I feel luckier than most because I was taken for far less than some of the other unfortunate customers. I paid $378 for a service that was never done, let alone completed. That covered his exorbitant trip charge and one hour of labor. He stated he would return with a part but never did. Constant requests to refund have been unsuccessful. I will find some way to retrieve my money hopefully without having to resort to legal means. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THIS MAN NEAR YOUR VEHICLE. read more

DO NOT trust this guy!!!!! Andrew lied to us from day one! He came to "help" on deposit..promised us would be a week(?) saying he was "squeezing us in". we had to stay in a hotel @150/night In sketchy beaverton over a month!!(on what little $$ my deceased grandpa left me) always w/excuses "my nephew this..then his girlfriends father passed(?)" he lied about getting parts @179/hr..said he had his crew working on our rig doing "12 hr days" (?) all the while sending pix of rig being "worked on" while on side of road outside his shop. originally quoted almost 9 grand!!!! then came down to under 6 (?) Literally EVERYTHING on estimate was not completed. Terrible job!!! he lied about everything..& then dropped her off @hotel in the dark so we could not see what had (NOT) been done. toilet& roof still leaking. Terrible fiberglass & caulk job. It looked like a blind kindergartner did it! generator did not turn (one of main jobs) as we were about to travel x-country) he said it would turn(?) but dropped her off below 1/2 tank gas so it can't. literally drove w/sewage water all over bathroom ..water leaking thru ceiling/shower..I could go on & on w/the damage he caused (initially for repair), hotel costs/wait for what ended up being no reason.. now what we have had to repair (again) what he supposedly fixed (?) we could have replaced the whole rig At this point. also ..the awning canvas he said he had to have "custom made" ..we found on Amazon & delivered next day. upon installing it last min he put a big hole in fiberglass & tried to cover/buff it up. (I have before & after pix) All the whole time full well knowing I'm disabled w/my service dog ...leaving us in a ridiculous situation. He is a straight up liar!!! We r convinced the only "good"reviews are from someone he knows.. the people that left honest (bad) ones have somehow been erased (?) stay away from his establishment by all means!! Recently purchased a Keystone Travel Trailer and my wife and I took it to a RV park to try it out. Everything was great but the next day when I tried to retract the awning it came up, then extracted all the way back out. It would not retract back in. I tried using a drill on the manual override gear but it did not budge. Called the dealer and because of Covid19 no one was there. We could not drive off the RV Park until it was fixed. I called RV Oregon and my god, A live human answered the phone!!! I told them what was up and Andrew and I texted for the next hour going over the details. He was honest and upfront. He said he would be at the RV Park at 11am, said the work would take about 1.5 hours. I was still anxious as they were my only hope. The next day they arrived at 11am sharp, did what they had to do and 1.5 hours later the awning was fixed and actually worked better than ever before. The cleaned up after themselves (even tiny pieces of wire) gave me a receipt and thanked me for my business. NO, THANK YOU AND YOUR COMPANY for being the real deal. I highly recommend them for any of your RV repair needs. They bailed me out!!! read more

Andrew was totally awesome and helped us out with a roof AC repair. He got the part locally and turned the job around just in time for our East Oregon trip. He was accommodating and we appreciate him. When he tested the AC, he noticed the generator exhaust holder was installed incorrectly from the factory (it was a bit loud), so he took care of that no charge. Wow! What kind of shop goes above and beyond like this? So glad there is a great RV shop so close to me. Thanks Andrew! read more

had an issue with my Lippert Jack leveling system. Was getting an error on my left front jack and could only use three of the for jacks. Called RV Oregon and set up an appt. The owner tested my system and believed it was a crimped wire to my basement control pad. The system was energized and when he cut the wire to my panel, he fried by panel and the motherboard for my entire jack system. These were functioning prior to his arrival. The owner called to find replacement parts to fix the now shorted out motherboard, $525 to replace. He claimed he was going to get a replacement but it would take two hours to return. Due to time constraints I had to reschedule so that RV Oregon could repair the computer board that they damaged. That follow up appointment was July 7 at 11am. Andrew discussed how we should handle the replacement cost of the mother board. I was clear that this was totally functional prior to him cutting the wire and shorting out the entire system, and that this needed to be fixed. There was discussion about how he was going to get compensated for this repair visit where he fixed nothing and destroyed my computer board for the levelers. In good faith, I agreed to pay for the two hours of work and the service call charge, that did NOT fix the original problem and did about $1000 damage (parts/labor) to fix the leveler circuit boards that Andrew shorted out. July 7th came and no sign of Andrew from RV Oregon. At about 2PM I texted and asked if I was still on the books for the jack repair. Andrew claimed that he was running long on a job and could be by later that night or Monday or Tuesday the following week. I agreed to Monday. I have not heard from him or his RV Oregon Company since. Basically, I got screwed. I had one bad jack that was not communicating with the leveling system. RV Oregon came to my rescue and fried the entire system, rendering the leveling system worthless and now I am looking at about $1000 to repair the damage that this Company did. Keep in mind, I will still have to address the LF Jack error once I replace the computer panels. I paid this Company $377 for a service call that destroyed my jack panel and they have not followed up to numerous text messages, phone call and voice mails. This is not how any successful business should operate. steer clear of this place. I don't know how it gets a 4.7 star rating. read more

The sole owner of RV Oregon LLC has stolen $2,201.50 from my family! He convinced us to give him a deposit and promised we'd have our camper fixed before we had to leave town, as we are full-time RVers. He was super communicative prior to us giving him money and was pushy about the deposit. He had weeks to complete the job, in which he was to make $179/hour for his labor, and told us he had access to all the parts and that it would get done plenty in time. A week before we are set to depart and needing our home back, we try to touch base with him to see how things are going. He ignored us all week then finally said he had an emergency and would get it done and give us an estimate by Friday. All weekend we tried to contact him, and we were ignored. Called from a different number which he didn't know was us calling and he called back that number, proving that he was getting all of our texts and calls! Let me tell you, this guy has no problem ignoring you and when he finally gets back to you, he will go strong with excuses. He ghosted us up until the day we were packing to leave Oregon, and I started calling his personal cell phone and the sheriff. Andrew finally said he was in Idaho and hadn't even started our camper repairs and didn't even have the parts! He had our camper left at his house completely unlocked, no lock on it! Anyone in Portland could have stolen it. He told us to get the camper and that he would refund us 100% right away. Well here we are, and we've given him weeks to refund us but of course he had an excuse about Zelle not working and has ghosted us again! We are out over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, wasted months of our time and several trips to Portland, plus time trying to contact him, and we still have a broken camper and out the money we need to have it fixed elsewhere! read more

Called Andrew first and made an appointment. Easy I-5 access, and we drove our Tiffin Allegro in smoothly. Had a leaking fitting in the wet bay. Andrew and ground off a Pex crimp band, and replaced it. Ray pulled our misbehaving roller shade. Both fixes done in 45 min. Nice guys, no B.S., no surprises. We were in and out of there in an hour.
