I had to board my three dogs for the Thanksgiving weekend. This was a location I found that I…read morethought would best be suitable for them. I knew the price was going to be expensive especially since it was happening the week of Thanksgiving. However, I did get a nice discount by showing them my teacher ID which saved me $100 on my total, so that was nice. The staff here seemed pretty nice. I had no issue with check in or dealing with the staff. They seemed knowledgable and friendly. The facility has cameras all over where you can tune in for free via their webcams and see what your dogs are up to when they are at play time. When we dropped them off on Thursday I saw them on the webcam outside hanging out with other dogs. I felt pretty good when I saw my dogs having fun with the other doggies. Unfortunately, this was the last time I ever saw them on the webcams. I was on a cruise from Friday till Monday. I bought the internet package on my cruise specifically so I could check in on my dogs to see how they were doing. I did not have a schedule for when my dogs would be outside for play time to check in on them. Therefore, it was all chance and luck. Well, either I was very unlucky or something fishy was going on. On Friday morning, I logged in at 6 AM and did not see my dogs outside, but did see other dogs outside with one of the handlers. Later on in the day, I checked in again around 10 AM and 11 AM--still did not see my dogs. I continued this process for the next several days at random times, (6, 7, 10, 11, 1, 3, 4, & 5 PM) and I still never saw any of my dogs on any of the webcams. I thought it was really strange though that I kept seeing the same batches of dogs other than my own. On Monday, I came to pick up my dogs. They looked and acted fine, but I still wonder to this day why I never had the chance to see them on webcam. It just left a weird feeling in my gut. On top of that, I only received one report card about how my dog did while I was gone. The responses to how my dog did felt very AI-generated and not personable. So at the end of the day I have no idea what happened with my dogs' stay at Pet Paradise. Hopefully they were treated well and got plenty of time to run around outside and socialize with other dogs because I never witnessed it besides day one.

But we were told it needed to have a vets signature and not the stickers that showed proof of his shots. We were not informed of this over the phone just that it was super busy and we could only get a tour between noon and 14:00. Glad to be able to take my dog anywhere else than the poor service received with less than 10 minutes of interaction time.

BEST DOG BOARDING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!…read more There are not enough wonderful things to say about Grammy & her dog boarding business! We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. We will absolutely be boarding with Grammy for all of our future Orlando endeavors and I highly recommend you do too! We can't thank you enough Grammy!!!

Tai is…read moreknowledgeable, precise, and was able to break down the science when it comes to decoying a dog. Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. A lot of people always talk about wanting to have more obedient dogs. This is the place to go.

I recently used their services to board my two dogs. They had previously been boarded at another…read morefacility but they were fully booked and Woof Tang, while quite a drive, was highly rated and had the cameras for their rooms that we love to have. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

When looking for a place to board your dog on a Disney day, Best Friends Pet Hotels a convenient…read more option. I have now left my puppy there several times and most of the time she was quite complimentary. There are, however, pluses and minuses, and sadly the minus of my last visit may keep me from coming back. First the positive things. The place appears very clean and well kept. You can view the play areas as well as the area where they walk the pets. They appeared to do an excellent job although I did notice one time the person walking the dog at the time looked as if they would rather be anywhere else but there. When you walk in, there is a front desk, which is somewhat understaffed for the crowd that comes in it about the same time every morning. It varies on how much time you will spend waiting for intake. Every member of the staff has been extremely friendly and the experience at the front desk can only be described as warm and welcoming. My dog is sociable and loved meeting new friends in the lobby. There is an array of merchandise for purchase. Prices are slightly higher than you would pay at some other places. At the desk, you also have the opportunity to give any instructions and leave food, toys, or anything else you would like your dog to have. I must say they are also good at making sure that whatever you leave you also get back at the end of the day or whenever you pick your furry friend up. After check-in, they pleasantly take your dog and the people that do have the personalities that make the dog excited to go off with them. Pick up as much the same with variable lines and taking varying times. Sometimes they give a report card, sometimes they do not. The report card will let you know how your dog interacted with others during playtime. They will also give you details about eating and other things. Yes, I know I've made it sound perfect. Problem was that the last time I arrived purposely leaving time for my pet to eat before playtime with clear instructions on feeding and a package of food for her to eat. Based on my prior visits, I was confident that she would do well. I purposely did not arrive too close to playtime for them to have time to feed her before bringing her to play. When I picked her up, they gave me a report that she ate most of her food and had her usual fun time. It was bot until I arrived back at my hotel that I found that the food I had brought was uneaten and in fact unopened. And when I put food out, she was absolutely starving and ate every drop immediately. I called as they are still open late, but the phone rang and I allowed it to ring for over an hour with nobody picking up. Red Flag 1. I sent an email and got a response by phone the next day telling me that because it was a holiday (it was actually July 3) they were very busy in the morning so started bringing the dogs to play earlier and did not have time to feed her. Suddenly, the picture did not look as bright. Red flag number 2. As they told me that she had eaten, now everything they tell me or right on the report card becomes suspect. While they told me they would pay more attention to her next time, making excuses does not take away the doubts left behind by the discrepancy between what they told me and what actually happened that day. I paid good money, literally around $90 for her to be cared for and to play for one day. I was willing to pay the high prices with the expectation of high-quality. I did not get that. Offering to do the job right next time hardly makes up for doing it wrong that time. Which is why I think I will be looking for other options in the future.

OUR 2 YEAR OLD DOG WAS KILLED HERE!!!…read more !STAY AWAY! !!!MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS DELETED!!! They don't want people to see the truth. This place should NEVER AGAIN be granted the trust of pet owners and should NEVER AGAIN be responsible for the care of your family. They left my miniature poodle unattended and was brutally killed. My dog was chewed up as if, was a chewing toy just hours after dropping her off. The staff neglected the policies to keep dogs watched and separated based on size. They failed to do the one thing they vow to do. Take care of your beloved pet, your FAMILY. The manager Barbara is very unprofessional, ignorant, and ZERO COMPASSION. Till this day she never returned my call.

I took my dog for his first day of daycare on Friday…read more At 10am I get a text saying he was playing rough with another dog and had a"couple of small scratches and a small puncture". I was told he was cleaned up allowed to decompress and put back to play in a different play group. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick him to and see the condition he was in. I didn't get to fully look until I took him outside. I took pics and got in my car. I decided I wanted to speak to the manager so I called and was told he would be in the next day. When I got home and looked for the puncture I was shocked. I went first thing in the morning and was told the manager would be in later in the afternoon. While there I spoke to one of the other employees who mentions that the dogs are left alone in the rooms. No human supervision. There is no mention of this anywhere. They advertise experienced supervision on their website and being focused on safety. I can't imagine multiple dogs , especially large ones, being left unattended in a room. It was his first day. They don't even know his behavior and how he reacts to different dogs. This is all around irresponsible. I trusted them with my dog and this is how he is treated his first day. They said because I signed a waiver they won't pay for any vet bills and won't allow me to see the video footage so I can better understand what happened. There goes customer service. Lesson learned. Before leaving your dog with a doggie day care find out how many people are in the room with them? How they introduce new dogs? How many dogs in one room? Ask questions.
