COVID- the place is very small but very high ceilings. SEATING- indoor had some high top seating. I saw someone study. There is no hangout spot. There is no outdoor seating MY ORDER- I got the Southern Lemonade. It's pretty mild in flavour. It's just a mild lemonade. The lemonade flavour is but diluted by papaya, peach, strawberry, and froyo. I thought this would be like a traditional açaí bowl, but instead it's fruit blended like a smoothie in a bowl with juice. The bowl has no flavor, the peanut butter taste flavorless too! And when I asked for an extra topping because I thought the ones listed would be inside, I had to pay extra on top of the $12 including tip, for the bowl. Great service, falsely advertised flavorless bowls. At least they could warn you that the little honey they add on top will not add flavor. read more

First Thoughts : Drove past by this location and didnt realized it was a great place for a Vegan Lover. She made a few suggestions and I told her I'm vegan and she told me everything was vegan and no added sugar with helped me a lot cause I didnt want anything with added sugar. Very helpful and considerate to my needs. Food : So after many suggestions from the owner I went with the Acai Bowl : Beach. It's made with Acai, Banana, Mango, Guava Juice Topped With : Organic Granola & Honey). I like how it was made with real fruits and it was healthy. It was packed with flavors that your kids would love. Wait Time : 7 minutes Overall Experience : This is my new favorite dessert spots. Now I can enjoy a dessert without feeling guilty and dont need to worry about added sugar. Great service and great vibe. Love the taste and not bitter at all. I've been to Rush Bowls twice in the last 2 weeks. It's just that good. The restaurant is pretty easy to find, and there is parking that is located behind the restaurant in a parking garage, with a cut through to the entrance of the restaurant. I did not park here the first time, and this made it very quick and easy. The restaurant is clean, and simple with a large menu board located near where you order. They have a wide assortment of smoothie and bowl options with good descriptions of each. The staff allow you take take your time ordering/deciding and are knowledgeable and make good suggestions. On both visits I ordered -The Dragon Bowl ($7.95) with toppings at $1 each but are currently BOGO The smoothie bowl is made to order and they blend the ingredients that are listed with the bowl and pour into a pretty large paper bowl. Unlike other smoothie bowls, toppings other than granola and honey/chocolate aren't included. I was unaware of this and didn't realize it until I received a yummy looking smoothie bowl with only granola. The owner was there and was SO NICE about it. She took the time to explain the entire process to me and even gave me 2 free toppings. The bowls taste absolutely delicious and aren't too sweet, unlike others that I have tried. Acai bowls out of Brazil started a craze here to eat colorful bowls of sugar. Thankfully Rush Bowls does not subscribe​ to that interpretation of​ an Acai bowl. Out of Colorado,​​ this new location brings a welcome flavor of fresh fruit and inhouse ground peanut​ butter. Some of the bowls are little more than a smoothie in a bowl but guess what? I love smoothies and eating one with a spoon is OK with me. The large selection of bowls all seemed to have the ability to be made vegan upon request with substitutions like soy protein​ powder​, almond milk​, soy milk, and coconut milk all available. The most unique bowls are vegetable-forward​​ topped​ with things like cucumbers. The highlight of my visit was that I was able to tell my daughter we were going for Ice cream and she gobbled up, more than I wanted to share, the bowl without​ giving me a moment of side-ey​e. We got a little lost on our way to Rush Bowls, but it was simply because our GPS tried to take us the behind the building. The establishment is next to Grub Burger and faces the street. There is parking behind the establishment. When I walked into Rush Bowls, I noticed it is a small store, but it also radiated intimacy. The cashier was very friendly and explained the menu to us. The menu was impressive to me because they offered a great variety of items for GREAT prices. I normally pay $10-$12 for an acai bowl and most of their bowl items are only $8!!! That's amazing. Granted, additional toppings are $1, but you might still be able to find a bowl that has all your desired toppings. I tried the Summit Bowl and subsituted the cherries for bananas while my friend tried the Greens Guru. My friend really enjoyed his bowl and would return to Rush Bowls again! I will also be returning to Rush Bowls in the future, but had one minor issue with my bowl. First I will say that I LOVED the granola and honey that was on top. But, I loved it so much that I ate almost all of it first and then tried to eat the remaining portion of my bowl. The acai was overpowering for the bowl and I could not taste any strawberries or bananas in my bowl. I think that if I ate the granola and acai portion bowl all together instead of it separately, I would have enjoyed it a lot more. But dang, that granola and honey combination was truly delicious! We did not have an unusually long wait. I've waited long periods of time for acai bowls and thought Rush Bowl's wait wasn't too bad. Granted, there was only one other person in the shop besides my friend and I. Overall, I will be returning if I am in the area! I was looking for a place to order a smoothie bowl from in Dunwoody and saw rush bowls on the map. I placed an online order to pick up on my way to school. The way the map took me was a bit confusing but I parked and walked to find the store. Pickup was fast and easy. My order was correct, I ordered a beach bowl which comes with granola and added coconut and almond butter. The bowl tasted amazing, the flavors went together perfectly.
