I got a martini that was superbly created by our friendly bartender, and my wife got a beer. We split a Turkey Club, and we were glad we did as it was monstrous! We checked in Sunday afternoon and by night time we were hungry but didnt want to walk far or drive somewhere. My partner suggested to just eat at the Beacon instead. We were seated right away. Our server was very nice and helpful. We ordered the mahi mahi tacos which came with 3 tacos. It was really good and served with chips and salsa. The salsa had a kick to it. My partner ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which also came with your choice of fries, rosemary garlic fries and another option that I forgot. I asked him to get the garlic fries since we both love garlic. His sandwich was flavorful. He enjoyed every bite of it. We will go back here if we are staying at the Hyatt again. read more

I've been here one other time and thought it was a fluke but just came back and had the best service ever from Eddie and tessy (tesi? Sorry about spelling). We literally sat down and they helped us immediately and we were high maintenance (asking for a lot of sauces, refills etc. and had young kids with us) and they both went above and beyond. Really appreciate the service here from these two. They went out of their way to make us feel special on our first night of vacation!!! read more

Horrible customer service. They can't even take your order unless you come down. They have one server that was working today. Ok so the one server can't take my order, wouldn't you think that the front desk could put in the order? No you are wrong. Although staff changed day to day, one individual stands out far beyond the rest. Justin is an incredible human, with genuine care and respect for customers and coworkers. He's dedicated to making each customer feel welcomed, heard and well taken care of. He easily became our favorite over the few nights we interacted with him with his charismatic personality and attention to detail. Giant thank you to Justin!
