3/20/21::: Placed an order for 8:27PM after 3 hours (11:30PM+) and 2 calls was left hungry. Chose this place over 3 other pizza places closer. Family went hungry for pizza anyways. My previous dine in experience from a few weeks earlier was great. When I called the1st time the lady said she thought it was on the way. After another hour I called back and was told they didn't know what happened that it was a busy night and was sorry. And I had to request a refund from the email address on the email confirmation (3rd party). 3/21/21::: 4:00PM, To give them another chance, and I was hungry, I attempted to do a walk-in/ carry-out. I was greeted immediately and I asked for a menu. Unfortunately that was the end of the interaction. I was never asked again if I was ready or anything else. 3 other patrons came in after me and we helped. They were focused on the other orders etc. This is the 2nd bad experience in less than 24 hours. Order was over $110.00 for the first and would have been for the second as well. Not impressed or happy. How can I recommend or use this place for parties or company events. Unfortunately I can't. The 1st time was amazing but never again after that. The pizza was outstanding.. some of the best I've had in Colorado. With that being said.. the preparation was interesting to watch. Kind of gross really. The dude that made our pizza came out with a mop and bucket.. without gloves or washing his hands he tossed our dough and laid the cheese and pepperoni then placed the pizza in the oven. I watched with amazement as he began to eat his dinner then prepared other pizzas people had ordered. He dipped his finger in ranch and sucked it off his finger.. then picked up more dough and tossed it. I could only imagine where else these hands had been.. when I got my pizza I wasn't even going to eat it. I opened the box and it looked amazing. Don't judge.. I ate it then had the left overs the next day. The sauce is so good. Idk man. I might go back. Im not sure yet. read more

Finally!!! They remodeled this place nice. Stopped in for a quick bite. Didn't get to take pics because I was in a rush and they were still doing some work on the inside. They have a drive thru as well!!! Will update soon as i get a chance to get in and take some pics. read more

It may have took forever but I am glad they finally opened. They have the best NY style pizzas. Lots of TVs and a bar makes it a great place to watch sporting events. The staff is awesome. Definitely recommend this place. The main thing to remember with NY style pizzas are they are not ment to be loaded with every topping under the sun. The hellfire pizza is the best. read more

Ordered my food, 3 hrs later canceled canceled that shit and went to McDonald's. Like it's one thing to keep me updated if the restaurant does its own system but don't tell me it's only 20 minutes away after a hour and a half and then a whole other hour and 30 minutes go by. read more

The food is amazing! My favorite pizza is the Hellfire, it's so gosh darn delicious! Also I have to recommend the Stromboli, it's to die for! The service is great and the ambiance is very casual. The pizza makers and counters are so friendly I feel right at home when I go there! Best pizza in town, definitely try it out! read more

Ordered my pizza for pick up. Online said 15 minures, received a text saying it would be 45 minutes, arrived 50 minutes later and they hadn't even started making it. Not even started.They didn't seem to care. They just said it wasn't ready, I asked if we could switch to delivery since it was going to be another 15 minutes and was told no. Asked for refund and was told to go through the website. Possibly some customer service training would help. Very frustrating. I hope the pizza is better than the service. They said they were busy. Wanted to order (free) delivery but got denied the free part because oddly enough we are .1 miles outside the free delivery zone. So, I opted for pick up. The fella who was working when I picked up our order said he was really proud of the pie he prepared for me. Did it live up to his hype? Meh. I hate when it seems toppings stop far ahead of the crust which was the case with my order. The flavor was ok. I found their sauce a bit on the sweeter side. Prices aren't cheap so while we saved by picking the pizza up and using a texted coupon, it was still pricey and less tasty than our go to pizza delivery spot in the area. Don't go through the drive thru; Called ahead of time to order a hellfire pizza for pickup, guy that answered the phone said it would take about forty minutes, which I was okay with since I assumed they must be busy, ended up going through drive thru for convenience--which was a mistake! There was only one car in front of me and they made that car wait 40 minutes before taking them I would've went inside but there was three cars behind me and I wasn't doing anything else for the night. Another 5 minutes later I finally get to the front of the line and got my pizza and it's cold. No hot pizza insight. I was excited about eating pizza but all I got was sadness and a cold pizza. read more

Ordered delivery. Order was not correct, I asked for no ricotta on one side of pizza. Called the store, manager said that they can't accommodate "complicated request" lol, since when is that a complicated request? The manager Avi (sp?) also told me that maybe I should go to the Cheyenne location. What kind of customer service is that? They made a mistake and he gets aggressive with me? Unprofessional. Terrible service!!! We placed our delivery order at 5pm and finally called to check on the order at 630pm. At that time they said they were "short staffed" and hadn't made the order yet but said it would be out within a half an hour. A phone call would have been nice but we said no problem, see ya soon. The order did not arrive until 715pm but the food was warm so, we got ready to have supper. Upon opening our dinner, my sons calzone was raw and doughy inside. We called and said so, to which we were questioned, "are you sure that's not cheese?" No- raw dough is definitely NOT cheese. We kindly asked if they would remake that one calzone and the manager stated that was a "far reach" and then hung up on us! I couldn't believe they weren't even willing to make it right. WE attempted to call back but manager was abusive and unreasonable. Nope. Not ordering from them ever again. Even if the product was good (it wasn't) their service is AWFUL. read more

We placed a carry out order over the phone, in which they said 15-20 mins for our pizza is ready. We get there 15 mins after ordering and then was told it would be 15-20 mins longer due to the pizza just going into the oven. Once we got home the meat lovers barely had any cheese on it and the crust had a lot of flour still on it. We were disappointed. read more

This spot used to have good pizza . I don't know what happened. I'm from NY and this is personally not NY pizza. Borriello Brothers definitely have way better NY style pizza and better customer service. Even slice 420. Great tasting pizza. read more

I ordered take out 5:05 today with pick up at 5:50. Not only did they give me someone else's old dry pizza. When I returned it mine was old and dry also with very few toppings. Apology was sorry about that! This pizza is just a little expensive so I'd say you have lost a customer. read more

Been waiting forever for them to open this location and each time we've been there, it's been terrible. Just paid $50 for a pizza and garlic knots and it came to the house cold, not even warm, and stale. Really disappointing. read more

I stopped by for the soft opening and grabbed a couple slices and some knots. They claim that they have NY style pizza but this is not it! I admit that I have never been to NY but I have had NY style pie in Philly, NJ, San Diego and many other places in between! The sauce is BORING! With that said the knots were OK but without good sauce they were out! The slices were GREASY so I am thinking very cheap cheese! When the cheese slice is dripping this is proof. Now let us talk about the pepperoni slice! They must buy the cheapest pep they can find! I was impressed with the size of the slice but for the price you would think they could use quality ingredients! I give the food one star and the second star for the great service! They might save money if they used better ingredients so the customers wouldn't have to use so many napkins! read more

Ordered Large Pizza and paid extra for extra toppings. Show up and had to wait an extra 20 mins after order was supposed to be done. Female worker said it would be done in 8-10 mins when I pulled up. And waited. Than I finally get my order and no toppings. Go inside and the "manager" tells me his bad and he can only refund my toppings or remake it. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I see what appears to be an argument between the manager and a customer in the parking lot. Looked like people were trying to calm the manager down. I backed up the car and went to Sonic instead. Ordered pizza at 5:45pm. It was 6:40 before our pizza slices and calzone came out. We were missing the garlic knots that were ordered. We went to complain and the same lady who put our order in the first time stated "if I put them in it'll only take 5min". No apology or acknowledgment of the error that was made. I ordered 2 slices of veggie pizza, Man said he had to make it so I asked for extra onions in place of mushrooms. When I received the pizza it had RAW Green Peppers & RAW Onions on it. I took it backup and told them they were raw. Another man told me they add the veggie's to the Cheese Pizza. He asked if I wanted Cheese, Pepperoni, Meat Lovers Etc! I asked for a Refund he told me he would not give me a refund!! He would give me 3 slices of Cheese in for the price difference! So I took the Cheese, He stated he was by himself very busy ( the first man left with a delivery). So I offered to wait for my Pizza so he didn't have to bring it to me since I was the only Customer in the Restaurant. He told me I could go sit down he would bring it to me because he didn't want me Staring at him while he was working.... Decided to try the new place in security Hells kitchen pizza , ordered my pizza ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home. Told me it would be ready at 625 pm showed up early so I waited outside in my car . Walked in and things looked ok they greeted me and said it would be right up so I paid for it and waited then it started heard the manager ask where was the small pizza . I knew right then they had forgotten to make one of my pizza's. The worst part was no one ever came up and admitted to it until I've been standing up at the counter for an extra 10 minutes. Where at that time They came up and told me have a seat it's gonna be another 7 to 12 minutes. The thing that was also upsetting was that the 1st pizza was done and set for 20 minutes while the 2nd pizza get cooked so I ended up with one very cold pizza that I had to heat up because of the grease had gotten hard on it. Nothing was offered for the wait and they did not even apologize for the mistake. What a disappointment I spent $63 and my family told me that walmarts frozen tastes better .
