Had to ask what happen because ignition column was still OPEN and exposed wires and all. Was told all cars are stolen recovery which most cars from car lots get there cars from auction but too not fix them after you get them and want to sell them?? Not very professional. As it went they said they were not doing the 1k deal and just said that too get us coming there. So when that pissed us off He said " im not doing the deal with that attitude" " i dont need to sell the truck" well obviously you needed to sell the truck if you had us come down there too buy the truck. The service department blatantly lied to me. I called them to get my track diagnosed and repaired…read more I was told it would be done by wednesday dropped it off on sunday night when I did not receive a update on Wednesday. I called them Wednesday night and was told it would be done by Thursday afternoon. But to find out they had not touched my truck yet. They lied approximately 9:30 am on Thursday I received a phone call that they took a look at my motor and it needed to replaced That would have been nice to know on Monday. Then, I was told I would receive a $7000 bill because my motor had to be put back together before It could leave. Another lie i told them to stop working on my truck and push it outside. It still cost me $2200 for a couple hours of work what they did not document the hours on my bill.. Terrible experience so bad I went and bought GMC . I will never visit brickfird again and my service advisor never returned any of my phone calls left 3 messages on Friday, trying to figure out what to do with my truck and when I could pick it up, I've never received a phone call back, finally drove down there and paid them. The ridiculous money and had a tow truck pick up my truck! I would not recommend taking your vehicle there I'm not sure they know what they're doing. Terrible service.
