My grandma has been a patient for over 4+ years. She was always rushed here and we had to have our questions ready and hand them to ensure we got them all answered. My grandma has been consistent in her appointments and frequently asked for pain medicine due to her pain and numbness in her legs as well as headaches. in Dr Mann accused her of being addicted to pain pills. We just learned she is in her last stage of cancer. My family chose her as the PCP being she practiced internal medicine. So much for that and she's horrible to never catch anything and send my grandma in pain. read more

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. I went in for a pinched nerve which she didn't even exam me or ask me any questions about it and without examination or xrays she told me I have arthritis in my neck. How can she possibly give that diagnosis without any tests??? I went in for the pinched nerve in my neck. Then I told her listen I don't need a mammogram and a colonoscopy and a dexa test and all this other stuff she wanted to do...IM IN HERE FOR MY NECK....HELLOOOOOOOOOOO. So then I told her the pain from the pinched nerve hurt and some nights I can't sleep so she prescribes me a muscle relaxer. REALLY??? Why would she prescribe a muscle relaxer for arthritis???? Ya this woman has no clue. I filed a grievance with my insurance and got a new Awesome PCP. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE. read more

I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Mann and her staff. I came down from Oregon to care for my friend who has cancer. My friend was diagnosed with cancer on January 7th, 2016. Since that time, Dr. Mann has not "once" called to check up on her. She hasn't asked about any of her tests, nor where she is in the process - nothing. I called her office "five times" the week prior to last and went into her office and asked her to call me. My calls were not returned and Dr. Mann's comment in regards to calling me was this, "I will talk to you when my friend goes into her office for an appointment". What I wanted to tell her was that my friend is asleep 90% of the day, is losing weight like crazy, not eating as she should so she can keep up her strength and so on. She is her Primary Care Physician and I am truly, not seeing a caring environment. Today, my friend finally gets her biopsy and for those who have ever gone through a biopsy - knows how painful they are. Her Oncologist is on vacation this week, therefore, we cannot even start a treatment plan until March 7th when he returns. read more

Very disappointed with dr mann, I tried to schedule an appointment because of recent test follow up, after not getting a call back to schedule the appointment, I finally got a hold of somebody but they could not schedule the appointment until July , this is March but because dr mann prefers to see her snow birds patients during this time of the year, full time residents ,can only see her during the summer time, this is per the receptionist, dr mann does not follow true with test results read more

Dr. Mann has no idea who my Mom is. She sends her PA who calls and then never comes, sometimes for 2 weeks. Or she will leave her card on the door and say she was here but she never knocked. My Mom is homebound. The PA is over worked and cannot follow through on any promises. They do not review medications and prescribed her a drug that causes permanent lung damage and she has COPD. The elderly don't know and the docs just give them compliments and then neglect them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Mann - EVER and definitely not Jennifer the PA. This has been going on for 2-3 years. My siblings and I complain, it makes no difference. read more

I have seen Dr. Mann as she cared for my father near the end of his life, and she is also caring for a friend of mine. I will be sending my spouse to her as well, and I would not hesitate to go to her myself. I am a physician. I found Dr. Mann to be very competent, bright, thorough and caring. She did have long wait times when I was going to her office with my father, but that was five years ago and I have not experienced that recently. For me, she has all the qualities that matter, and she is very willing to respond to questions and work out solutions. I think she does a great job. read more

What happened to "First, do no harm?" If you get a boo boo on your knee this lady would do an okay job. If your life depends on her, you can do much better. I have problems with chronic pain but when I had a blood pressure ramp-up recently, I called Dr. Mann's office to get some help. I called the office on Monday, on Tuesday, and on Wednesday. Each time I got the answering machine and left a message. No response. So on Thursday, I went to urgent care. They said I had had a heart attack, probably on Monday and that part of my heart had died. I was swept into heart surgery. The next morning, who shows up at my hospital bed? Doctor Rupindar Mann. What was on her agenda? My health? Nope! She wanted to explain that she had been out of town and that she had "five girls" watching her office while she was gone. She wanted to know if I understood how hard it was to run a medical practice. Could a human being be less compassionate, more self-serving, or more arrogant than to think that I wanted to discuss her business problems from my hospital bed on the morning after heart surgery? I don't think so. Tip to Dr. Mann: Get five "women" instead of "girls" and you will notice the difference. Or was the "girl" reference just evidence of your class issues? Oh, the "girls" will not bill your insurance properly, either, assuring headaches down the road. read more

Dr. Mann WAS my Mother's doctor. My mom said Dr. Mann never really listened to her, asked questions or even attempted to understand any of her health concerns. Last December my mom had an appointment with Dr.Mann because she was not feeling well and was overwhelmingly tired. Dr. Mann spent a few minutes with her and diagnosed her with arthritis. She said this was normal and she was one of the healthiest almost 80 year olds she had seen and to come back in April. Thank God, my mom scheduled an appointment with another doctor. The new doctor listened carefully, asked questions and ordered testing based on the information provided. Her new doctor diagnosed her with an aggressive form of lymphoma and began treatment immediately. If you value your health, please find another doctor. read more

Came in for serious back pain, this dr. Mann did no proper exam on my body, she sat down, asked me a few questions then prescribed a muscle relaxer and no pain medication, told me she doesn't believe in prescribing narcotitcs for pain. Even though there is a whole variety of pain meds that are not narcotitcs she rushed me out of the exam room with no help and a muscle relaxer that cost $300 dollars!! When I came back to her office to request a different medication she became flustered and told me to find another dr. Her staff is unprofessional and rude, not recommended if you're in a desperate situation.... read more

Dr. Mann and staff have always treated me with professionalism and respect. They are proactive in referrals to specialists whenever I have needed that...I actually was very surprised at how quickly they have processed referrals and office staff have called me with numbers to book my appointments. I love that Dr. Mann doesn't order unnecessary tests or drugs and allows me to try alternative means to improve my lab results. She never pushes drugs on me unless absolutely necessary. When i go to my appointments with my list of concerns, she listens attentively and deals with all the issues promptly and efficiently. Great office! read more
