They separate lights and darks, and I've never had any items damaged or go missing. It's also one of the few laundromats I feel totally comfortable walking into alone well-lit, friendly staff, and easy parking. My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere.. I felt 100 times safer that I had my other visit because not only was security present but engaging and downright sweet!!! I hope you guys keep Piper around for a long time

It's always nice to see Jose the driver when he arrives at my preferred pickup and delivery times. John the owner is fast to respond on Yelp messages to any inquiries you may have. He really does care for his customers. I'm always amazed to see my clothes, etc. arrive so nicely folded and packaged. It's such a time saver and so convenient. There was the occasional stain that they wouldn't be able to get out, but that comes with the territory. However, recently I brought in my custom tuxedo to be pressed for a wedding I needed it for. When I got home I noticed a strange iridescence on the lapel that wasn't there before. But I had to fly out of town for the wedding. In San Francisco I brought the tux jacket to a dry cleaner there to see if they could fix the issue. The dry cleaner took one look at the lapel and said that it had been burned when being pressed, nothing could be done to fix it and I should get reimbursed for a new jacket from the cleaners who did this. When I returned to Regency to explained what happened she accused me of lying about them being responsible for the burn on the jacket even tho they had the record of working on it weeks before. The jacket is still wearable so i just don't have the energy to fight them to reimburse me for a new tuxedo. But one would wish they would have taken extra care when pressing a tuxedo. I no longer trust them with my clothes and will be finding a new dry cleaners. I would not recommend you bring your clothes here either.

When I came back the next day to complain, she did not apologize. Although she fixed the button in 30 seconds after refusing to give me my money back. And she also refused to give me money back for the piece of fabric. TOTAL SCAM! I thought I found the worst tailor at happy shirt on sunset, but this place is as bad and as unprofessional. They do not treat their customers the way they should and they did not apologize at all. Will never go again.

I really wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after nearly a year, today was the final straw. The washers are fine, and as a runner, I need to do laundry every week, so having a reliable laundromat is important. My biggest frustration has always been the dryers. They seem to be set at such a low heat that my DRI-FIT workout clothes take an unreasonable amount of time to dry. I consistently have to add more money just to get my clothes fully dry, which makes every visit more expensive and time-consuming. Unfortunately, today's experience convinced me not to return. I injured myself trying to maneuver around one of the machines because there isn't enough space between them. After waiting, as usual, for my clothes to finally dry, I was ready to leave when a customer picking up a fluff-and-fold order was blocking my car. Octavio, the attendant, was helping load the customer's laundry into the vehicle, and neither of them acknowledged that they were preventing me from leaving. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but there was none. After nearly a year of giving this laundromat repeated chances, I've decided I won't be coming back. I still have money remaining on my digital laundry card, and I'd rather walk away from that balance than continue patronizing this business. I hope management considers improving the dryer performance, creating safer spacing around the machines, and providing better customer service. Those changes would make a significant difference.

Finally, I took it in, tried it on and explained the issue. They explained that it would be $65 to alter and confirmed that's what I wanted since the cost of the shirt was so low. I confirmed and the work was done so quickly and expertly- the results absolutely blew my mind! I next took two pair of pants which needed the waists taken in and they were so perfectly done. And fast! So fast that when I went to pick up I had to double check that I had remembered the conversation correctly the first time.. thought I was losing it! I have more suits to bring when I have the time and they they deliver all that I've been hearing for years. I felt comfortable and in the best hands. Thank you!!

The mother (whose name I forget) doesn't talk much, but the two brothers, David and Paul, remember all their customers names and are so friendly and hard working. I've haven't used them for dry cleaning, but the wash and fold service is great. They almost always turn the laundry around the same day (especially if they know you are a regular). Parking looks difficult but you can pull in and block some cars at the taco spot, if you are dropping off quickly. I've never had a problem. David and Paul even come out to grab your laundry sometimes if they recognize your car. Support them. Rent on Sunset Boulevard isn't cheap, and the high end clothing stores and restaurants collecting around them I'm sure have made renting harder.
