I told the lady what I needed, and she directed me to this lady on an aisle for the keys. When I approached the lady, she was opening a cabinet and she huffed, lol! It was all good. I told her she can finish what she was going to do and she told me that it would take a while. So I gave her my keys and she started making the copies. While my copies were being made, I checked out some screws and bout some of those. The lady was done by the time I came back. I went to the register to check-out and there was a lady that was up there that helped me. She was very nice and kind. We had a good short convo while she helped me. My items were fairly inexpensive. I used my military discount here as well. I will definitely return.

The next day, I returned to swap this out for the lotion. I was assisted by another young lady and her service was just as good as the other two from the day before. Then, a few days later, I decided to get the full size lotion so I was back in there. They have a great variety of makeup and perfumes. You can spend a lot of time in here. Of course I ended up trying some of the shades on my hand but almost all of them were missing the applicator. Is that normal to deter people from using it directly on their lips or are they just abused? This made testing difficult but I did settle on a shade for that day. The lady behind the counter was friendly and she urged me to request a sample after I paid, as well as any other time I would be by. She assured me that if a sample of my preferred product was not available, she would try to make one for me. Instead of just tossing a random item in my bag, she asked what my skin was like and what sort of products I was looking for. After I mentioned combination skin and leaning more towards natural beauty, she gave me a 0.5 fl oz sample of Origins Activated Charcoal Mask. Being Korean, I obviously LOVE face masks so I was happy to get another one. Even though a lot of the testers were in bad shape, I will still be back here the next time I have money to blow on makeup.

I told them I the style and color of the suit that I wanted. They said they will not see me because I have to have an appointment, even though the website specifically said that you accept walk ins. They said it would be a 45 minute process, which is fine and why I came in early. Yet they refused to do it even though I was the only person int he entire store and they were sitting there chatting at the register. I am really disappointed by that service, specifically because I have a wedding party of 6 people and was planning on spending over 1k for suit rentals. Really has lost its customer touch, I will be going to David's bridal.

This was a very exciting stop for me. I have drooled over the photos in the shop's newsletters and…read moreon the website. Now I finally visited in person! When I knew I was making the trip, I reached out ahead of time and did some homework. With Kari's help I found a great sweater pattern and a skein of yarn to try it out (aka gauge check). I've never knit with this yarn before and here's why: Their yarn is 100% made in America; the sheep that are raised for their wool, the fiber that is spun into workable formats and the dyes used to create colorful yarn. That doesn't just happen. It's very mindful and specific and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! With swatches (think knit test patches) in hand, I came in to find the skeins for my sweater. Kari gave me a hand with measurements, helped me pick some well-matched skeins (remember, hand dyed means there are subtle variations with unique characteristics) and even found a sample of the sweater so I could double-check sleeve length. I left the store with the confidence to knit my first sweater and - hopefully - start a love affair with these amazing fibers. Everyone on staff was super friendly, offering tips and sharing their knitting adventures, as well as some local lore and weather chat. I'd be here for weekly knit night if I lived near by. As it is, I have a fabulous reason to pull off the highway and visit with my new crafty friends.
