BEST DOG BOARDING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!…read more There are not enough wonderful things to say about Grammy & her dog boarding business! We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. We will absolutely be boarding with Grammy for all of our future Orlando endeavors and I highly recommend you do too! We can't thank you enough Grammy!!!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!12/10! I am VERY careful where I choose…read moreto board my dogs or even care for them. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Kiko loves it here and I can rest easy knowing that he is safe and being looked after.read more

I was also amused by her report card. Apparently she is a stellar pup! Overall, Olive seemed to grow more confident with her stay, no longer fearing other dogs. I would let her stay there again.

honestly I wish I spoke to more disney goers who recently put their pets here before I did…read more I came to find out someone's pet was killed here recently because the establishment didn't follow their own policies resulting in a mauling. How horrific to hear. My heart broke for that family. My dog got sick here...even though he had his own private villa and one on one play time (it was an extra add on for that "enrichment") since he wasn't neutered and wasn't allowed to be around other dogs. (Respectfully my vet won't even entertain neutering him before 1 yr old for health and safety). But I am relieved that he didn't get group play after finding out how that other family tragically lost their furbaby. I honestly didn't put too much thought into boarding my dog here since I had boarded a pet here before during a bridal shower in '13. They were great then. But how they have changed!!! My dog tried escaping by day 2. Crying, throwing tantrums, running and jumping back in the car. He even crashed so hard into a cement wall trying to get out. This was so out of character. I watched the cameras since I upgraded him to a villa, and they literally just threw him in, leash and harness on the floor. They had me go through all his food and times to eat only for them to dump his breakfast, lunch, dinner all in a dirty bowl thrown in the corner. Btw the villas, are just enclosed rooms with an elevated platform with their blankets and a tv and access to cameras for you. Nothing fancy for that hefty price upgraded. They were impossible to reach. You couldn't get someone to pick up the phone if your life depended on it UNLESS you were using the booking line. The cameras would go dead randomly. The floor was stained prior to him getting to his room. The place had the most foul odor before even stepping into the building. Complete nightmare. I've volunteered in struggling low budget shelters that were cleaner smelling. I bathed my dog every night because he smelt so bad each pick up. Even all his belongings I sent in with him, leash, harness, toys, blanket, bedding had to be washed 2x to get rid of the odors they absorbed. I felt so bad boarding him here during the day. My dog ended up getting a really bad respiratory infection and is on antibiotics 2x daily for 2 weeks and requires daily steams to help him breathe since he couldn't fight it off naturally, even being fully vaccinated. It's sad because it's clear that they are severely understaffed for the intake of animals they have coming in and out. Sanitation and sterilization are not what they should be. The quality has gone downhill from what it used to be in it's early years. It is unfortunate because when it comes to time and convenience, it's the only place that is open one hour before the parks open and close a hour after the parks close. And provides transportation for pets with certain hotels (AoA, yacht, port orleans, and fort wilderness). Which are all major sell points for disney families. However, the quality of care of my pet is priority over convenience and I do not endorse a place where is seems like the quantity and profit has superseded the quality of care and deceny of a living creature.

I took my dog for his first day of daycare on Friday…read more At 10am I get a text saying he was playing rough with another dog and had a"couple of small scratches and a small puncture". I was told he was cleaned up allowed to decompress and put back to play in a different play group. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick him to and see the condition he was in. I didn't get to fully look until I took him outside. I took pics and got in my car. I decided I wanted to speak to the manager so I called and was told he would be in the next day. When I got home and looked for the puncture I was shocked. I went first thing in the morning and was told the manager would be in later in the afternoon. While there I spoke to one of the other employees who mentions that the dogs are left alone in the rooms. No human supervision. There is no mention of this anywhere. They advertise experienced supervision on their website and being focused on safety. I can't imagine multiple dogs , especially large ones, being left unattended in a room. It was his first day. They don't even know his behavior and how he reacts to different dogs. This is all around irresponsible. I trusted them with my dog and this is how he is treated his first day. They said because I signed a waiver they won't pay for any vet bills and won't allow me to see the video footage so I can better understand what happened. There goes customer service. Lesson learned. Before leaving your dog with a doggie day care find out how many people are in the room with them? How they introduce new dogs? How many dogs in one room? Ask questions.

New dog boarding and daycare spot located only a few miles from Universal Studios!…read more Extremely clean, spacious, and the team is extremely friendly and dog-knowledgeable. Our Loki, a 100lb Lab Mix, thoroughly enjoyed himself at day camp and he was returned to us sparkly clean and a nice scent too! We have lived in Orlando just over a year and have had to beg for friends, one-off dog sitters, and even cancelled trips because Orlando's (affordable) dog boarding options either cater mostly to small dogs or they declined because of Loki's separation anxiety. This place welcomed our pup with open arms, and he even helped out with another dog that was terrified of being left there. We are SO happy that we finally have found a trustworthy, affordable, clean, knowledgeable option for dog boarding has finally landed in the area!
