First and last time I will buy anything from this store. I bought a pair of shoes in early July. They now have big holes where the big toes are. When I took them back to the store today, I was told it was because my big toes slightly stick up. OK. It's my fault. I'm a beginner when it comes to running and a complete amateur when it comes to buying the right running shoes. The staff at Run With Us were very helpful. They gave me their best advice when picking out the right running shoes and helped me pick out the best shoes for me. I have a hip condition and it throws my gait off when I walk. The staff advised me to get shoes with arch support. The staffer, a nice girl, pulled out several different types of shoes from the stock and let me test out each one by walking around the store. I walked out of the store with a new pair of running shoes and some friction-less socks. I have to admit the prices did make me hesitate to buy, but I have to say I'm loving my shoes right now. Incredibly professional. I appreciated the representative, Rosario, who was extremely patient and informative. She even brought out additional sizes I requested to try on just to ensure I was confident with the shoes I went home with (lol, the size she initially recommended). She never made me feel bad for requesting to try on more shoes and I never felt pressured into the sale nor stressed about the time it took to make a decision. The shoes are a little pricey, but WORTH every penny for the costumer service at this establishment and the knowledge they share. I took my daughter here because she had just joined track and I didn't know anything about track so right when we walked in Mike greeted us with a friendly smile and asked us if we needed any help! My daughter asked about track shoes and I guess there are many different one for different events that you do in track and field. Who would have known. Visit was quick, and helpful. They check out your feet for pronation degree, size you, and give you several options to try on. You can go outside in the parking lot to try them out on the pavement, or just cruise around the store. Lots of clothes, and lots of shoes to choose from.. Saw lots of bras hanging around, but no femail staffers for opinions. Staff was friendly and prompt so overall the visit was good, and I will return again. read more

Absolutely the best place to get athletic shoes. As soon as you walk in the personal attention begins. From foot measurement to gait analysis, this place is rock solid in their knowledge of running/athletic shoes a well as customer service. I'm a runner and cross trainer, my husband just cross trains. We both go to Run With Us for our athletic shoe needs. Sure they specialize in running shoes but at the end of the day I want a shoe that has ood arch support, is light and most importantly comfortable. My husband wants the same but seeingbthat he's not a runner, a lightbwigt shoe is not as important. Their shoes aren't cheap but you definitely get what you pay for, excellent customer service and the most comfortable shoes available. We've shopped here multiple times and will continue to. I was helped the moment I walked in, asked exactly what was needed, and the staff helped me determine what my running/walking bio-mechanics were like to select the proper shoes for me. Again these guys do know their stuff. Had me take off my shoes, and immediately identified the lower arch in my left foot and brought out several shoes that might work for me. I went with the NB 882, and they feel like pillows on my feet. A lot of cushioning for the marathon training, but lightweight! Excellent service! read more

Background - Hill running, plus higher mileage, plus getting older equals Achilles tendinitis. As a triathlete, balancing training, family and work get tricky and one has absolutely zero time to get injured. The wife okay'd getting fitted for proper running shoes as the more time I spent sitting around healing, the more griping she had to hear from me about the injury. Read alot of reviews and spoke to a good friend that runs marathons for breakfast and decided this was the spot. Experience - Immediately upon entering you're greeted with ample smiles and friendly associates. They begin by identifying your needs with questions of terrain, type of running, injuries and so forth. Took off my old shoes walked up and and down for them to see my pronation. They then followed up with feet measurement identifying your proper shoe size and voila, out comes 3 boxes. The best part? he tells me to go outside and run with them. My wife said I had a grin from ear to ear. If you can't run in them how will you know they're right for you? A simple concept but one no commercial store will ever pick up on, since reselling shoes that have been run in are not appealing...well that's bullocks! After trying all three you identify what aspects appeal to you, then bam another box comes out. Once you're down to two finalist the most amazing thing happened, he put one on each foot. Never tried this process but wow, being able to go outside do a light jog, with a different shoe on each foot just about clears up any doubts you have about a selection. Conclusion - Can't thank the sales associate enough, Run with Us is the only place I'll be buying running shoes from now on. The process was more than I could ask for and I'm definitely happy with my selection. That same day I broke the new trainers in with a 5 miler in 85 heat and what do you know faster than that last time I did that route. 5 star business all day long!!!! Came here after doing a 10k and realizing that my nikes werent cutting it. My buddies recommended this place and im glad they did. We came in took a quick look around and were asked right away if we needed help. I told the gentleman there that i needed some new running shoes and that i wanted to get fitted. He then had me do some walking for him, he saw what my gait looked like and right away went to the back to get what i needed. He brought out 3 pairs for me and told me all the features, benefits, and prices of each. I made my decision and i couldnt be happier. I'm not sure if you can run in the San Gabriel Valley without going to Run With Us at some point. Either you are going to need professional shoe advice, you are going to need to pick up your running club t-shirt from them, or you are going to need to meet other runners. Took my daughter to buy running socks because she was getting blisters. Had them look at her running shoes as well and it tiurns out that the shoes were also not the best fit for her feet. They took their time to explain the pros and cons of each pair of socks and shoes. She tried on 4 different pairs and they even told her to go run outside the store with them to see how they felt! I was very impressed by their knowledge and customer service. Not the cheapest place to buy a pair of shoes, but if you are a serious runner or training for the L.A. Marathon, definitely worth stopping in to have them recommend shoes and socks to at least get you started. Will definitely shop there again! read more

Wow this is like the best running shoe store I have ever been to...way better than New Balance or Sports Chalet; they actually know what they're talking about. Four months ago I bought $120 Heidi Klum running sneakers at New Balance (Arroyo Parkway). I lived to regret the purchase as I got plantar fasciitis. I went to Run With Us for heel inserts, but left with a new pair of Saucony running shoes that I LOVE. My feet feel wrapped in deluxe cushioning and they look pretty fresh too! The staff is knowledgeable, examining my gait and ankle strength before recommending shoes. He was also patient while I tried on 6 different pairs of shoes and jogged around the block before purchasing. They are the best place in town for running shoes! read more
