Regretfully I'm changing my previous review to the lowest possible rating taking into consideration the events immediately following the sale/install of the wheel/tire package for my day old Lexus. Once installed, I noticed the rear tire width was way undersized for the 10.5" rear rim and was stretched so far across, the tire's sidewall appeared flat. I voiced my dissatisfaction with Nelson, the nice guy who sold me the total package. He apologized that it was the largest he had in stock and offered to have a wider pair the next day. I returned to exchange the rear tires and immediately expressed to Nelson my dissatisfaction of how the rear wheels extended outside the wheel wells. I had not noticed it until I got home considering the minimal lighting in their shop. I am not a difficult person by any means, but this was really an issue for me and a look I would not accept. This was due to my findings through research on several sites indicating the currant rear wheels exceeded the manufacturer's max width and therefore a professional wheel shop should not have installed anything other than a brand specific to my year/model.. I was persistent on exchanging the set and even offered to pay more, but Nelson was insistent this set was my best option and suggested we modify the rear wheels by shaving the mount pads down to draw the wheels in. Placing my confidence in Rush Wheels, I agreed and soon the wheel pads were shaved down. It looked better, but I unknowingly approved a modified set of wheels never intended to fit a Lexus and soon the same wheels that would diminish the same reputable smooth ride. This uncertainty was validated the next day during the car's first road trip to Las Vegas, a journey I make numerous times for business and now looked forward to the drive in the new car. As I merged onto the highway, it was the first time driving over 50mph and the once smooth 280 mile journey became miserable, as I reached the 70 mph speed limit. The car began to shake so bad that i even pulled over just to check the lugs nuts. The monotonous vibrations began to feel more like a wobble and to get a break, I would have to lower my speed to less than 60 mph. On arrival, I took it to a well recognized tire shop hoping it was just a balance issue. They have a Hunter GSP9700 balancer (one of the best) and after much effort , they could only offer a 20% improvement. It was also brought to my attention they believe the wheel pad was shaved slightly uneven causing the irregular readings and expressed concern to the modified wheel now vulnerable at the mounting point. The drive back to LA was no different in ride or comfort filled with the recurrence of shaking. For a second opinion,i went to see an old friend at Savas Tires and Wheels where I purchased many wheels and always left with a smile. My friend was outside when I pulled up and with no prior knowledge of the car's history, he began to circle the car. Being what I consider an expert, I valued his opinion. As he bent down and inspected each wheel/tire. Well let me put it this way, Lexus 3Gen and 4Gen GS350's are extremely brand specific and the bolt pattern has to be exact to accommodate a hub centric wheel. He then showed me where the manufacturer of these wheels never intended them to fit the GS and where someone other than the manufacturer machined the holes to fit the bolt pattern of my car. Like previous experts, he too noticed the shaving of the rear wheel mounting pad and actually showed me where it could eventually weaken the mounting point. In conclusion, he went on to say if you were my client and one of my guys installed this setup on your car, I would immediately exchange this out for the proper fitment no questions asked. I can't or will not even try to fix these wheels. The only thing I suggest is to go back to the shop that sold this completely wrong setup for your car and I don't see any reason especially a reputable shop, why they would not swap these out. Again when I called Nelson he was very nice, but said the owner would have to make that call. I drove over to the shop and Nelson met me outside. He said even with his retelling of my situation, the owner said the set was now used and would not be willing to help me or allow any kind of return to be accepted. My issues with these wheels have been since they were new. I understad these tactics to keep offering solutions until the product is a week old and then say it is now used. The owner would not even come out and talk to me in person and hear my side. Hopefully she will read it now. I said to Nelson does she even care if she has a dissatisfied customer?. Well as a business owner specializing in marketing, I strongly believe one unhappy client equals $10,000 of make up marketing. Funny, i went from being a biggest fan and referring anyone I know looking for wheels and now I hope my referrals will take note that nothing is guaranteed at this shop, not even your satisfaction. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have a 2015 STI and it is very hard to find rims that clear the calipers. They told me to come down and it would not be a problem. I found a pair of Niche rims that I liked and I asked if they would fit my car, they said no problem. I said ok let's do it. After being there for an hour my car was ready. The total came to 1700 dollars for 4 new rims and tires. I thought, hell That's cheap!!! I took a look at the rims and the fist thing I noticed was that there was some machining that was done around the lug pattern. I asked them what that was. They said it was normal and they had to drill the lug pattern for the tire to fit. So I have Matte Black rims that are machined and the machining stood out like a soar thumb and drove me crazy!!!! On top of that they put Lionhart tires on the rims. I asked what's up with these tires??? The insured me they were good, well I did some research and found that they were Chinese tires. The next day I went to a real tire guy and bought some continentals, which were an additional 1000 dollars, so I have spent 2700 up to This point. After driving the car on the high way I noticed that over 65mph, the car shock very bad!!! So I knew I needed to do something. So I called Rush a few days later and told them I would be in to get my stock tires and rims back on. When I left I told them I would be back to pick them up. Of course they didn't have them any longer. Sold more then likely. As they only had 1100 miles on them. So I started freaking out and finally found a good tire shop and went in. They did some examining and found that one, Rush did not put any inserts in the holes they drilled, two they did not add a hub ring and three, the calipers didn't clear the rims, so rush machined the inside of the rims as well. We are talking about a car that has 320 horse power at the wheels. Oh, and one of the spokes had a crack. So my suggestion to you is to stay far away from this place unless you are planning on committing suicide. I was driving a death trap and they sold my rims and tires when I told them that I would be back for them. So please do not go here EVER!!!! The other horror stories are true, I can not believe that this place is in business!!!! STAY AWAY read more

Came in one day to get my tires and rims installed, as I was waiting a gentleman walks up and we start a conversation based on he also had a Bmw, he indicates to me that he brought his car back due to the wheels not being balanced right and car shaking, I looked at him like he was crazy, after hours of waiting, as I drive off into the freeway at high speeds, my steering wheel starts to shake... Ended up bringing the car back a few days later, they gave me the round around to their other shop located a "few streets down". Should have listened to the other guy that warmed me. I am super surprised about this situation knowing that they work on high end cars. Will never buy from here again. read more

I Bought a set of wheels 3 months ago and I told the sales guy the tires were to thin in the rear and tire in the front does not cover the lip of the rim so every time i turn in a drive the lip of the rim gets gashed and the tires in the rear felt like they bottomed out on every little bump so both wheels have multiple cracks now. And he swore that was the only size tire that fit on my car and he couldnt got bigger than a 20 series, spoke with the manager he put a 30 series tire that has a good ride but to little to late so now I have to buy a bigger tire for the front, so I can turn in a driveway without trying to go in straight. Every car I've owned had rims and never a bad experience til now. Also have a shake in steering wheel when i get up to about 65 mph they took all the class out of my 650i BMW. read more

I cracked 2 of my custom painted ROC'S so i ordered 2 more texted them a picture of exactly how they were painted and when i picked them up they were NOT painted the same as the picture i sent them and they refused to repaint them the correct pattern so i have 2 different 24'' rims on my SS due to the lack of competent employees and owners that doesn't stand by there work. All talk, no deal. Got approved based on credit and was treated like my credit was regular lol. Once the deal was made I told him I expect it to be here the next day, based on contract and signature. Next day he calls me to tell me another week and a half for delivery!!! First time buying rims from a rim shop AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT, put on a waiting list to deliver, but wanted to make sure my credit was good first? Terrible business practice. Last time I purchase here, business DOES NOT MEAN BUSINESS HERE, unless you're dealing with cash. Then I'm sure your rims will be here next day. How this place got 4 stars, is a question I ask myself. Cause I'm in an adult world, a contract with a date of delivery means a set deal. Not scam customer for credit first, get your money then deliver wheels. Horrible service all around. Keep in mind, I own multiple cars so this isn't my first set or rims, or my last. I was in desperate need of wheel spacers for my wheels since I was told by a mechanic that all 4 wheels were too wide for my car's wheel hub. I found this place randomly while on my way to 7th Exotic wheels and I'm glad I stopped. I was in and out in under 30 min. The guy also suggested I swap out the lug nuts on all four rims, which I though was 9000% BS until I left afterwards and whenever I would see a car with aftermarket or even stock rims, it had the same type of conical lugnuts. I don't know if I'll ever buy wheels from here since the quote for a set seems a tad too pricey, but they are great if you need MINOR wheel accessories read more

Literally the worst service I have EVER had. I ordered wheels and tires from Nelson on 12/4 and sent payment via Pay Pal. Afterwards I was told that the wheels I paid for were not available. On 12/8 I was told I would have a different wheel shipped with tires. I received them on 12/20 (12 days later). The tire size was wrong on the rear. Though not the manufacturer's recommendation, Nelson said they would work. The rear tires were a half inch shorter than the fronts! He finally agreed that it was a mistake and that he would send the right size tires on 12/21. Again, he said he would ship on 12/23. On 12/28 he sent me the tracking numbers. I looked daily and was told they would ship on 1/2. same on 1/3. On 1/4 said "waiting on FedEx. On 1/5, still not shipped and I asked for a refund. On 1/6 I received a call from JJ and was told that I would need to have the wrong tires they sent me unmounted and sent back to them before they could send me the right tires. Understanding that this required me to go to a tire center, have them unmounted and then pay for shipping to return, This is far too much effort, not to mention over paying. I was told that if I returned the tires they would give me $400. What a joke. I have now asked for a full refund for the wheels and tires. They said that they couldn't return the wheels. I have wasted WAY too much time and money trying to work with these folks. it has been over a month of pain and still no new wheels and tires on my car. I was so excited. Now I am so pissed off, frustrated, and out a lot of money. Save your time and money. read more

BEWARE! I went in bc one of the $2,000 tires that I purchased from them less than a year ago was wearing horribly. They told me no problem they'll order a new tire and replace it within 2 days. In a month they finally got "the tire" after I had to call every week. They installed the tire while I waited and then gave me the keys saying "its done!" When I get to my truck I see it's a different tire than the rest of them. They apologize and tell me it was a mistake and to come back in 3 days and they'll have the right one. (I guess their eyes didn't see that after they put it on) They didn't get "the tire" in until 2 months after me again calling weekly. When I go there again they tell me they can't get the tire. So I say ok put my old one back on and they say "but we threw it away but the one you have on there is better quality so keep it for free bc it's our mistake " . So now I'm upset bc I have mismatched tires. But it gets worst. Apparently the new owner had them switch the first wrong tire with another worst wrong tire before giving me my truck back. They gave me a cheap crappy tire that I have not been able to get clean at all. It strange but it has permanent brown dirt on it even after scrubbing and with armor all. I will now have to buy all new tires to get matching tires and will definitely NEVER buy a set of tires from them especially after this swindler new owner took over. Was in LA for business and I decided to get new wheels so I stopped in. The didn't have the wheels in stock so they had to go get them from the warehouse, so I said I'd wait. Wow...I've had the worst experience with this company. I bought a set of "exotic" wheels with tires for my brand new 2012 infiniti for $2600. The car shook like the wheels were bent. I took the car back and they said that the balancing is off because their balancing machine was not working properly. After going back 4 times, I end up buying another brand wheel for another $500 with the same tires. Take the car to 70 miles an hour and it still shakes like crazy. Never seen anything like this ever in my life of owning over 20 cars. Finally, after going back 6 times I asked them to take back the chinese tires (lexani tires) they recommended and sell me something else. They proceeded to say that I needed to pay another $840 for another brand tire (Nitto). I told them that I've already given them $3100 in total and we should go halfer on the increase of the tire. The owner said okay and will get the tire in about a week because it was on back order. A week later, I call them and they said that they did not have the tires and that I would have to pay for the whole tire. The owner was not respectable and not a man of his words. This was now going on for 3 months, total nightmare! Brand new car that drives like ice cream truck. So, finally I call around and find out that the tires that I was waiting for was not in back order. I also find out that the Nitto tires were not $450 per tire but only $320 per tire therefore the increase should not have been $840. After thinking about the whole nightmare, I decide to have closure and to buy the tires at another garage and not give them more money. The good news was that it was the tires.....after mounting the new tires from Nitrous garage, the car drives like a dream without all the shakes after 70 miles an hour. Lesson learned, always check on the net for reviews...lots of other bad reviews from other unhappy customers. I am also hearing that chinese tires were blowing up on high speeds. The DOT outlawed all use of Chines tires for trucks as of last year. I wonder how businesses that sells bad product and not stand by what they sell can stay in business?? THIS WHEEL AND TIRE SHOP IS GREAT! the whole day I was looking around LA for some wheels and tires for my escalade. this place was my last stop (wishing it was my first). I went in and was actually really surprised at how much inventory they had. every size, style, color, and finish you could want. they also had a different variety of brands going from very basic affordable wheels to high end luxurious brands. So I started to look around and within 15 minutes I found 4 different wheels that I wanted, even after going to multiple different places this is the first time that day I actually found something. this place is also very legit, the other places I went to were small with not much inventory or selection and this place is huge with staff that's not pushy. once I found the ones I wanted I asked for a price and I got a great wheel and tire package deal!! 1 hour later my car was ready, I was very happy with my purchase. its exactly what I was looking for.
