Well... it's decent for a neighborhood spot, but I'll list some positives and some areas where improvement is needed. Ambiance and decor are nice, and a welcoming surprise upon stepping inside. We went on a Sunday, at abt 8 pm, musics great, but ENTIRELY TOO LOUD!!!! We had a party of four, and my friend across the table had to text me because it was impossible to hear, it was like being at a concert. The food is good, but a lot of inconsistencies, with the fried wings and fried catfish. Some come out fried really hard, some come just right. We had to wait forever for an extra plate that we asked for when we initially placed our order and Our food was cold by the time it came. Our condiments were also ordered ahead of time, they came out once the food was cold. And we asked for tartar sauce, I guess they ran out; so get there early. They ran out of clean glasses, so we couldn't get any water until well after we ordered our first round of drinks. Half our table got their drinks, the other half had to wait for clean glasses. Our waitress was trying, but the music may be too loud for them to concentrate on your order. The service is extremely slow, and hard to get their attention when you need something, because the music is ENTIRELY TOO LOUD !!!! Okay, so here's my review! My homegirl and her friend went to 65767567--whatever the hell the name is --and apparently, we need to add this spot to the list because they have a REALLY good happy hour. Their happy hour starts as soon as they open. During the week, they open around 4 PM, and on Sundays they open at 2 PM, so they got there around 2:30 and were able to catch happy hour. Pretty much everything was $10, which is a damn good deal. Her friend got the Impossible Burger, and she said she left NO crumbs! She didn't get a good picture of it, but the burger was $10 and came with fries. She got the grilled chicken sandwich, which she said is literally the only thing she ever gets because it's THAT good. She adds cheddar cheese, and it's still only $10 with a healthy amount of fries. They also had $10 margaritas, so of course she had to get one. Her friend definitely pressured her into drinking, but she only had one! They also tried the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, which she said was REALLY, REALLY good. She thinks it was around $16, and honestly, it sounds like it was worth it. The live band starts around 4 PM, and she said the bands are always good, so this is definitely a spot to grab some food, drinks, and enjoy some live music. Her final rating was 10/10! She also wanted to point out that it's a Black-owned business, which is always something worth supporting. When they first opened in November, valet was free, but unfortunately, they now charge for it. She believes valet was around $10, so keep that in mind. One other thing to know: this isn't really a place where you can just pull up whenever you feel like it. You need a reservation, and they require a credit card to secure it. When we arrived, we opted for valet parking, since parking in the area is pretty limited. The building was well lit, and there was security at the entrance before we stepped into a lively atmosphere filled with a vibrant crowd and live music. After checking in, we waited a bit to be seated. There is a dress code, so be sure to check the website beforehand--I'd describe it as casual chic. The space isn't very large (around 100 capacity), but the mirrors give it the illusion of being bigger. As for the food and drinks: the drinks were good, and I enjoyed the Cajun chicken Alfredo. I made a 4:45 PM reservation after they opened at 4:00, and I was honestly surprised at how busy it already was. Not overcrowded, but definitely reservation-heavy for that early. We started with the chargrilled oysters (six total) 100/10. Perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. They even served them with a cute mini bottle of hot sauce. What are oysters without hot sauce? For drinks, we ordered the hibiscus margarita and the mango margarita. Both were well-balanced; strong but not overwhelming. Service was a bit slow at one point, for this they gave us another round of drinks! For dinner, we both ordered the salmon, which comes with two sides. Between us, we tried the broccolini, mashed potatoes, and the sweet potato casserole (more like a whipped sweet potato mash). Everything was excellent. The salmon was perfectly cooked not dry at all! The broccolini had a nice char and happy it wasn't soggy. The mashed potatoes were smooth and flavorful. The sweet potato mash? Chef's kiss. Lightly sweet with a delicate crust on top. Our server was very attentive, checking in consistently to make sure we had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also extremely clean and well-maintained (three to four stalls, which I always appreciate). Stocked with all your necessities as well. I LOVE supporting Black-owned businesses, and this has easily become one of my favorite spots I've visited. They offer live jazz from 6-8 PM, which adds such a grown, elevated vibe to the experience. It seems they do not want any standing around the bar, at least not between 8-10p. They let us in and we had a small wait until a couple sitting next to our friends decided to leave. My friends enjoyed their cocktails; this establishment did not have any mocktails on the menu. The food was okay. I tried the jumbo shrimp and seasoned fries while my friend loved the butter cake. Stopped by Six Seven Five Lounge on a Friday night just to grab a birthday drink, and the place was buzzing. For a spot that has only been open a few months, it was impressively packed, which is always a good sign. We only ordered two martinis, and the bartender was a little slow getting them out. That said, the vibe more than made up for it. There was live music, a mature crowd, and an overall energy that felt welcoming and fun without being chaotic. The space is beautiful. The lighting, the decor and overall vibe is grown and sexy. Valet was complimentary and me and my girls were seated promptly. The music was 90s R&B and the live band played for about 30 min which was a nice, unexpected surprise. For the food, the appetizers were tiny and the entrees were just okay. Came to Six Seven Five Lounge on opening night (11/13) and had a great experience overall. When we arrived around 6:30pm it was completely empty, so our first thought was, "Hmm... where everybody at?" It didn't start to pick up until about 7:30pm. We hung out at the bar for a bit while waiting to be seated and ordered a Smokey Mezcal Old Fashioned and a hibiscus margarita. The hibiscus was way too sweet for me, so the bartender made me a mezcal margarita instead--much better. Food: My husband and I ordered the charbroiled oysters, bang bang shrimp, vodka sauce pasta with blackened salmon, and the fried fish sandwich (catfish--you can choose between catfish or tilapia). The oysters were good, the bang bang shrimp were truly banging, and the vodka sauce pasta had great flavor. Service & Ambiance: Service was great, and our waiter gave solid recommendations. The décor and ambiance were a vibe, and once the band started playing around 8pm, the energy really picked up. One small hiccup: We ordered the gooey butter cake, which the menu states is "served with vanilla ice cream." When it arrived without ice cream, we mentioned it to our waiter. He explained it was a typo and offered a "vanilla cream" instead. If it is a typo, they should consider actually serving it with ice cream because the cake is dense and would pair perfectly. Other notes: They offer valet, and it seems like there's a parking lot next door. We chose to valet. Oh my, what a time! My friend and i stumbled upon this restaurant randomly and i am so glad we did! Valet only which is fine. We went on a Sunday and the wait time was about an hour an and a half. Luckily for us, 2 bar seats opened up in the nick of time. Our bartender Robert made the most yummy drinks I've ever had. Still craving them. My friend and i had about 3 or 4 drinks each. Robert knows what he's doing behind that bar! Now the food slapped even harder, my goodness. The collard greens was SO GOOD! The mac and cheese was delightful. The chicken was cooked to perfect. Definitely go for the ambience and the vibes! It's absolutely beautiful inside. Two of the young gentlemen bussing tables were extraordinarily nice as well. I believe one of their names was Tristan. Everything we asked was like a "meh" response. And to be frank, the only thing I actually liked from what my party ordered were the bang bang shrimp. We went during happy hour and we went early which was good as it got crowded. However when we first went, it was mostly empty as well as the parking lot. Our party of six met there and all parked in their parking lot which turned out to be a mess as we didn't know that it eventually becomes a valet parking situation so we were all blocked in when we left and the car the blocked my cousin in, no one could find the keys to so she was late going to her next destination. Like it took them over half an hour to locate the keys. I brought my mom oxtails from there as she loves oxtails. She did not care for them at all. I also brought her rice n gravy, collard greens, and cornbread. She said the rice was crunchy because it was undercooked, but she liked the greens and loved the cornbread. While we were there, my cousin ordered the chicken strips off the happy hour menu. Her order was the last to come out (mind you, you're only allowed 90 min for happy hour) and the chicken was totally unseasoned. We found out that the chicken strips took so long because they didn't take the out the freezer so maybe that's why they lacked flavor? No time to season? Idk! My cousin said Raisin Canes flavorless chicken strips were better. The fresh squeezed lemonade was tasty and the alcoholic drinks were definitely potent. The live music was definitely a vibe. And they have Bingo next door which must be lit because people were coming all over for that! So if nothing else, you're gonna have fun. We celebrated me sister in Law retirement, 13 of us. You have to put down a deposit if you hve a group of 5 or more. Bad - They ran out of turkey chops Oxtails over cooked, like that mixed the old oxtails with a new batch. I told the waitresses (which was very nice (that I did not like the oxtails, it was removed from our bill. Fried broccoli - dry. Portobello mushrooms - over cooked. One of my friends didnt finished eating it. Yams - had too much cinnamon add no sweetest & look like baby food. Wine - is over priced & cost just as much as the specialty drinks. I think that the place is beautiful. I've been three times, so I'm gonna give a very fair review. The first time was when it first opened and I only went for drinks I had nothing bad to say about it. The second time I went was on a Sunday the menu was great the food tasted incredible the service was nice however they need to train the waiters a little bit more in my opinion but very nice young man nonetheless. The music is entirely too loud. Band is incredible however that music is too darn loud. The third time I went on a Saturday, I did not like one part of it. If I make a reservation and I put my card on file to hold the reservation and I show up five minutes before my reservation, just two people, why can't I be seated until the other person gets here? You have my card on file. But OK I have to wait for my other guest to get here no problem, where am I to wait? Why not put benches outside so that people can wait or some type of seating outside possibly versus having people stand near a crowded bar which is obstructing the access for the waiters and waitresses and you're standing on top of the other customers. That's just a suggestion for my part you could put some type of nice seating outside you have a door MAN! and security outside to keep everything nice and in order because having people crowd in that front area it looks sloppy and it is just chaotic. So, my my friend gets there on time now we have to wait another 20 minutes for the tables to clear. I think that a 90 minute rule needs to be enforced on busy nights to prevent layover like this. I put my card on file to request ' restaurant' seating, I got sat in bar seats that have no backs. Why in the hell will you have seating for people to eat at they have no backs to them. The moment the doors are opened the scent of a scrumptious kitchen is in the air. This was our first time here and it did not disappoint, the cocktail menu was well thought out. The dinner menu was great. One of my favorite things was the jerk ranch!!! We ordered the Golden hour cocktail and OMG!! It was sooo good. There was live music , it was a bit too loud which made it difficult for our server to hear us and it definitely made having a conversation a bit difficult. If the volume of the music a a tad bit lower it would be better. It does get busy so have patience and be nice to the staff. Our service is as great . Definitely will be coming back soon read more

The vibe the vibe. Friday night without a reservation (note to self, make a reservation) but everyone was super nice and we were able to be accommodated. Drinks were delicious. Pear martini, blackberry smash, and smoked old fashion. Yum. Tried the chargrilled oysters. Pretty tasty as well. I was blown away from how great the music was and the fact they kept the vibe going after the posted closing time. Can't wait for my next visit to LA. Went for the first time on a Friday night and sat at the bar because I didn't have a reservation. - The DJ was dope af. - The ambiance is really cool and the decor is nice - aesthetically, a nice environment. The tvs behind the bar turn into paintings in frames , just a really nice upscale touch in general. I enjoyed that. - The bang bang shrimp was amazing. - The hibiscus margarita was good. - The don julio reposado and pineapple juice wasn't good - the juice was expired or something, it just tasted off. - The cajun chicken alfredo pasta was disgusting and I sent it back. I can't remember the last time I sent food back because I typically just power through but the lack of flavor and the chalky texture of the sauce was unforgivable. I asked my bartender, Shanice, for water 3 separate times and it never came out. The bar area wasn't full but I was ignored by her multiple times and when I did manage to get her attention she seemed preoccupied with organizing. There was a gentleman in all black that asked if I needed help then when I said yes, he said he couldn't really help me and flagged down Shanice. If you can't help, why even ask!?. Back to the alfredo, when I sent it back, I ordered a mango margarita with a different bartender, Cheyenne, and it was never brought out. Shanice was still very present at the bar but never came to check on me. I finally gave my card to Cheyenne to pay and saw that I was charged for the alfredo that I sent back. Cheyenne left them came back and brought out the correct check but set it in front of a bald black man - I have a full fro, so it made no sense that she would mix us up. She realized the error 5 minutes later and brought it over to me. I doubt I would ever waste money in there again but if YOU decide to, order the bang bang shrimp and stay away from the chalky alfredo. A friend of mine showed up as I was leaving and ordered a mango margarita for me and it was good but not good enough to go back. The service, at the bar, isn't good at all. read more
