I signed the agreement and paid them in 2019, and they did the work, I had issues with the colors of the panels not matching, not once but three times, finally they just discounted the work because they just couldn't get it right. Then when the stairs were completed the installer had left an edge of the stairs lifted, the installer then the manager both came to my home, both took two panels each to shape it into the edge of the stairs. Each bad mouthing the other. The last communication I had with the manger, David was back in January that the panel was received, it had been shaped and they would contact me in a week or two to schedule the installation. It is now the end of April and they are not responding to me, my floor is lifted and apparently I am not worth their time or satisfaction. I would recommend you seek a better, more reliable company to work with. Hoping no one falls in my home due to their shoddy workmanship.

They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor.
