You simply cannot get better knowledgeable service at a reasonable price than at ESS. I just had a very long punch list done at ESS including new carpet throughout, replace a roof AC/Heat pump (along with ductwork butchered by a prior shop), new TVs/DVDs/Sound system in front and BR, replacement dash radio, Aladdin system resurrected from the dead, paint work needed from surface corrosion on the frames of all the slideouts, 4 new slide toppers, new generator exhaust, entry door window restoration, new CB/antenna and a host of service items including engine, generator, autoleveling and AquaHot systems, and more. Tom Bumpus and PJ McGann were simply awesome. The paintwork is a work of art ... you simply cannot tell it from the original and my paint is metallic gold which is extraordinarily difficult to match up. ALL of the work was awesome. After so many failed attempts locally to get quality work done near my home, it was worth the 2400 mile round trip to Elkhart. I easily spent more time and money locally over a year to get repeatedly disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the pricing, so the trip was well worth it. Tom and PJ have the knowledge, the experience and, most of all, the proper motivation to get it done right the first time.

Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place... we are certain, the same stuff is happening with their own Phoenix products. I fixed it myself Week 2- led light over awning stops working - wasn't to worried about that figured I'd take it in for service at the end of the season. Week 3- water line to fridge was hooked up wrong flooding our 5th wheel and causing major trim damage- pulled the fridge and repaired it myself and figured I would have the interior repaired at the end of the season Week - 4 converter burns up /no power to unit -2 days before our 1st trip. Since the beginning we made a lot of calls to tiara before we even received our 5th wheel. Reason is because they would never communicate back and left you in the dark the whole time . There is no leadership in this company. From the parts Dept to Chris the finance manager and all the way to the so called owner Todd . They were all horrible to deal with. They do not care after the sale. They will put all blame back on the manufacturer . And take no responsibility for the lack of service they provide.

In 2022, we built our first Luxe, a 2023 47FB we named Penny. She became our home, office, and adventure partner as we embraced full-time RV living. In 2025, after almost 2.5 years in our Toyhauler, we stepped into the new 2026 Regent at the Tampa RV Show, and we knew it was time for a new chapter. When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. From designing features to the little touches that would make Charley feel like home, she helped us see the possibilities. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our journey made the entire build experience exciting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She didn't just help us build a coach. She helped us create our dream home on wheels. That level of support continued long after the build. Oscar has always been there to answer questions, share his knowledge, and help us better understand our coach. No matter when we've reached out, he's been a trusted resource and someone we've always appreciated having in our corner. When delivery day arrived, Joe and his team made sure Charley was everything we had envisioned. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new home, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the factory. We stayed at the factory for five days and truly lived in our home to ensure all was exactly as we had expected! Most recently, during our one-year warranty visit (August 2026), once again the Luxe team delivered an exceptional experience. Leah coordinated the entire experience with warmth, positivity, and exceptional communication. From the moment we arrived, Kyle's knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. As we walked through our warranty items, he listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information. When we returned to pick up Charley, he took the time to thoroughly review everything that had been completed and continued to share his knowledge as an owner resource and educator. We left not only with a beautifully cared-for coach, but with an even greater appreciation for the people who stand behind it. We also recognize that experiences like ours are only possible because of the technicians, service professionals, craftspeople, and countless team members working behind the scenes. While we may not know every name, we are grateful for every person whose hard work contributes to the Luxe ownership experience. Over the past four years, we have owned two Luxe coaches, traveled thousands of miles, and embraced a life we once only dreamed about. Looking back, we're incredibly grateful that we took the leap. What started with a simple text message became one of the best decisions we've ever made. Luxe didn't just build Penny. Luxe didn't just build Charley. They helped make possible a lifestyle, a community, and a journey that changed our lives forever. For that, we will always be grateful.

We purchased a brand new 2024 Nexus Verrado 28S in April 2024, and it started falling apart…read more(literally) on the way home from picking it up at the dealer. Each time we use it, more problems arise. I've complained to Nexus, and they indicate they have implemented better quality control since our RV was built. They encouraged us to go to an RV show to see all the great improvements. Great! But we already spent our money on the one that's falling apart like a piece of junk. We've now had our RV for 1.5 years, taken it on 5 trips, and it has about 9000 miles on it. Here's a list of most, but not all, of the problems we've experienced so far: - On the way home from picking the new RV up from the dealer, the microwave door kept opening and slamming shut and the glass plate flew out and shattered. The latch wouldn't hold it shut. It was replaced with an identical microwave which also would not stay latched. An ugly external latch was added, and when that didn't hold it shut, a strap, like a seatbelt, was installed to hold it shut when traveling. We had to pay for that strap because, by then, it was outside of the 1 year warranty: the Nexus dealer said that they argued with Nexus, but coverage was refused. I contacted Nexus and they agreed to reimburse me, but then they changed their mind, indicating that the Nexus dealer's service department should have contacted the microwave manufacturer, and they denied that the dealer contacted Nexus... so too bad for me. They suggested I contact the microwave manufacturer myself! -on our first camping trip, 2 days after picking up the new RV, the fenders under cab doors fell off. -the water tank collapsed. -the slide hung at a severe angle. -the camper separated from the cab. -the bathroom door fell off. -the water pump failed. -some of the heat shields fell off. -the refrigerator slid out of it's compartment on one side (we found the attachment screws in the bag with the manual), -the levelers didn't stay in place and alarmed during travel. -the tiny horn, maybe suitable for a golf cart, but certainly not a truck or RV, could barely be heard. We replaced it. -the radio unit never worked and had to be replaced. -the tiny, undersized, under-powered bathroom vent fan did absolutely nothing. We replaced it. -a very powerful magnet had been installed in the bathroom doorway to hold the bathroom door shut, making it extremely difficult to open the door. One could easily become trapped in the bathroom. (I am not exaggerating... it was that difficult to open the door.) The door eventually pulled the magnet right out of the wall, leaving a hole with a long screw sticking out of it, and I discovered this when I cut my arm on the screw. We removed the screw and it's no longer a problem other than the hole that needs to be repaired. The door has a good latch to hold it open while traveling, and there was absolutely no need at all for this magnet. -the kitchen faucet leaked under the sink and had to be replaced. -the shower leaked behind the wall and soaked the bathroom and bedroom walls and floors. -the refrigerator only cooled to 50 degrees and had to be replaced. -the awning didn't retract properly. -water leaks out the left side of the driver's visor when it rains. -the rain gutters are set up so that the water drains directly over the cab doors, pouring a steady stream of water onto anyone trying to get in. -something's wrong with the fueling assembly and it's very difficult to get fuel into it (takes a lot of time, and fuel inevitably spills down the side onto the ground, even filling slowly with both caps open to insure venting). -and, most recently, the wall panel next to the stove fell off. There was a single staple in it, and that was stapled into the thin air. -We keep finding screws and plastic parts on the floor after we've driven the RV. - The ride is terrible, almost as if there are no shocks at all. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable, and the violent bumping and jumping on all but the smoothest roads is certainly contributing to the continuing problems I've described. Negligence on Nexus's part, including poor design, poor manufacturing practices, and poor quality control, allowed this RV to be released for sale. About 2 months ago, I asked Nexus Management to consider taking responsibility for this by assisting us with replacing it at a low cost ( or even no cost, under the circumstances) with the same model, but made after they corrected the manufacturing process and implemented quality control. I reminded them again early in September. Nexus Management has not responded
