Mike installed a 7 pin trailer connector and wiring on my SUV about 3 years ago and did an excellent job, so when I bought a new SUV and needed the dealer-installed 4 pin connector and wiring converted to a 7 pin (so I could tow my new teardrop camper trailer), I immediately thought of Mike. He was a little difficult to connect with, mid-summer is a pretty busy time to get hitch or wiring work done...I understand. After a few messages left on his phone, he got back to me asking for a little more information about what I needed and saying he was in my area and could be over in an hour to do the work! True to his word, he was here in an hour and he finished the vehicle wiring in an hour and a half (another RV place said it would take them 5 hours) and at a fraction of the cost of another estimate I had gotten.
