Some parts of the purchase of our new Brinkley rv from RV Country were absolutely fantastic but there were parts that were an absolute horrible experience. We were at an RV Show in March (28 & 29) and that is where we decided to purchase this rig. We pointed out a number of things that needed attention to the rv. We were assured by a number of representatives (& the owner) that all would be good upon us taking possession on April 25. We arrived on Saturday, April 25 at 11:23 and were greeted by a man named Ted... a less than stellar interaction began. First of all, he was the person who did the entire PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - & unfortunately it seemed that he had never looked at the rv... None of the issues on the outside of the Brinkley were repaired. He was shocked that we pointed these problems out to him. He didn't know how some of the exterior systems even operated. When we moved to the inside and we pointed out several issues, he rudely said "look, we don't fix things ahead of time, you gotta acquire the right, bring it back, and then we'll order parts and fix it"... are you sh!tt!ng me? So the sofa that was broken at the show in March is still broken over 30 days later. The microwave oven that has a blood curdling screech when you open the door is still there, and Ted laughed and said "oh, that's not that bad". So many other things he didn't that day was nonsense. When we went inside to finalize paperwork, Tucker was the man! Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He answered every question, helped with a number of items that had issues. this will be a revision to my original review... which, by the way, is asked of you to receive a discount on parts or service when you first arrive for warranty work. It's true we did by our first big boy here and the only reason this review has 2 stars is because of the front office staff and our salesperson, Mike. After that this place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our first experience was warranty work where we waited 4 weeks to bring the RV in for them to evaluate. We brought the RV back again in another 4 weeks for them to hold it for 6 weeks... they told us our rig was ready to pick up and when we got there, no work was done... they were only evaluating the work to submit and we'd have to bring it back again for the actual work to be done. Ok, I get it. Let's do that. Months go by and I keep checking on a service date. They tell me they are waiting for approval from REV. I call REV to see what the holdup is and they inform me that my work has been approved for a couple of months now. RV Country claims they never knew. Anyway, we bring it in AGAIN. this time most of the work gets done and for every line item they fix, there are 3 other things the techs broke in order to get the warranty item fixed. I finally bought all of my warranty parts from them so I could do the work myself. The sale ultimately went well. The service is subpar at best and there is zero quality of work. The best one was when they had to winterize our RV because it had to sit for so long, and they forgot to reconnect the washer/dryer. The washer tried to cycle dry and blew the board. RV Country admitted it was their fault but refused to pay for the new washer and told me I could probably have it repaired. The Rig was 6 months old at this time. I have a literal laundry list of trash work I've had to fix because of them. If you are handy at all, do the work yourself. If you are not, I suggest running, not walking, to anyone other than these guys to work on your Rig. It's not worth the hassle and you will find far more pleasure in your RV by finding a better place to do your work. Sorry for the long winded review, I've been holding off on it for a while. We've had our coach 2 years now and I've done the majority of handyman work on my own and couldn't be happier. Oh this just keeps getting better. Years later I'm still finding the amazingly incompetent work performed. In Austin Texas and my awnings ended adjustments and lo and behold, they weren't even prepped after install. Fantastic! While it was at the repair shop, they noticed my coach losing pressure in the airbags very quickly. Come to find out that when RV country did a recall on a line under the coach, THEY CUT THROUGH MY AIR LINES IN TWO PLACES CUTTING THROUGH THE TIES. The other items I've listed are plain ignorant and negligent. THIS however is dangerous. I am advising everyone I know with coaches or interest in coaches to NEVER EVER EVER use RV country. You guys are absolutely lame in every aspect. The only saving grace you have is your front of house employees and the sales person. I only truly hope they find other jobs with someone with more integrity. read more

My godparents and I recently visited RV Country in Sparks on 7/7/26 with every intention of purchasing a motorhome. Unfortunately, our experience with salesperson Josh Callen was so disappointing that we left without buying anything. From the very beginning, Josh came across as short and dismissive, but we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. As the visit continued, however, his attitude became increasingly rude and unprofessional. At one point, he simply walked away from us while we were still trying to ask questions. The most upsetting part of the experience happened when we wanted to look at a motorhome that had a dead battery. While Josh was preparing to jump it, my 74-year-old godmother politely asked if he could turn on the air conditioning in another motorhome so she and my 78-year-old godfather could wait inside. It was around 90 degrees in the Nevada summer heat. Rather than showing any compassion or customer service, Josh responded rudely and ultimately left us in the back lot with no golf cart or transportation back to the front office, forcing my elderly godparents to either wait in the heat or make the long walk back themselves. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Buying an RV is a major investment, and customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially elderly customers. Josh's behavior was discourteous, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of concern for the people he was supposed to be helping. Because of this experience, we took our business elsewhere. You couldn't pay me to purchase an RV from Josh Callen, and I sincerely hope RV Country addresses how customers are treated. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm on my 4th RV. I'm no stranger to RV repairs, dealerships, etc. That being said, the customer service I received at this dealership today was absolutely appalling. I had an appointment for service, I was clear beforehand that it was for warranty repairs on a trailer I had bought a month ago. When I arrived, they weren' t sure they could even service my brand, had to get that cleared up. Told me that despite having an appointment, it would likely be two weeks before they could get to it to even diagnose it. Then weeks for parts, back and forth between home and dealer. OK fine. However, one of the repairs we needed done was a leak in our black water flush. They told me they provide a walk through once repaired, but since it was a black water repair, that there was no walk through for that. I asked if they would show proof that it was working without leaking (again, warranty repair), even a video? They could not guarantee that the tech would take a video to show it was no longer leaking--claimed they couldn't "force" the tech to take a video. The trailer has a sealed underbelly. The only way for me to know it was repaired would be for me to take it out and use the black water flush. By the time repairs are likely complete, it will be time to winterize, which means I wouldn't find out it was or was not working until Spring. By then, I would have mere months left on my warranty and very little time to correct course--not to mention having to take it back to them to fix their own mistake if it wasn't done correctly. We chose not to stay and take it elsewhere, but not without a healthy dose of attitude from the woman at the service desk. We won't be back. This is just not the way to do business. read more

Mike was are first sales guy super cool just listened and kept looking for the best option found what we thought would be perfect, but once we ran numbers the price jumped 12k with there fees. went to look at some others see if I could find value with anything on there lot. Mike got busy so he sent Christian to find us, and thats when it got bad he was very pushy and kept repeating himself reminded me of one of those guys trying to sell me stuff I dont want on the street. We haven't had such poor service and integrity as we have had at RV Country, from parts to service manager. All was great when we were purchasing 130k RV then, when we brought it back in to get some things fixed we were charged for it "at their lowest rate", and they kept our RV for 1 month. Had to cancel camping trips. The walk thru was horrible with Ted and service manager Shane was even worse. We purchased a 6k extended warranty , however these things that were wrong were on original warranty. We traded in an immaculate RV which sold in a week for double what they gave us and we got a filthy one with dirt and copper pieces and glass on floor from an apparent broken shower that happened in transport, not to mention the outside was dirty but they sure accepted our money immediately. We purchased a Brinkley and I also let Brinkley know my concerns with RV country. We referred some friends whom also bought a Brinkley now they are having trouble with theirs and it's been in the shop for a week. Don't buy from these people they are horrible beyond horrible. Now I'm sure they will definitely give me poor warranty work for the future but people need to know how bad this company is. Don't buy from RV country in Sparks Nevada. Rv country Klamath This is one of those businesses if you live out of state and wanting to buy one of their vehicles beware. Tried to make a deal on one of their units with an out the door price going to California out the door price means with tax license included in the price. They agree to the deal of out the door and then when I'm going to make a trip up there to pick it up, they tell me out the door to them means you pay them and you leave with it out their door and I take care of tax license on my own in California when I specifically ask them if they can handle all the paperwork for California there and was told yes. Very poor salesmanship or good salesmanship for them thinking that the buyers stupid if you're out of state, I would steer clear of them sketchy. read more

I did not buy an RV here. But I wanted to leave a review because I was nervous to come here after seeing the star rating. It was the only dealership open on Sundays so I decided to go. They had a good selection, and the sales people were very nice to us. We actually came twice in one day and on the second time were very close to signing for the credit check, and when we backed out they were very respectful. We had been looking for a fifth wheel for sometime when we saw one pop up for sale. We realized it was over at RV Country so we decided to stop by on a Sunday to see if this was something we wanted to consider for our family. It was a little on the older side so we weren't completely sold on it at first. After our salesperson Savannah took us back to allow us to tour the unit we were actually quit surprised how much we loved the layout. Savannah by the way was A-mazing!!! I would highly recommend requesting her as your salesperson. We had a ton of questions for her about the toy hauler and she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions making the purchase that much easier. It was a no- pressure sale which is the only way I would ever purchase anything from a lot so I feel like we really lucked out with her as our salesperson. On top of it, she was amazing with our five year old son which meant a lot to us. I can say we're now new owners of our very own toy hauler and can't wait to enjoy some memories camping this season. I purchased a 2025 Delta Alliance 251BH on October 3, 2024. We took the camp trailer to RV Country on September 24, 2025. Three months later, I was told the camp trailer has a bad roof with extensive water damage on the interior. The manufacture states that I should have brought the camp trailer back in within 90 days as per the Owner's Manual which RV Country did not supply us with. As of today, still no definitive communication from RV Country as to what they have done towards remedying this faulty manufactured roof on a 2025 camp trailer. When you purchase a 2025 camp trailer the expectation is that the roof, along with everything else on the camp trailer, works properly. I would give this place no star at all. read more

I purchased a 2022-23 HR at there RV Show at Sheels in Sparks NV Sales person Kathy Underhill and Owner Kirk were very motivated to sell me this unit. I was very reluctant to purchase from them due to a problem with getting my other RV service in a timely and professional way at an other Dealership. Both Kathy and owner Kirk assured me that this isn't the way they do business and promised me that the same thing wouldn't happen with them Country RV Sparks because they are the best. Sorry but these people lie and will say anything to make the sale and it fooled me! I have taken my new RV in for service twice now. It took them 3 weeks to get a Wind Sensor on the awning replaced. After getting it back after replacing Wind Sensor I noticed the the Sensor alarm that indicates the AA battery needs replace, needless to say RV Country didn't put the AA battery in the Sensor, well not good if they can't even replace the Senors battery and check there work than what else can't they do. Okay, last one. Now my RV is at RV Country again and it's been there sense July for warranty work on my Samsung Refrigerator.I have had two service technicians working with me on getting my RV serviced, both have sense left RV Country from what I heard due to customers not happy with them due to RV Country being short handed and unable to deliver service in a reasonable time. Now the service Manger Chris is my go to service technician because no other service technicians available to take my RV service issue on. I have asked Chris twice now to give me names and contacts to Sumsung so I could help with getting something done. Service Manger Chris hasn't even bothered to call me back it's been 2 1/2 weeks now. Horrible experience, ethical they have issues. Bought a new Motor Home on 12-24-22, camper was delivered to me with a broken windshield! I bought using the RVT traders app. It was a mandatory $5,000 deposit that they took from me, and then I was told I could come to pick up the camper in early December, but after the deposit was made within an hour sales manager called and said can't deliver because of the software download for the camper. I had already bought the plane ticket! So, I say when now? Probably January sometime sales manager said. I was promised to get the camper by the end of December. Well after talking to my sales guy Otto, the other sales guy got fired by the sales manager for some reason, so those promises were gone with him. So finally after pushing Otto, I was able to get the software upgrade early than expected. Bought another plane ticket and flew to Sparks, Otto met me at the airport and within a few minutes I was told the windshield was broken. They had it on the lot for four months and never fixes it. Wow!, very disappointed as I spent $170k on this RV. So what happened next, I was told to go see the finance guy and he put a big high-pressure sale to sell me an RV service contract for only $13k. I had to say no at least three times. He wasn't happy with me. Meanwhile, I ask if I can see the camper, and they said not yet. Why do I wonder? Well finally I insisted on seeing the new camper, they were frantically trying to fix frozen water lines and replace the water filter that was broken, they didn't winterize the system. The camper was dirt from top to bottom, and inside had sand and dirt hand prints. The buy was sent out to give me a quick run down on how everything worked! Ten minutes of my life I won't get back. Another thing that concerns me is the aluminum wheels hadn't been cleaned and had salt all over them, to the point corrosion was taking In, brand new and I've seen more used campers that look better than this one. So back to the finance guy and he want my cashier's check, I said no way, I want proof Of getting my windshield replaced and once I leave the lot I'm screwed without a promissory note to get my windshield replaces. This windshield cost $1,600 with adaptive cruise control in the windshield. So the sales manager was getting upset with me and I said give me a note to make sure I can get it replaced. Finally, he said ok, I had leverage as I still have my cashier's check on me. I also ask about the full tank of fuel that we promised and he said we only do 1/2 tank, it only needs eleven gallons for a full tank, I just spent $170, wow again. To make a long story shorter I gave up my cashier's check and they had the camper pulled around to the front. The lot boy handed me the keys and said I could leave! Wow, no thank you at all, the sales manager wouldn't even look at me when I walk passed his office. Well, there were at least ten things wrong with the camper, the front door hanging up, the wheels dirty. Wood trim was broken from the use of the wrong tool, steps slip pads were bad, the cabinet shelf was cut to the wrong size and kept falling, the storage light didn't work, generator service door couldn't open to service the generator. The slide runner miss align and was not supported as it should have been. All this is being fixed by a local RV repaired under warranty, with loose wiring under the chassis, and leveling jacks not coming down. So, I wouldn't recommend Sparks RV at all, if they want to improve I would recommend a change in higher leadership positions and focus on customer service, service manager refused to pay for the windshield, and why? I don't know the reason why wouldn't respond to any more messages. There is an integrity issue that I will never forget. Otto my sales guy finally came through and grab the company credit card and paid for the glass company to install it. Otto was the only one that really cared that I bought an RV from Sparks. read more

We purchased a brand new trailer back in March. We have STILL been unable to use it as the repairs that had been agreed upon at the time of purchase still have NOT been completed. Very upsetting to be half way though camping season and we havnt even been able to go on one trip bc these simple repairs are taking upwards of 4 months and no estimate as to when they will be completed. The finance guy who helped me back at the RV show in March was extremely rude as well. He told me I wasn't allowed to refinance my trailer through my own bank(the sales man has told me I could) when I questioned him about it he said "I mean technically you can but we prefer you dont bc we get a kickback from your financing through us, its a sort of gentleman's agreement". read more

If I could give RV country a minus score I would. They seem like very nice people unless you need service done on your RV, which seems to be a reoccurring situation. If you need service on your RV, plan on leaving it there at least a month maybe six weeks. There's a good chance that what you took it in for won't be fixed properly either. Also, once they tried to charge me for diagnostics on warranty work? You may not know it, but you paid for that in your purchase price . So, they have no business trying to pull a stunt like that. I've been thinking about buying an RV and decided I'd go to the Expo over at Legends to start my search. The first sales guy asked what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Before we even got outside he had another couple in tow and pretty much dumped me. He opened 2 vehicles that weren't what I told him I was looking for and took off. I went back inside and asked another sales guy if he could help me. There was a vehicle that was what I was interested in so I asked him if he could help me. At least this guy hung around. I asked for a brochure and was told he'd send me a link. I asked about financing and got some really sketchy info. It's been 2 days and he never sent me the link. The good is everyone is friendly. I have had some bad experience with the service department. They have told me the parts were ordered for my trailer, but they were not ordered. Back and forth talk, no results. Also the service for my trailer takes way to long for service work three weeks is too long. Terrible customer service. Bought a new RV in Parker Arizona. We were lied to about our washer and dryer placement. On delivery day found out that they could not install our stackable washer and dryer in the garage of our new toy hauler. Had to just give it to them. Tried to get something out of them for it , they said NO!!! Found the entry steps to the garage door were damaged. Could not get them to document that as well. Said it could be taken care of through the warranty process, along with leaking windows and holes in couch. Took the unit to Laughlin NV for these items, but nothing was fixed. Claiming they needed to order some parts. Called a couple of weeks later to see what was happening. They went sure what I was talking about. Doubtful I will ever hear back from anyone. I would say if you need service for your rv at rv country ask for Brain this guy was so helpful, he called me back kept me in the loop about my travel trailer, I needed my trailer for a trip and they got it done on time. I purchased a travel trailer in May that has a few dents, scratches & flooring issues that needs repair. It has been @ their in house shop where they have been pointing fingers at each other & the manufacturer. They might have the parts by the end of July. Meanwhile, I have been making payments on a travel trailer that I have not used & is still waiting for simple repairs. At this point I want my money back they can keep the trailer they can't seem to make right. Make purchases with caution with this company. read more

After multiple voicemails, forms sent via the contact us link throughout the week to ask questions about inventory and options to make an appointment to see what Class C or Class A's they may have, all have went unanswered and unackowledged. Using the contact us form always messages back automatically with the same response regardless of day or time of day, "Thank you for texting Rv Country - Sparks. We are currently closed. We will respond to you as soon as we become available." I guess they are never available. I was really hoping that my experience was just a fluke. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but apparently they have absolutely no interest in responding , calling, acknowledging or helping out any customers ever. It is incredibly baffling how anyone could ever be this disrespectful or pretentious and still be in business. I would not be surprised in the least if this business closes their doors soon. read more

They didn't wire up my batteries correctly. They didn't wire the new solar panels correctly. They broke my hitch and we dropped off a new one for them to replace it and after 3 months it is still not be changed. They didn't fix the rear bunk bed. They didn't fix my front door that won't close or lock. I could keep going with all of the reasons this place should be ashamed to be open for business. They will never get my business or anyone I know!!!! Stay far away from this place. You'll never get service They will only charge you and not get the work done.... In Feb 2024 I purchased a 2015 Nexus Viper. I was supposed to get a 2 hour lesson on how to run everything. No even an hour. As I travelled across the country from Sparks,NV to Fl I've gone without heat, water, toilet. Finally got those things down in working order. Power has gone out several times, but I can't seem to find the fuse box. Location not given in literature I was given. It seems to have several after market "thing" and even with the books I can't figure it out. The radio has never worked. Thank goodness for phones. I trusted these men to do right by me and they screwed me instead and it wasn't a pleasant experience. read more
