He charged us $80 to fix her phone settings and transfer our contacts. When we got home, my wife's phone still did not work: she could not make outgoing calls nor receive any incoming calls nor texts nor messages. Instead everything came into my phone (and we have separate numbers) !!! I went back to Chris and politely asked for a refund, since he had not fixed the problem.
