When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was told they had given my husky a deshedding treatment and the total came out to $140. The issue for me isn't necessarily the price itself--it's that the cost kept changing throughout the process. If the full price had been communicated clearly from the start, I wouldn't have had a problem. The shop itself is nice and I've taken my dogs here before, but because of this experience I probably won't be returning.

After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my cat with care throughout the grooming process. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him.
