I understand that means it was probably going to crack soon anyway and needed replacement but they left there with putting electrical tape on it and said they don't fix it. Now I have to go and replace that and still can't fathom the drilling of a hole to snake when there's two easy access points. I can understand trying to cover for yourself in case of a mishap but that's what companies do and have insurance for.
