Lied to is just the beginning and ended with our trailer that had my entire life in it stolen from Storage Depot. Our trailer got stolen on October 29, 2023 and today November 13th we find out about it. They said they called us once on October 29, but never received a phone call from them or a email, the only reason we knew is cause we called today when they sent a email a week ago stated we passed our payment. Now why would they send that if our trailer got stolen. No email stating it was missing or nothing. Our trailer was part across from the office and said it would always be our spot, today we find out they moved our trailer and another got stolen the same day. Cameras do no good if their not checked after hours, which I was told today they don't looked at after 5 pm. Got the Norwalk police involved, they told us this happens quite a bit here. According to the worker it doesn't, we where lied to and they never reached out to us to tell us. So be careful where you park your RV and trailer. Don't recommend this place. The gates don't have alarms just codes to get in. read more

I've had my boat with Judy and Daryl at RABSIO for a year now and I have have been absolutely pleased with the high quality service and prompt communication that I receive. First, the valet service is top notch. I drop my boat off and know it will get promptly moved into storage, and when I want to pick it up, its waiting for me in the pick up area. Never late, always reliable. Second, my trailer got a flat and they immediately called to tell me, and also took the tire off and put the spare on so it didn't sit there flat. This is truly service that is above and beyond what I expected. Last, their pricing is absolutely reasonable for the storage, service and security they provide. I don't think I could be happier and believe I found the best place to store my boat and any additional toys I may get in the future. read more

First this place was awesome up until September when it was sold. I would store my RV take it out when need return (if they had a spot) when we were done traveling. I stored it here when we returned in late July. Judy was a customer oriented person if I stayed 15 days she would prorate my month accordingly. This last I called on 9/28 to let the new manager know I would be removing my RV for several months. I requested to pick it up before 10:00AM on 10/1. He returned my message on 9/30 informing me that If I didn't pick my RV up on 9/30 they were going to bill me the full month. He then informed me the new Managment didn't pro-rate the cost it was all or nothing. That didn't make sense to me so I asked is there anything else I could do. He said (his name is Manny) I puked forfeit my security deposit ($100) and that would be fine. I said that's better than paying the full month for picking it up on 10/1 in the morning and explained that's still seemed excessive, however agreed and said I would be there in the morning. This morning while driving in I was set a notification that I had been successfully billed for the month of October. A little dismayed at the charge when I arrived I woke with Manny he agreed that he and discussed forfeiting my security deposit however he never said he wouldn't charge my for the month. So thus place has went from one of the best places to store to something being run by liars and cheats. Manny is the liar and the corporation is the cheats. There are plenty of places to store your RV. This was the place now it's the place to avoid. Manny I look forward to the argument with my bank on your charges. I hope there are other social network sites I can utilize to help your new business out. You can't pay enough for bad marketing. This is in response to Ally who made a comment to my initial review. Ally thank you for confirming my statement. There is customer service that follows the letter of the law and true customer service that follows the spirit of the law. The fact that you defend the practice by saying "he has 10 years of experience in the storage industry" is the equivalent of have the ability to understand what customer service is would be like saying your daughter has been swimming for 10 years so we should consider her an Olympian. True customer service looks at the true picture of what "THE CUSTOMER" is trying to accomplish. I pulled my trailer out 3 hours late abd you charged me for the month. So your acknowledgment and apology seem wasted when you choose to neglect true customer service. I will continue to give you very low marks from that stand point. This place used to be the best and the facility is top notch, however from my side you about yourselves not the customer. Betty I'm sure is missed. @Ally all my demands? I asked not to be charged for a month because I couldn't make it by 10:00 AM instead it was around 1:30 that afternoon, and you charged me because that's what it said in the agreement. The business was great the customer service was great, until Betty left. I'm not making this personal. I'm reviewing the business that it is now compared to what it was. I have never meet you however I have meet Manny and spoke with him on the phone (see initial review). He lied to me he old me one thing and then when I got there told me another. I paid for the month and posted my review letting you know I would continue to give as much as reviews of your place as I could. This auto, boat, RV storage facility is as good as it gets! The entire staff has been so accommodating. The owner, Judy has been a pleasure to deal with. They thoroughly inspected my 1997 Plymouth Prowler when it arrived in November, from the East Coast and have taken GREAT care of it ever since. We had stored our 5th wheel here for 6 years and were very happy with the staff and service. After the change of ownership, they raised our monthly rent by 30%! I understand the cost of business goes up, but a 30% increase is extortion. We found a cheaper and better facility to store our RV. read more

There has been a recent change in management. I had my motorhome stored at this facility for the past couple of years and was extremely happy. Judy (former management) was fantastic and was pushed out. This new management is strictly about the money and could care less about who you are as long as you pay the inflated prices. Check their website prices, they are at least double what I was paying. I was fortunate enough to find another storage location at a reasonable price. Additionally, I called today and spoke to Manny about my security deposit. I was told it would take a couple weeks and the checks are issued between the 1st and 5th of each month. Ah... Hello... I terminated my storage at the end of October and gave them a two week notice (approx). Today, is November 19th... When I brought this to Manny's attention, he indicated it would take three to four weeks and this is within the current time Frame. No offer to contact anyone to see if the check was issued. At first, everything seemed great, until I received my trailer back and it had a dent on the side. I sent an email with no reply, I called and Nicole told me they don't carry insurance and they use your insurance and they will pay your deductible. The staff became rude/short and unresponsive. If you rent space here, request a tour and you will see how tight they park the vehicles. Request their insurance information upfront, in the case you need to file a claim. The staff and management will become difficult to work with once an issue arises. read more

My 2 jet skis were stolen from this RV store in Norwalk. Every time you need to get your vessels , you need to call and let them know. My skis were stolen at 9:00 pm on 5-11-2023 the manager Manny called me 2 days after to notify me that my skis were not on their place. I place a police report and he looks very suspicions. I saw the cameras and the gate "supposed was not working, he told me" and he showed me the cameras. The big truck that stole my 2 skis with the trailer didn't have plates and the cameras that supposed point the area were my skis were also didn't work. What a coincidence. I never appoint him that he stole my skis but he told me that people is saying that he in fact he is the burglar. I didn't mention anything it was him (Manny) that said that to me. I don't believe his story and in fact is very suspicions that they didn't notice until 2 days later. I'm so upset and I'm thinking to legally sue this storage. They think they can get away with it.! BECAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE THEY STOLE YOUR PROPERTY AND DON'T CARE. read more

Zero stars if I could. The worst storage facility in Los Angeles. At first it seems fine, the owner Judy starts off nice with little to no personality. Then the lies start to emerge. 24 Hour access is NOT really what you'd think. You have to park in a front area and leave your RV in a spot that is NOT secure. Everyone who has ever rented here has the padlock code. The "security cameras" are so fuzzy you can't make out anything from them. The rate you're told once you get in and settled, starts to slowly go up. Once every few months a little Here and there. And before you know it, you're paying 50% more than you agreed to and Judy the owner - who is hurting for money which is why she does not - is about the worst person you could possibly deal With. I could Not for one more month give my money to such a grumpy, mean, and honestly sinister person. She would do things like park someone next to your rv that was a complete wreck and tell You if you want them moved away from you're brand new rv, you'll have to pay more. Don't go here!! read more

We love Rabsio. Found them when our previous parking spot was no more and couldn't be happier. Very accommodating and very friendly staff. We were concerned with leaving our boat in an outdoor storage, the combination of elements and nosy passersby was not appealing. Rabsio was the perfect fit. 100% indoor and valet parking means no fear of strangers snooping around or bumping into your rig. The price can't be beat either. This storage place is amazing! Judy and Daryl who run it are so nice and accommodating. The great part is they pull the trailer our of your spot and leave it right out front for you to pick and then also put it back for you when you drop it off. They will fill it with water for you, dump it and to propane. We have been with them for 3 years now and couldn't ask for a better place or better people. I have stored my RV at RABSIO for the past two years. RABSIO has valet service and provide certain services (turn on fridge the night before, check air in tires, fill tank with water, and wash windshield) for free that other storage facilities charge for or do not offer. The rates are reasonable, facility is secure, and the staff is friendly. Very pleased! read more

Our previous RV storage location closed, and I found this place through Google. Couldn't be happier! It was important to us to have indoor storage. They have both indoor & outdoor storage. Judy was most helpful & kind during the vetting process, and since we moved our rig there. Only drawback is that it is only valet storage. But that's a very minor drawback, since the driver does a great job. They offer several services (for a small fee), such as fueling your rig, filling your propane tank if needed, even having your rig washed or detailed if needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more
