Have always randomly bought running shoes that are on clearance at places like DSW, but not too happy with my last discounted pair so I decided to try out Run With Us after reading the Yelp reviews. One of the best decisions I have ever made, and I think my feet will thank me for it! From the moment I went inside the store, I felt at ease and totally welcomed by the staff. Also, I immediately got the sense that the staff was definitely knowledgable about running shoes. After all, they definitely look like they do a couple of marathons every year, if not more. After telling them how many miles I run each week, they looked at how I walked, they made me step on a foot pressure analysis machine, and they measured my feet. Surprisingly, it was recommended that I actually go a half size bigger for running shoes, and I was soon trying on the four pairs of shoes that were chosen for me. I was pleasantly surprised that all four pairs felt great to me! I was advised to take my time with each pair. They even suggested running with the shoes on the sidewalk outside. Throughout the process, all my questions were answered. Ultimately, I decided on a pair of Saucony Guide 10 shoes after running through the store for probably a couple of miles. Why not 5 stars? As many reviewers have noted, there's very little parking available at the back of the store. There were no open spaces, so I opted to park on an adjacent street. Parking was limited to only one hour on the street where I parked, and I did go over my time limit. Luckily, Pasadena PD wasn't fast enough! Also, I would have liked it if I was asked in the beginning if I had a budget. The prices were only given to me as I was trying on the shoes. Ended up shelling out $120 for my new pair before taxes, which is the recommended price for the shoes I found online. I'll see you next time Run With Us when it's time for a new pair. read more

I'm an avid runner and think it's of the utmost importance that I wear top quality, properly fitted shoes if I hope to still be running and in good shape when I'm 70. There are some things I really don't mind splurging on and running shoes is one of them. So, it may come as no surprise that Run With Us is my go-to store for any and all running gear. When I went to Run With Us for the first time, I don't think I'd been actually fitted for shoes since I was about 5. Regular shoe stores and chain sports stores just don't give that type of service anymore and I'm sure millions of Americans are wearing ill fitting shoes as a result. At Run With Us, the staff is trained to perform a gait analysis, balance tests and even check to see how and where your previous pair of running shoes have worn before they even bring you shoes to try on. I'm sure you will have never had a better-suited pair of shoes for you feet! I have noticed such a difference in my body and my ability to run longer distances since I started shopping at Run With Us. i think the doctor that keeps sending people to this store owns this store. went in to see her to get help with my ankle that is twisted from an accident. she sent me to this store with a prescription for 10 % of walking shoes. the moment i walked in almost everyone one has the same paper in their hands from the same doctor. the sale people already knew that you were sent there by her and sells you some over priced tennis shoes $115 and up with 10 % off. You can get some of the same shoes at costco and else where for less. I wore the shoes and they were very uncomfortable. i had to throw them away in 3 weeks after paying $127.00 for them. A friend of mine went to the same doctor and she sent her to the same store with a 10% coupon. Interestingly enough, her office called me a few weeks later to offer customer orthotics for hundreds of dollars. A big scam. Just trying to take advantage of people by capitalizing from both ends. They don't even deserve one star. I pray that people's eyes will be opened soon read more

I want to give a huge thank you to Azari! I just bought a pair of shoes here, and I'm honestly blown away. I've been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis lately, to the point where it hurt so much I could barely walk. But the moment I put on the shoes Azari recommended, the pain was gone. Before coming in, I had tried a pair that ChatGPT recommended, but they were too soft for me and made my ankles feel unstable. Azari, on the other hand, was able to figure out exactly what was going on with my feet just by looking at my foot shape, the way I walk, and even how I stand. I highly recommend Run with Us!! I have purchased my last 4 pairs of running shoes at this store. I only come to this running store to get my running shoes. They have highly trained and knowledgeable staff to help you pick out the right shoe to fit your specific foot type by looking at your feet and how you walk. They can tell you if you pronate, overpronate, suppinate, or if you are a neutral runner. They will even let you run around the block in the shoes to determine if you like them or not...how many other stores will do that for their customer?! I don't think twice about supporting this store over the big guys and I have brought several friends who also are happy with their shoes purchases as well. read more

I went there last night to get a pair of running shoes and it was such a positive experience. Rossaria helped me with my fitting and we found the perfect fit for my feet. She paid a lot of attention to my needs and what would be the perfect fit considering a lot of details that you need as a runner. These were the details that had always got overlooked at the other stores. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went while training for my first marathon. The sales person took a lot of time with me as I tried on 20 pairs of shoes. He seemed to really care about me having the right shoes. I bought some, ran in them for a few days and found that I really didn't care for them. No problem. The staff members are knowledgeable about the proper running shoes for beginners. They also have 7-day exchange which is also good.
