Joe and Mary are helpful and knowledgeable and put no pressure on you. Mary even encourages you to take fabric samples home before committing to a purchase. Joe and his colleague delivered our sofa and took away our old one. We have many narrow doors and stairs to negotiate and they did the job so carefully and with such patience. His workers emptied out the units, loaded what I want to keep into my truck and the rest into theirs, and then swept the units out so they were ready to turn back over to the storage unit management.
