Our very spacious room, named Amber, was immaculate and the owners thought of everything from having plenty of towel racks, a wall mounted blow dryer, conveniently located charging outlets, toilet separate from vanity area, well placed nightlights, pool towels, comfy beds & linens (Slept like a baby!) as well as the beautiful landscape surrounding the inviting pool! Also liked all of the decor including the Hawaiian shirt prints and decorative sunflower & waterlily art tiles in our room! Also, have to mention the eggs Benedict at the Costeaux French Bakery!! So delicious!! Best breakfast!! Yum!! This Inn is walking distance to downtown which is what drew us to this location. Ve was our host and she was very nice and gave us a short tour around the place. I was confused because we were told we could use the heated pool and then, when we went to go use it, there were multiple signs saying it's closed. The walls are thin, you can hear everything occurring in the hallway. Our room needed love. There was lots of dust build up, the television was extremely small, and the bed frame was very flimsy. The mattress was also quite hard and it was difficult to sleep throughout the night. I was looking forward to the speakeasy but it was closed throughout our stay. I'm not sure if it's closed for good or just wasn't open when I was there. There was no information given about it. We went out and came back to the Inn around 8 pm, there was an empty bottle of wine and dirty glasses sitting around the entrance area. I'm not sure if that was due to available tastings at the Inn or if someone just left it out because we were not informed of tasting offerings at the Inn. Breakfast was served between 8-10 and it was soggy French toast, warm yogurt and room temperature orange juice. All in all, I would not stay here again and I would choose to stay farther away at a nicer place.

BEWARE: No Parking…read more Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza has absolutely no "overnight" parking. I repeat: NO PARKING. Visitors are left to fend for themselves, hoping they can find overnight parking (which is almost nonexistent). How did we solve the problem? We went to a hotel down the street who graciously offered us valet parking even though we were NOT staying at their hotel. The response from the Inn is NOT true. The lot behind the Inn does not permit overnight parking. We checked into it. Parking in front of the Inn is limited to 2 hours. However, that does not apply for vehicles with handicap placards. Incidentally, other hotels nearby are aware of this problem.

We found this place online. We were looking for a hotel with…read more2 beds for 2 nights. After seeing the pictures and reading the description, we booked the room. There is a no refund policy, which means you cannot cancel your reservations. This place is very expensive, more than what we wanted to spend. With it being summer, peak season, and no other rooms within 75 miles, we had no options but to take it. The place is very old, very very old. They said that they newly renovated. The repainted, put in new linoleum floors, super cheap beds, they are really cots with a soft matress put on top, they are not real beds. They give you a child size table and 2 child size chairs to sit on. A mini fridge, which is okay, and a very tiny microwave. They do not do yard maintenance, even though they say it is more natural and organic and better for wildlife, and to save water. They said the mow every 2-3 weeks. There are huge rosemary shrubs in front of all of the rooms. They are overgrown and should be trimmed, your view is blocked. There are a few plastic tables and Adirondack type chairs out in the field, but nothing near your room if you want to sit outside. There is a nice pool which they lock up every night at 7pm, so your family has to get out at 7pm. The bathrooms are small but come with towels, etc. They have hair dryers, soap and shampoo. We had a few issues our room, I reported it to the 800 number, whom told the manager. He called me and we discussed the issues, and said thank you, that he was unaware of those issue and he will fix them. I was satisfied with my conversation with the manager, he was very professional and understanding. Thank you Xavier. This place is next to Northwwods golf course. There is a restaurant at the golf course. Next door is a little cafe with good food. It is quiet and peaceful here except for a few noisy tenants. $320 per night is way too much for this place. See photos. It should be no more that $129 per night.

There is also a pool, though it was closed when I was at the hotel, but is open during summer from 9am to 7pm. Had some great breakfast options near by. Great little place though! While we aren't traditional "B&B" types with flowerly and overly feminine designs, we opened our minds up after reading all about the amazing experiences people have had at the Honor Mansion. Upon arrival at the Mansion we were greeted by Lupita, who is the manager of the property. She was extremely professional, extremely welcoming, and made our experience so special. The main Mansion is really lovely and had touches of traditional B&Bs (a parlor, a breakfast room, DVDs to borrow and a fireplace for chatting, rooms upstairs) with a modern, contemporary Victorian style. We stayed in Vineyard Suite #1, which is located in an annex near the main Mansion. The suite was exceptional. From the bedding (I think it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and I travel for a living) to the bath tubs (TWO, count them TWO tubs - one a soaking tub inside and the other outside is a jacuzzi). A fireplace, big TV (we didn't even use!), wet bar (brandy anyone?), a beautiful huge shower that is big enough for a small family to live in, and a lovely, private back patio (again, jacuzzi tub). They anticipate every amenity and need you may have - and they do a great job at it. Wine was waiting for us in our room, but we instead enjoyed a glass of Dutcher Crossing offered at our welcome with Lupita. They also have appetizers in the evening in the Mansion. We walked downtown to Healdsburg for dinner at Valette, and took a cab back. Tea was delivered to our door in the morning with delicious homemade biscotti. After a relaxing wake up, we wandered to the Mansion for an exceptional breakfast. They have different specials each day - this day it was a Southwestern style omelette with cheddar biscuits (with a hint of jalapeno!). We also nibbled on fresh fruit and pastries. They can bring breakfast to your suite, but we loved the cozy breakfast nook and chatting with the friendly staff. Oh, and I forgot - MIMOSAS! They have the longest list I have ever seen of mimosas! We tried the mimosa of the month - pomegranate. It was high quality sparkling and the flavor was so great. You get two complimentary per guest, so enjoy. We walked the grounds and wished we had more time for bocce and warmer weather for the pool - pool side massage? Yes, please! We loved it so much we bought a gift certificate for my parents. Let's just say - if they don't use it, we will! An exceptional, romantic experience for fans of tradition and fans of the modern.

It's about a mile from downtown Geyserville so not really walkable to restaurants. We booked a deluxe king room with a balcony from a third party site. On their web site, it's shows vineyard views. The room we were given had a view of the pool and freeway, which was quite loud with kids in the pool and car noise. For $220/night, I don't like to look at the freeway. Ask for a vineyard view if you go there. The rooms were nice, recently remodeled with a mini fridge, fireplace and comfy bed. Loud air conditioner and people talking in the hall detracted from ambiance. In the summer, they often have weddings or bands on the back lawn so be sure to ask about that. The Inn did give us a free wine tasting for two at Bannister in town, which was quite good. The Inn has wine receptions on some Fridays nights as well. Overall, I'd recommend but ask for a room that doesn't face the freeway or parking lot.

Since Sunday was Easter Sunday, the grill next door was offering a discount on their brunch items. One small item....the bed linens seem to be kinda worn this time and not so fresh and crisp. I could hardly tell there were pillow cases on the bed pillows. Other than that it was a good overnight stay.

We stayed in the Alexander Valley Suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It has a large tub in the room that comfortably fits two and overlooks the romantic fireplace. It also has a comfortable king sized bed. Definitely a perfect room for a special occasion. A full breakfast is offered every morning and you get to select where to dine, such as the River Room (recommended), the dining room, garden patio, or even in your room. The menu selection is extensive and generous. Every evening there is a happy hour with a great selection of local wine and a snack platter that is delightful! They also serve warm chocolate chip cookies. This is an incredible to meet new people. Each night we had stimulating conversation with guests who traveled far and wide. We were late for dinner both nights because of the great discussions we had. Briana was the manager on site and she is incredible! She needs to teach a master class on hospitality. She thought of everything and was so warm and accommodating. We had a special and memorable time. The River Belle Inn goes above and beyond to create an experience you will remember and talk about for awhile. Looking forward to our next visit to River Belle Inn.
