Update: I came back the next day, and sadly, the customer service wasn't nearly as good. Maybe it depends on the staff working that day, but I definitely wasn't as happy with the way our group was treated this time around. The manager wasn't the nicest either and made us feel like they thought we were being untruthful, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing, especially compared to how great our experience was the day before. Wowww, this place is a must-try! I came with my friends and family, and we had such an amazing experience. Jonah and Jaylen were absolutely incredible! Their customer service truly made the entire visit. They welcomed us as soon as we walked in, were super friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Ben & Jerry's, this is by far the best location I've been to! I highly recommend everyone come here--not only for the amazing ice cream you can always count on, but for the incredible service and experience too. We'll definitely be back! Came back the next day and sadly the costumer services was not the best....maybe it's a staff thing definitely wasn't as happy it's how

The location is perfect, being that they have plenty of outdoor seating options, and parking is very convenient as well.

Cool (Ha) points I found interesting: In 1978 started off from a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont. In 2021 B&J launches " Change is Brewing" for their part to advance racial justice, calling for the nation to divest from a broken criminal legal system and invest in services that help communities thrive. No cup size references, only scoops. I got the small scoop of Caramel Cookie Graham & large scoop of Berry Berry Sorbet....soooo good. I appreciate the back story about Ben & Jerry's Activism & Progressive Values. Check out their 13 Step Process in making their delicious creamy & Non-Dairy Ice Cream...happy screaming.

I love Ben & Jerry's so I was so excited for this one to open in Dunwoody! My favorite pint from the grocery store is Tonight Dough. Perfection! I wanted to try a different flavor from the shop, and the staff member who helped me was great and offered to let me sample some, so I sampled three: milk and cookies, churro, and cookies & cream. They were all really good! It's definitely not cheap, but a great treat and quality ice cream!

Ben & Jerry's is a standardized product which I love. The store is standardized as it is a franchise, and this one is new and clean albeit somewhat poorly lit. This location is well-placed, but unremarkable. The employee behind the counter was kind and gracious. I had to look it up. A small (2 scoops of) ice cream is ~$10. I don't know if in-store pricing is set at corporate, but that's insulting given that a pint of B&J ice cream, the SAME product, at the grocery store is close to $5. Again, the identical product is available in larger quantity for half the price; likely in a location more convenient. It would seem that the economics of a B&J franchise no longer make sense for any self-respecting consumer. Corporate should be embarrassed -- all this trouble to rip off everyday people to pay landlords. 2/5 read more

Ice cream: 4/5 Value: 5/5…read more Solid ice cream! I especially enjoyed the honey walnut blueberry - it's got a sweet, blueberry flavor to it with a walnut bit nearly in every bite. I also enjoyed their ube flavor, but it fell just a little short on the strength of the flavor, especially when eating it side by side with the honey walnut blueberry. It was a bit of a wait since this Morelli's seems to also be managed by Farm Burger employees, and the lady behind the counter was making a bunch of milkshakes. Despite the busyness, the employee was so kind and patient, letting me try a couple samples and answering my questions. What makes this location great is if you order from Farm Burger, you can ask for a complimentary $1 off coupon to use on the same day at the Morelli's! I'd say the ice cream is definitely worth if you get that $1 off coupon. You do not have to dine in at Farm Burger to have access to the Morelli's.

It consisted of a very small piece of what seemed like a store-bought brownie, a small scoop of ice cream, and a few toppings. At $8.49, it simply wasn't worth the price. What really put us off, though, was a comment made by the server to our six-year-old daughter. She wanted to sample an ice cream flavor before choosing one, which is something most ice cream shops happily allow. The server made a remark implying that she just wanted to taste the ice cream without buying it. We found that comment unnecessary and inappropriate, especially when directed at a child. Overall, the desserts felt overpriced for what was served, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I love that they have a point system if you get 10 stamps on your card then you get one free order after the 10th so we always bring our card in and get it stamped working away to our free frozen yogurt day. We love how clean organized and not crowded. The store is great customer service perfect location.

When I went back up to the counter, the girl was in the back again, and I had to call for her to come back out again. Again she walked out holding her phone and looking at it the whole time. She rang us up and then we went to sit down, but the first bench with tables the bench had a big hole in it with stuffing coming out. It looked terrible and disgusting. We sat a little ways down where the bench was intact. I was going to take a picture of it, but some people that came in after we got there actually sat on that bench. Gross! While we were there, several other parties came in and each time the girl was in the back and came out, holding onto her cell phone and looking at it the whole time. I mean come on I get it. We all look at our cell phones, but it was way over the top.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this location. While you usually know what to expect from the ice cream, the service here was completely off-putting. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in--unwelcoming, short, and acted like taking an order was a major inconvenience. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and unfortunately, the attitude of the team ruined it today. I had to make a second trip to buy another Lemon Breeze for my daughter and myself. This will be my new favorite spot for my sweet treats. I just shouldn't make twice in one day a habit : ) I was excited to see that there was easy parking outside.

Husband and daughter shared a poffertjes which has two small scoops of custard. They said it was tasty. I liked the outside eating area where cute little dog was enjoying to the outing and little birds wanted to come and check out the action. It was a beautiful setting. Free parking in the lot!

I found myself having to eat most of the ice cream first before I could get to the strawberries and the chimney cone. Since the Biscoff topping was drizzled over the ice cream, there wasn't any left by the time I reached the rest of the dessert. I think it would be even better if the Biscoff flavor was incorporated throughout, so every bite had a little bit of everything. All in all, Lumier's is worth the try!
