I have a truck camper that I have had serviced several times at Keith's & they have all been absolutely positive experiences. I highly recommend them based on the quality, knowledge & value they provide. Originally, I had my junky old battery replaced with 2 lithium batteries. This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. The Caldor Fire unfortunately led us to Keith. We drove all the way from California to view his selection and knew there would be a good one at reasonable prices. Keith was so knowledgeable, thorough and answered all our questions. He made sure the truck camper we chose would be perfect for our mid-sized truck including the suspension and tire issues. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered and we had to go back, but he got them in asap. The only issue I had was the truck wasn't cleaned out as good as I had hoped. Many dead bugs were found throughout the camper and even days after our purchase; under our mattress and in the cabinets. Not Keith's fault IMHO because he does have helpers who do the cleaning and service etc. -- and we needed to be out ASAP. Aside from that, we couldn't be more happy with our camper and overall experience. Was looking for a small Travel Trailer and happened to find this business. Keith had plenty of small Travel Trailers that we could look at to compare and showed us around. We settled on a New Toy Hauler and the price was right. I had compared prices to other places for the same price and found them to be higher. We came back to pick up the Toy Hauler and Keith demonstrated how everything worked while plugged into AC power. He also assisted in getting the weight distribution hitch I bought (from Internet) installed. I brought home the Toy Hauler and noticed that there was no power within the Trailer when running off the battery. Keith arranged to have his employee go to my house to quickly resolve the issue. Employee had found that the MGFR had wired incorrectly. He fixed the issue and now everything works. Would truly recommend this business. read more

I was greeted immediately by Keith himself and given specific and accurate information on the trailers I asked about. Then I was given free reign to walk the lot and look at other inventory that wasn't visible from the street. Bought a vehicle from this place awhile back. Specifically asked the owner to have the vehicle checked by an ASE certified mechanic as I was taking it on a road trip. He had his so called "mechanic" look at it and assured me that the cars was in sound running condition. I also purchased the extra insurance to cover the drive train at a cost of 2K. Drove the car to my destination and on the way home the engine hydro-locked due to a head gasket. Contacted the owner who refused to help pay for anything and the insurance I purchased said they did not cover gaskets. This dude is a straight up crook and scam artist. Also, his mechanic/security guard/live on the lot in a camper employee has zero business working on anything mechanical. Buyer beware, stay clear of this lemon lot. read more

Keith's Kars is the stereotypical definition of a used car lot.....I have bought and sold so many cars in my life it's crazy. I came here looking for a camper trailer, met Keith the first visit he was really cool, let me look at all the different trailers he had in stock, made sure I knew he was motivated, made sure he mentioned how honest he was. That is a red flag to me. If you have to tell me how honest you are more often than not there is a reason for that..... So I pick out the unit I like, he gives me some paper work and tells me to go find financing....um okay I thought so I check with my bank they tell me NO!! Head back to Keith's to see if they can help me out totally different place on the second visit. This lady explains to me that they will not help me what so ever, they can do a sales order but that's it. I say but the bank said they will not lend anyone money for a camper this age. She tells me to just put it on a credit card or maybe get a high interest signature loan. I was totally blown away with how rude this place was after they found out I couldn't get financed for the unit. The part they never asked is what type of help I was looking for. All I wanted was a lower price so I could pay cash. I figured it would be no big deal but this lady acted like she had the only RV dealer in the world. Sure a high interest rate - no surprise that goes with having a low score-understood...but countless (inflated) fees, paying sticker price (which is well above blue book), and inflexibility on all of this-no thanks!!! I am writing to tell my experience with Keith's Kars. I bought a 1997 GMC Jimmy in the beginning of February. Paid $ 5300. cash and received no thank you at all. Unless you think one as you are half way out the door is enough for $ 5000 + ! I believe that the small gesture of sending a thank you card when doing business with someone that could have went anywhere speaks volumes. When I looked at the vehicle it was making gurgling sounds. I was told by the mechanic that does all the work that it was air bubbles or air pocket in cooling system nothing major. Either he is a pathetic mechanic or a bit fat liar. I have driven it less than 200 miles with two trips to Reno, I live in C.C. and already had to replace the intake manifold gaskets. And this is the vehicle " his sister has been driving to and from Carson City for several weeks. The gaskets were in bad shape and when I got Jimmy back gee the gurgling was no more. Honesty is always the best policy. It wouldn't have for certain been a deal breaker. However I now feel compelled to express my disappointment in you Keith. Your name is definitely not on Jimmy luring others in cuz it looks good. I will no longer tell anyone where I got Jimmy. If you read this though, bring a mechanic. read more

My wife was looking for a travel trailer. I spotted one she liked on Keith's lot. We stopped by to take a look at it. Keith came out and greeted me by the travel trailer we were looking at and was happy to explain everything about the travel trailer. We did end up purchasing the travel trailer at a good and fair price. I found Keith to be more on the side of a no pressure salesman. I avoid most dealerships because I don't like to be pressured. I got a good feeling from Keith, his assistant Beth and his mechanic Gary. All of them were very happy happy to answer my question when I returned several times and made several phone calls. The unit was ready for pick up when promised. Keith went over how to operate all the appliances in the travel trailer and even ensured that every thing was hooked up correctly and the lights were all working for a safe travel to my home. Keith and Gary provided a lot of information being that I have never owned a travel trailer before. I did find that the stove vent fan, 1 light and the radio did not work. But it took me 2 minutes to replace the fuse and all is working now. I tested the refrigerator, stove, A/C and D/C converted, battery charger, awning, air conditioning unit, sinks, shower, lights and all are working. Oh and by the way - Keith could have just sold it as is because it is used. But after looking the unit over after I got it home i found that Keith and Gary had made several repairs that I never asked for at no charge to me and no increase of the original agreed on price. One repair was replacing the water heater that had a hole in it that would have costed me $350 plus labor. The bottom line is that you are buying something used so a few things might not be perfect, but with a little time you can fix them and the money you save is more than worth the time you invest to fix a couple of items. The 2014 model that is this loaded with all but 2 options would have cost me $24,000 for the 2014 model plus tax and fees. I got this one, that is 11 years old in awesome shape of 1/4 of the price of a new one. I'm not sure if the previous owner used it more than once or twice. My used travel trailer is rock solid. I feel that Keith and his staff are honest people running an honest business. Even my brand new Ford Ranger that I purchased from a local dealer was in the shop 8 time in the first year. 7 times for the same problem and a blown transmission at 5000 miles. This doesn't make the local dealership dishonest, it just means that my new truck broke and needed repairs, even though it was brand new. read more

My experience with Keith's Kars has lead me to write this review to warn car buyers to go anywhere else. So I call and ask, "what kind of down payment do you need". Then I make sure I have it. I call and ask what kind of financing do you have. Then I make sure I qualify. I call and make an offer on a car I know has been on the lot for 18mos because I live in the neighborhood and shop at Win co. Oh buy the way the woman that answers the phone did tell me that I could not Test Drive the car until she made sure I would qualify. (nightmare customer service) but the car I wanted had a fire fighter emblem on it and I thought that was to cool to own a car that one of our local heroes has owned so I ignored it. Well, come purchase day, I was told I qualified for a loan on a much older, poorer quality car for the same price and needed double the down payment to buy it. And guess what when I kindly said no thank you, Keith hung up on me. Buy anywhere else and to the car that will probably sit there another 18 mos, please find a consignment lot somewhere else. read more
