He also answered any questions we had about the products. We are getting our first travel trailer, so we're new to the game. Paul knows his stuff; he knows what his products will and won't do. We are coming back soon to have a transmission oil cooler installed and we're requesting that Paul do it. Too many people just learn the bare minimum to "do their job".
