To make a long story sho-- not as long: We had a blowout with our inside dually tire that destroyed the black and grey water dump pipes. The disgusting upside was that our tanks were both immediately emptied on the road. So if you slid across what could only be described as human excrement along highway 431 in Abbeville, in late June 2022, I am deeply sorry. So accept this advice as a consolation: let these folks handle your RV needs! They were extremely hospitable to us and took us in when absolutely no one else would help! This establishment should not be patronized. They mislead on their prices by marking through the MSRP and the sale price leaving savings price as the only price not crossed out leading you to believe that it is the sale price. The rep, Trey, treated me like im an idiot which is a huge mistake. Also, if you read their unfavorable reviews, the "owner" responds by degrading the customer. I share the screen shots of this every few days. If it weren't so hot they would see me on the right of way, in front of RV Connections with a huge banner warning people. One final note, my sister and her husband bought a new 5th wheel from them a few years back. In less than 6 months the AC stopped working and they refused to take care of it. Please buy from Bama RV or anyone else. We went to Bama RV and they were amazing. BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I contacted RV Connections in Dothan , AL after a disappointing experience I had with my local dealership, General RV, here in Ocala, Florida. My first contact was with Chris Jackson, my salesman. I explained my frustration to him from the other dealership and he was awesome. We negotiated a deal over the phone rather quickly. I ended up buying my Brinkley Model Z Air 310 for almost $20,000 less than I was quoted from my local dealership! I'm very happy! Chris Jackson was really the guy that made this deal. His responsiveness was impeccable. I had his cell phone number and he answered every time I called. If he didn't have the answers, he went and found them. He made me feel like I was the most important customer he had. I also need to give shoutouts to the finance guy Corry, the guy who did my walk through, Alex, and the sales manager, Dallas. After waiting three weeks for an appointment took RV in for repair. Not hearing anything from repair shop I called after two weeks and learned they had not even started to look at the repairs. Two additional weeks passed and finally received a call to learn they had repaired two of the smallest and easiest four items, and unable to repair the other two. At $189/hour was charged three hours for three items - which should have been more like less than two. I should have listened to a boatload of Yelp reviewers - don't walk away from this repair service, run. read more

Shout out to Justin and his technicians at RVConnections in Dothan AL. We had a show stopper on our motor home: lost turn signals and brake lights among some other issues. We're full time, on our way to winter quarters in Texas. Looking for an authorized Newmar repair center we called and spoke to Justin. With about 4 hrs notice they were able to get us in, diagnose and fix the problem and get us on our way within 2 hours of showing up. To me, this is unheard of these days. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been there twice trying to buy an RV. The first time the sales person wouldn't help us. The second time they would not allow me to openly browse inventory. I was told that a sales person HAS to walk around with me to unlock each and every unit I would like to look at. When I responded that I'd like to look at all of them to make up my mind I was asked "why all of them?". First I'd like to make up my own mind as to what I'm interested in. When I've narrowed down my choices then I'd like a sales rep. I don't need nor do I want a sales rep hounding my every step. This is the only place Ive been where I'm not allowed to browse at my own pace and look at any thing I'd like to look at. I will not be going back or purchasing anything from them. read more

Bought a new Forest River FR3 DS30 here. Unit spent 13 months of 18 in repair shop. In 2021 I attempted to upgrade to another RV with this unit as trade-in. I was offered MUCH less than other dealers. I asked Trey for the owner's contact information and was rebuffed telling me to find it myself on the webpage. i do not recommend this business. read more

Have had issues since we bought our 5th wheel. I understand it's not the dealership's fault but we took it in to be fixed where they had it for over 2 months. Some things were fixed but some of the items were not and had comments beside it "not written up" which makes no sense. if it's on the work order then obviously it was. 2 of the most important things were leaks around the skylight in the living room and window by the steps going up to the living room. Even the screws at the bottom of the window are rusted so there's no telling what damage may be done in the ceiling and wall at this point. When you pay around $75,000 for one they should at least give good service afterwards! I use the 5th wheel for my living quarters while I am working in different areas nursing so letting it go back and forth to them costs me more money. Why can't they fix it the first time!?! ONCE THEY SELL IT, THEY DON'T WANT TO SERVICE IT EVEN WITH THE WARRANTY WE PAID ALMOST $4,000 FOR!!!! read more

We purchased a camper from Rv Connections Dothan Alabama. We took it in a month ago for the one year inspection and warranty work. They replaced a grey water valve that was under warranty and it took them 4 weeks even though we had an scheduled appointment. I also requested they check the slide out room in the living room due to it binding a little, they called me and advised me that the slide topper was causing the slide problem, and that my warranty would not cover it, said it would cost over $1000.00, i told them i would look into it that right now i just wanted my camper back. picked up camper and brought it home, slide out room was worse than when i took it in. It took me and my grandson about an hour and a half and we had the problem fixed it was actually simple to fix. The service department here is awful, I think they just try and get money out of anyone that doesn't know any better. read more

When I arrived I walked outside looking at the inventory they had, almost all where locked. No one ever came out to help so I walked inside to find someone. As soon as I walked in a man greeted me and asked what I was looking for, highest price, and where I wanted my payments at. He then asked what my credit score was and what kinda of down payment I could put down without showing me a single thing or even bothering to ask my name. I would put his name on here but I didn't bother to ask for it, since he didn't have a care to know mine. I told him I wasn't interested a down payment, from past experience I know a down payment isn't required. I have been looking for a trailer trailer for a good bit and other dealers had no issues with it. He then proceeded to show me 2 models they had indoors and was like this all we have in your budget because you aren't willing to put anything down. Looking online prior to going in, I knew that wasn't the case. So I politely said thanks and left, I might be a younger woman but that doesn't make me stupid! I have been to other dealers in Dothan and have been treated with a tons more respect and when I make my final purchase it will be with someone who bothers to ask for my name first instead of my credit score! read more

The service department does not return calls. Numerous messages left when our motorhome was in for service. They said our batteries didn't have water. They ask if we wanted to have them replaced. We declined replacement. They charged us $179 for labor and didn't even add water. They batteries do not need to be replaced. They also said we needed to replace the cranking batteries. They do not need to be replaced either. They just needed to be charged. They are deceptive and unreliable. read more
