish dinner on 2/7/2025 I downloaded the Ruby Tuesday app! I was offered a discount based on using the app as a first time customer! Placed my order Went to pick it up With discount the total bill was $22.65 Opened up order at home Fish was greasy Fries looked wilted and weird Took one bite of fish it was disgustingly bad. Went back to the restaurant Handed the hostess the two cups of soup so they would not spill. Her mannerism was crass and crazy She said "don't throws that at me" Other people standing there looked shocked I never even thought about getting upset Or acting nasty. Called a manager over He took the bag to the back and apologized He said "this is not representative of the food we serve " He offered me $50.00 gift card. I said I just wanted my credit of $22.65 I asked him "why would I want to take a chance on a bad meal again!!!! He took my information Credit will take 3-5 days. 7 days later no credit I wrote to corporate to explain and just my money back $22.65 They sent me a $50.00 e-gift certificate I sent my reply Disgusting fish Bad fries Greasy soups Why would I want to try again. Ordered grilled salmon with rice pilaf and grilled zucchini, salmon was overcooked and rice pilaf is a pile of mush They cooked another salmon and still overcooked!!! Gordon Ramsey would throw that plate of food across the room! Restroom was filthy... note to self, never go back to Ruby Tuesday. read more

We haven't been here in awhile. Mostly because of prices. Today was a great experience- our wait wasn't too bad and our waitress was very nice. We ordered the Asiago Bacon Chicken and it was excellent. Prices are still a high, but we spilt one meal so it was fine. On another note: our booth had damaged/duct taped seats and the menus needed replacing. One honestly looked like someone bit off the corner. Lol read more

Food was good. Some days I just want the salad bar & others I'd like heartier fare. Service is only slow when they are slammed. Like that one of the managers checks in with everyone there. Very nice & he isn't afraid to pitch in when "all of us" gets overwhelming. The wait staff is always friendly & they try real hard to satisfy. I will always complain about the prices but there are a couple favorites that are reasonable. Thanks for that. I will return! read more

We're really enjoying the salad bar passes and come back for entrees as well. Many specials and offers and the food is delish! We had bbq ribs, smash burgers and the steaks are fabulous too. The price is right and the customer service is excellent. Aside from the food, the staff and management is what brings us back. Thank you for your smiles and prompt service. I'm so glad we got Summers name before we left today. She did an excellent job as did all the staff we have gotten to know thru the salad bar daily passes. Just a reminder too, don't forget to tip when you use those passes. Often we don't get a bill when we use the salad bar pass so we tip according to what the salad bar would have cost and we bring cash. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays!! My sister and I ate there this past Sunday for lunch. I thought they had a sirloin steak special for $9.99. I was told I was wrong. Okay I must have been mistaken. We're on Social Security and always looking for a bargain . We decided to order the 6oz. New York Strip for a splurge. It was the worst piece of meat and I'm pretty sure it was not close to six ounces The price was a whopping $18.99! Definitely not going back again Shame on them read more

Unexpectedly the absolute best, most tender, juicy ribeye steak my mouth has ever tasted. I asked for a side of A1 sauce and never even used it. I'm not sure what they are doing back there in the kitchen, but keep doing it. Zero complaints about our server Janessa - she paid attention, worked fast, and my drink was always full. This location is clean, not a lot of noise, very friendly and I will definitely return. I would give more than five stars if I could. High-5 to the manager on duty tonight too. Excellent service from Summer!! Great value for your money Casey the Manager was extremely nice, we spoke of having other sugar free drinks they have Coke Zero and Diet Coke ? Love Coke Zero but there should have some other diet choices like Mr.Pibb diet or maybe diet root beer ? I love diet Dr. Pepper but the are a Pepsi product so I guess Coke stuff. The food was very good. The hickory bourbon salmon was good and deconstructed chicken bowl was not bad. This review is mainly about service ( or lack of) by our server today. I haven't experienced someone like this in the service industry in a long time. No refills, no friendliness, no suggestions , questions, attention. I had to get up a couple times to get something or ask a question. So I won't be sitting in Jenny Lynn's section in the future. The ironic thing is, when some servers see two women together they assume, bad tippers. I was a server for many years, that's why I usually tip 30%. read more

Went tonight to take advantage of buy one entree get on for $3. Seated right away as we were early. 4:30 pm. Steak and baked potato was outstanding. Hubby had ribs and steak combo. Dry rub. Fell off the bone! Steaks were so tender and seasoned perfectly. Server on point! Only bad thing we have noticed in our trips there is that some booths need replaced. Ruby Tuesday in Lady Lake is one of our favorite restaurants. Great food served by a team of great servers. They always make you feel welcome, and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Joyce has been our regular server for quite a few years, and we always look forward to seeing her, as she is remarkable. We got their a little late and Joyce had left for the day. We were fortunate to be seated in Nae's area. She was everything you could ask for; polite, efficient and willing to please. She is definitely an asset to Ruby Tuesday. read more

Tori rocks! If you have the chance to sit in her section, you'll have a lovely experience. Most servers are great too. This location has a nice outdoor patio and well stocked salad bar. I took mom to Ruby Tuesday for a late lunch. Our server was Summer and she had a great smile and attitude. She made some recommendations and took our order. The food was delivered quickly and was exactly as we ordered. I had asked for something spicy to put on the burger. She brought some really hot sauce, and it was prefect. Summer stopped by and checked on our table often. We enjoy going to Ruby Tuesday. Review shows San Francisco but we are in The Villages, Florida. read more

Awful customer service. Phone doesn't work to call them. I drove up there and asked for a table for 8 - female hostess said it would be a 15 - 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later I ask how much longer. The male host says we can't seat a table of 8 - it will be an hour or more. Huh? Why didn't the female hostess advise me of this? My entire party was waiting! The restaurant was NOT crowded-it was only half full so the problem must be staffing or management. Also, the food here is mediocre at best. read more
