Our condiments were also ordered ahead of time, they came out once the food was cold. And we asked for tartar sauce, I guess they ran out; so get there early. They ran out of clean glasses, so we couldn't get any water until well after we ordered our first round of drinks. Half our table got their drinks, the other half had to wait for clean glasses. Our waitress was trying, but the music may be too loud for them to concentrate on your order. The service is extremely slow, and hard to get their attention when you need something, because the music is ENTIRELY TOO LOUD !!!!
