My sister and I were hungry, so we came here. Parking: a private lot. Atmosphere: bright and loud Service: The ladies were nice and helpful Food: The Crab boil is separate from the buffet. We paid about $30 for a pound of snow crab, potatoes, and corn. We ordered the ruby sauce. The boil was tasteless. We were disappointed. The buffet area is small. It was clean. Our favorites were the dumplings, chicken, and steak with broccoli, the seafood salad. I had sushi, and it was ok. Overall, our experience was ok. We'd go back and get our favorites.

Ordered from doordash and picked up In person Food was ready fast Got lost- didn't know it was the same place as "ruby's buffet"- there are no visible sign of ruby's Cajun outside Got combo #2 and house fried rice The seafood was okay although some of the crawfish didn't taste super fresh Fried rice was also pretty salty fyi Pretty salty, would recommend eating it with white rice

In one word I'd call this place "average." For two adult buffets and one soda it was $39. I wanted sushi and my boyfriend wanted options so this worked for us. The sushi pieces were small or too big but tasted good. I loved the cheese wontons! The service was okay, this place leaves a big bowl on your table where you can put seafood shell, straw wrappers, etc to be disposed of in addition to the server.

Look, if you end up here, you're not looking for top grade sushi and high end quality food. It serves its purpose which is bulk food at your pace. We arrived pretty early upon opening so there was plenty of hot food options. Avoid the Italian and Mexican options. Stick to the Asian food. The only thing Cajun that I saw was crawfish. It is what is.

The food was cold and bland, however it was well stocked and the desserts weren't too bad. I'll probably never dine here again.

This time I went with my mom and her boyfriend and we all loved the food and left with our bellies full! Our server was very attentive to us, kept our drinks filled, cleared our table of dirty plates quickly, and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at all. We were disappointed to see that there was no soft shell crab, honey-coconut shrimp, or egg custard dim sum (all of which were present during my first visit and I was looking forward to) but given how wonderful everything else was, it wasn't a big deal The building was still crowded even though we went on a Tuesday evening, but I hear on weekends the line can be out the door so in comparison to that it sounds like we avoided most of the crowd. There were consistently workers keeping the food stocked and the building clean aswell. Despite the mild disappointment of my second visit, I'll still be returning and continuing to recommend this place to friends and family :)

Lobsters and crabs were abundant. I learned about this place awhile ago from YouTube of which many gave praises. We frequented many mid level AYCE places like this and we've found that as time goes by, quality degrades with restaurants like this. Now there was a rather long length of time between discovering this place on YouTube and actually visiting this place. I wonder if the praises that were sung about this place were still valid. I would say yes. As previously mentioned, lobsters and crabs were abundant and makes it worth the trip on that alone. As for the other offerings, it was mostly surprisingly good. Don't expect Michelin quality food here. Generally, it's about the quantity BUT the food is pretty good. The sushi/sashimi shocked me a little. AYCE sushi is usually just passable but here, I thought it was pretty good. Everyone in my group loved the quality of the salmon. Other offerings, of which there were many, were pretty good. Standouts were the lamb chops in my opinion. Dessert options wasn't as extensive as the other AYCE places I've frequented but they do the job. Aside from the usual fountain soda options (serves by the restaurant staff) , they had a few fruit drinks and a milk tea option as well as some specialty drinks in a can. Scale 1 to 5. (Keep in mind that this is based on quality you'd expect from a typical AYCE restaurant. Food 5 (large selection of food and that shellfish!) Service 5 (Friendly staff and were pretty efficient in clearing the plates) Cleanliness 4 (Place was well kept. Deducted 1 star due to the stickiness of the floor around our table which reminded me of a movie theater floor... lol) Value 5 One con to point out. The restaurant was rather large yet the bathrooms were small and couldn't accommodate a lot of people at once. Not a huge quibble as the wait wasn't astronomical BUT it did seem odd that the size of the bathroom didn't match the size of the restaurant.

Arrived to a quiet, low key establishment, a bit eerie as we were the only ones there and light were still off, but were welcomed, none the less. Once everything lit up, the food was slowly being brought out and the choices for lunch were limited. No hot items at the sides and the sauces available were interesting, interestingly enough to concoct something on my own. Drink fridge was well stocked, but the dessert freezer was lacking in selection, Haagen Dazs was only available. Play area was the only buff/flex for us, as our busy toddler needed to roam free. I should have opted for a closer seating to the play area so we could take turns watching and eating/cooking :) but it worked out, like I mentioned, it was low key and we were rushed. Regarding food, they were helpful and provided service for items that were not readily available on the hot sides area, salt and pepper shrimp... YES PLEASE! Other than that, similar to KBBQ style, but not the same sauces, so be wary of that, I didn't mind, but wanted to share that. Veggies are always a win where there's pumpkin/squash and eggplant ^_^

You know if it has a note about reservations on a Chinese Restaurant it must be good! It was early so we were able to be seating @ 5:30 but by 6:15 the place was almost full. Our waitress quickly gave us menus and water was served. Their menu wasn't an American traditional menu, with lamb, tripe, pork belly, intestine, and kidneys but they did serve common proteins also. We ordered fried dumplings and spring rolls while we paroozed the menu for dinner items. They came quick and take the roof off your mouth hot!! We ordered dinner, I had the dry pot style lamb 7 spice level out of 10, my dining partner salt & pepper chicken. My dry pot came quick, hot and so tasty. Waited 10 mins and we both started eating it. No sign of other dish. Couldn't get anyone's attention. Finally after another 5 mins, who looked like the owner asked what was wrong & went to check for missing dish. It arrived 10 mins later on a bed of lettuce No pepper & onion, very bland. We would go again possibly if we were in the area telling of the wait time as to not happen again hopefully & chose wisely - definitely a sauce

While it doesn't look like much from the outside, interiors are very classy, with tasteful decor and a koi pond. While I am a regular at their Hamilton location, I didn't have high hopes that this location could match the quality as it's difficult to replicate recipes for ethnic foods between restaurant locations, but the Maple Shade location serves up equally delicious and high quality food. A bonus is that it serves up traditional North Indian cuisine, as almost every other Indian restaurant in the area has menus that are more noticeably centered around South Indian cuisine, which utilize different recipes despite an overlap in some of the dishes offered. We started off with an order of onion pakoras (4/5). While they are a bit larger than those served at other Indian restaurants, they are well above average in quality and a great way to start off a meal. For meals, we went with the paneer masala and navratan korma. Both dishes were served in a generous portion filled to the rim of the serving bowls. The paneer masala (5/5) was prepared to perfection with just the right amount of spice and delectable tomato-based gravy, and among the best I've had among Indian restaurants in New Jersey. The navratan korma (5/5) was also flavorful and delicious with a nice medley of vegetables. The butter naan (4.5/5) was delicious and fluffy, just the way I like it, although a tiny corner of it was a bit overdone (didn't detract from the taste of it). Service (5/5) by Anil was excellent, as he was warm and friendly throughout the meal, checking in on us to ask if we needed additional rice or anything else. I'll definitely be returning to this Palace of Asia location and would happily recommend them to others looking for quality North Indian cuisine in the Maple Shade/Cherry Hill area.

He provides top-tier service every single time (we always joke that us bald guys have to stick together! ‍). He makes you feel like family. Now, let's talk strategy. You have to start with the appetizers: the Samosas, Fish Pakora, and Mixed Tandoori Grill are absolute must-haves to get things going. They have a massive selection of vegetarian dishes--my personal favorites are the Malai Kofta and the Navratan Korma (the royal dish of India). But don't worry, they cover all the bases with amazing fish, chicken, beef, and lamb dishes, too. (You can't go wrong with the Chicken Makhani/Butter Chicken). They take customization seriously here--spice levels range from Mild all the way up to 'Indian Hot' if you're brave enough! Wash it all down with a Mango Lassi.
