I am having the EXACT same situation (see review dated 9/27/2024) with Tiara RV (Kyle) canceling a extended warranty. Been trying since May 2024 still no refund. I sent a complaint to the BBB, still no refund. I see there's other complaints on BBB about same issue with Tiara. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. 4 weeks of owning out 5th wheel and have yet to go anywhere . Week 1- they delivered our 5th wheel to us with no power cord so we couldn't even use it for the first 3 days. Also window trim popping off on a lot of the Windows. I fixed it myself Week 2- led light over awning stops working - wasn't to worried about that figured I'd take it in for service at the end of the season. Week 3- water line to fridge was hooked up wrong flooding our 5th wheel and causing major trim damage- pulled the fridge and repaired it myself and figured I would have the interior repaired at the end of the season Week - 4 converter burns up /no power to unit -2 days before our 1st trip. Since the beginning we made a lot of calls to tiara before we even received our 5th wheel. Reason is because they would never communicate back and left you in the dark the whole time . There is no leadership in this company. From the parts Dept to Chris the finance manager and all the way to the so called owner Todd . They were all horrible to deal with. They do not care after the sale. They will put all blame back on the manufacturer . And take no responsibility for the lack of service they provide. read more

We've purchased 2 Montana 5th wheel trailers from this place. The first a few years ago & again in the spring of 2023. The sales person we had both times was very knowledgeable about the products & gave us a better price than any other dealer we spoke with. We got more for our trade in and paid less for the new camper. The whole process was easy. We did not use their financing so no comments there. We did not use their service department either so no comments there. I would give 5 stars if there was a phone call or some other contact after the sale to make sure everything was good. read more

Shipping costs are outrageous! I don't mind paying for shipping but at least discuss it with me prior to just charging my bank card after the sale of parts have gone through. Apparently it's not common sense to ask, "are you ok with shipping costs being $100 OVER the cost of the actual parts?". I lost my driver's side wheel fender skirt from my 2016 Keystone Passport TT on a previous road trip. I was happy to find the exact match at Elk Mountain and the confirmation came from someone at tiararvsales.com. I received the confirmation email, but had not seen if the part was in stock or when it would ship. I sent an email asking these questions and in a few minutes I received an email with my answers. The part arrived via FedEx (from Indiana to San Diego) on the scheduled day. Perfect match and fit for what I needed. Super happy with the product, the price was I think fair and the best I found after searching, shipping was free for this item, and I could not have asked for better communication back and forth with Ryan about this purchase. Was looking to replace my trailer with a newer model and found the one we liked on FB Marketplace. It had the Exact layout we wanted and was in our price range for a 2017 model. Found out it was at Tiara RV which was 1.5 hours from Grand Rapids in Elkhart, Indiana. Okay, we can check it out. My son was looking at the same time and checked them out and found a deal he liked so we both drove down together. Upon entering we were greeted by several people including our salesman Tanner Livingston. The salesman that had quoted my son on his unit turned him over to Tanner so we all did everything together. We looked at the trailer and really liked it. Same with my son on his trailer (a new 2020) Went back to the office and sat with Tanner while he worked up my deal first. I had a fair offer in mind (didn't say anything though) and Tanner presented me with a price that exceeded that. We were very satisfied with his initial offer and didn't feel the need to beat him up-SOLD. Then he wrote up the offer for my sons pick. After a moment of negotiation the deal was done-SOLD. Tanner went out of his way to make two really great deals for us. A Great salesman. We came back the following week to pick ours up and it was in the garage to do the walk thru. Matt did a nice job going thru everything. The hitch we wanted(Husky 32216) was installed. Signed papers, paid the amount due and we were on our way in less than 90 min. Our experience in dealing with Tanner and Tiara RV was exceptional and pleasant. Everybody was friendly, professional and helpful. The same was experienced when I returned with my son to pick up his new trailer. But the only thing missing from my purchase/pickup was the remote for the installed Jensen stereo. Well, Tanner found one and had it waiting for me on this visit! What customer service. Whatever past bad reviews I saw here on YELP do not reflect what I saw and experienced on my three visits. i bought my camper from them and wish I never heard of them. They were to fix items wrong at walk through. They had my camper off and on for a total of a year. They damaged my camper while fixing something else. They admitted it and said they would fix it when I bring it back as they already had for three months that time. The last guy stated that is how it was when I brought it in. The employee was not even there when they damaged it as they go through employees like water. They stated Forrest River sent and they received the shower rod assembly to be replaced as it was bent and did not close at the top. The last guy refused to replace it when I brought it back. He just had them bend it up to be worse than it was when they started. RUN DON'T WALK RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER HIMSELF APPROVED OF THEM NOT FIXING WHAT AN EMPLOYEE ADMITTED TO DAMAGING EVEN THOUGH THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FIXED PREVIOUSLY! Purchased 2021 Montana Legacy at a savings in Elkhart from Tiara Sales , our salesman - Jarred Campoli was always very helpful. He was able to answer any and all questions to the best of his abilities. Tiara service and maintenance department on the other hand, just the opposite. I don't know how they stay in business operating this way. Keystone warranty is like blowing in the wind - W O R S T ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Learn for yourself. Could not take our Montana Legacy to any dealer because they did not sell it - then when we did try to make an appointment or get help from service department - months out and no one to answer any questions. KEYSTONE should be proud of their product - but there is no quality or product control - KEYSTONE kept passing the buck to someone else that didn't have a clue. The KEYSTONE factory was very undependable and lied about the transfer switch. Would not pay or replace it because it was bad. We still have trouble with the KEY satellite/TV switch and believe it is not hooked to the antenna in the unit. Our black water always had a leak and I pulled the plumbing apart and found a big job of silicone/glue in the shut off that would not allow the valve to close all the way. Through our travels, we have met people with Momentums have very good warranties and fix what needs to be done quickly. Our Montana Legacy is a very nice unit - but the workmanship as far as the electrical, plumbing and technical (TVs) are something to be desired. THREE SEASON DOORS - go to the dealership. If I could give them 1 star, I would. Please don't order you CANNOT return anything and they will not take any responsibility after the sale. We spent $2800 for a three seasons door. I was assured that I would get everything for a self install, that was a lie. No parts list, no bolts or hardware, no instructions. You have to make a claim within 48 hours but you can't do that because it's impossible to know if anything is missing or wrong without a part's list. Stephanie and her supervisor, Ashley, were downright rude as soon as the sale went through. Just pay the dealership to do the install. I found out after the purchase, it would have been cheaper to have them install and purchase the doors. read more

We purchased a top of the line 5th wheel from Tiara. While they matched the price another dealer gave us a little farther away, the service left much to be desired. The salesman who gave us our walkthrough told us many things that are false/wrong about the RV - how things were supposed to work, proper procedures, etc. We basically had to throw away any information he gave us and do our own research! The business collected too much sales tax (over $1000 too much) and it's been over a month and we're still waiting for the refund. I could go on, but still waiting for them to fix it read more

I brought a 2021 Keystone Outback, and had a bad freezer, trim falling off, and a leak in the roof. The customer service was terrible. Called in May and was told couldn't bring it in until August. I worked over the phone with Gary for several weeks, gathering information, asking questions, figuring out financing, and pickup/delivery options. Gary was not only uber professional and respectful but also incredibly through. The product, pricing, and service were so outstanding, that we drove 6 hours to see the product/complete the sale. All questions were addressed in the walk through and any issues were promptly resolved. We bought a 2017 Starcraft AR ONE MAXX from Tiara in September 2016. After camping in it one weekend, the door would not unlock. The trailer is supposed to be under warrantee and I called Tiara regarding the lock. I was told in September of 2016, they would order and send us a new lock. Never received it, despite calling back a couple of times. Now we're getting our camper ready for a spring break trip and the lock is an issue as well as the battery now doesn't hold a charge. Tiara now says they will sell us a battery for $99 and a new lock for $50 then have us send in the lock to the manufacturer to be reimbursed. And the battery is not their problem. So if you plan to buy from Tiara, be warned they will not provide customer service. Luckily the lock manufacturer rvlocksandmore.com was nice enough to provide us with a new lock and striker plate for free as well as change the cylinder in the previous door lock so it's in working order. At no charge to us, that's customer service. In addition, the battery manufacturer World Wide Battery will swap out our faulty battery for a new one. Two companies we did not pay a dime to taking care of their product; whereas, Tiara would happily charge us $150 on top of the $13,000 we spent on the trailer last year. read more

Upon arriving home we found some things wrong with our new travel trailer and we think they knew it because there was a X on the door which is broke.. we have tried calling and texting with little to no help. The price was unbeatable and we had a deposit down at a different dealer in NY. Jarred's YouTube review of our 2021 Montana High Country 294RL made us switch. Hands down a great deal even with an 8 hour drive. Chad's walk-through was very informative and thorough. Chad might even give you his personal cell phone number if we have any questions but you can always call Jarred. Terrible customer service! A friend bought a used Brookstone fifth wheel and upon inspection found mold on the rear living room panel and a broken mirror in the bedroom. The contractually agreed to fix both. They removed the doors before delivery and never heard from them for over two months and they had all kinds of excuses. They never replaced the doors in fact they lost the original closet frames. They were privately replaced by the owner and Tiara at this point refuses to pay. The panel on the rear wall was replaced and caulking applied to to suspected leak on one of the tail lights. Mold reappeared four months later Tiara would not even answer the phone after MULTIPLE TRIES. Again, upon the owners inspection and panel removed....it was FULL of mold and never cleaned. They refuse to answer the phone. ALSO, the AC smelled terrible when running and found mold all over the inside. Again, owner had to find some private person clean . At this point they are contacting the Better Business bureau (Tiara is not accredited) and their lawyer. 8-24-2017 read more

Update: It has now been over two weeks since I called to resolve the issue with the missing refrigerator vent. I have been assured that it would be shipped to me "as soon as we receive it". I have heard nothing back from Tiara RV. Now I will be filing a complaint with Keystone, calling their shop as often as possible, as well as informing all that will listen (both personally and through every social media avenue possible), that this dealership is not to be trusted. When I call their service department all I ever get is a voicemail that goes unreturned. Because of this issue, I have a BRAND NEW CAMPER with a refrigerator that cannot be used! If you are looking to purchase a camper STAY AWAY FROM TIARA RV. They will promise you the moon regarding taking care of you after the sale, and in reality all you will receive is lies and lip service!! read more

They installed a washer/dryer combo in our unit 2011. They provide a BBQ every year for our MOC rally every year! Service is good!

Decent prices and responsive to questions, but don't count on any shipping promises. Shipped later than stated, and by means that guaranteed late arrival, AFTER we're leaving town. Whether known by Tiara RV, or Elk Mountain RV or Keystone RV parts / supplies, I guess their philosophy is better late than never. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Back in April I order 2 replacement fender skirts and inky receive one. I checked the packing slip upon arrival that stated 2 parts were packaged. When I finally got around to having them installed, there was only one part. I contacted Tiara Rv after hours and the next morning at 730 am they responded with an email that stated they will not refund my money nor send out the part since it's been 60 days. But they will knock 30$ off a new one but I have to pay shipping of 35$. They claimed they checked their inventory after I requested them to do so. I highly doubt they got in there first thing in the morning and checked inventory before responding to my call. They still refused to refund or send me the part I paid for after I followed up with a phone call. For starters, I never even purchased from them, I purchased online thru Elk Rv. So unless you want to run the risk of getting ripped off, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. read more

I have had two purchases with Tiara, and both were very positive. Last year I ordered a fender skirt for my 5th wheel after trying to get one from a local dealer. They had the fender skirt to me in no time at a reasonable cost. Then last month, while I was passing through Elkhart, I needed a key for my baggage door. I tried the manufacturer of my RV first and did not have any luck finding the key I needed. Tiara had the key in stock. I stopped by and picked it up. They saved the day. read more

DO NOT GO TO TIARA RV ON CASSOPOLIS RD IN ELKHART TO PURCHASE OR HAVE SERVICE WORK DONE!! They are dishonest and purposely not true to their word. Andy and I bought a 5th wheel RV from them in May. Before the purchase we we're told by our salesman Jim, that, "We will do a walk through before leaving and anything that is found to be wrong will be fixed by our service department at no cost." We were very pleased by this as this was a very big purchase. During the walk through we found several things that needed attention, some small, some rather big (like tank sensors). The service guy, Matt I believe, said, "We have 32 units scheduled and would not be able to get to it and would need to order the parts. Talk to the sales manager and make an appointment." Matt wrote our list of issues down. We went back to the sales office and talked to Brandy, the sales manager. She apologized and said that sometimes the sales department doesn't realize how busy the service department is, but "Don't worry, Matt has your list, we will order the parts, and call you when they come in to schedule an appointment for the list to be taken care of." We thanked her, shook hands and left. Jump ahead 6 weeks; we had not heard from them, so Andy called the service department who had no idea what we were talking about. Frustrated and concerned, Andy then called Brandy, who remembered him and the situation. Brandy apologized for the confusion, understood his frustration and concern, and helped Andy to get/make an appointment, and again stated the "Work will be done at no cost to you." We took the unit in on a Saturday and got a call the following Monday from Brandy letting us know that the parts were in and that "We need to make arrangements for how this work is going to be paid for." Andy reminded her about the walk through and what we were told. Brandy's response was "That is not how things work here." Andy asked to talk to our salesman, Jim, and was told he was unavailable. Andy said he would get back with her. He called back and went to Jim's voicemail and left a message. Andy immediately got a call back from Brandy and was told "I am your only point of contact from this point forward." Andy said he was going to contact a lawyer and Brandy hung up on him. Brandy then called Andy back and said "Because you have mentioned a lawyer we are refusing to ever do any work on this or any other RV that you own. Your RV has been pulled out of our garage and is parked in the yard for you to pick up whenever you want." read more

Tiara RV also installed a washer/dryer in our unit except they didn't bother to hook them up to the water line or even plug them in. These were stackable units that go into one of the tall closets. We took it to another dealer to have installed properly. We also had Tiara install a low profile air conditioner, they didn't bother to install a weep line so all the moisture from the air conditioner leaked into the camper. Very shoddy work, the owner never returned our calls or answered our emails. I guess since they got our money they didn't need us anymore. Buyer beware. read more

I also questioned multiple times the color scheme and also have proof in an email and they still sent me the wrong color scheme and now they won't take it back out refund my money.... I recently bought a 2018 Outback made by Keystone. And I bought my mother a Springdale at the same time. There were a few things wrong before we left and they said no problem we can replace chair that was all scratch up and a lock that was missing on one of the outside door. when we got camper home the microwave had slid out of cupboard where it was installed it wasn't fastened down. They told us Keystone would take care of this under warranty. Its been two weeks and we had to call them and now they tell us it will be another 4 to 5 weeks they are having problems with Keystone. Also said chair and parts would be shipped to the house and now they tell us we have to come 90 miles one way to pick them up when they come in .At the time of purchase they swear by their products but once they get their money( for both campers) they are singing a different tune. All they are doing now is giving us the run around ,what kind of scam operation are they running up there in Elkhart. We are contacting attorney general office Tuesday July 16 2018 and the BBB . We are working on getting our money back and they can have both of their campers back if they cant do what they said they were going to do. That doesn't mean months later , they were paid in full we didn't make them wait for the money .they took it quick enough. We will keep everyone updated as soon as we get info. Hope no one else gets sucker in by how great Tiara and Keystone is. Tiara is blaming Keystone so they can get out of getting our parts for us. DONT BUY from them! Sold us a used 2013 Crossroads Rushmore 5th wheel, "as-is" That had many problems from day 1. Found out some months later from another Crossroads dealer that damage to undercarriage was so extensive, RV should be totaled! Further, RV was considered to be unsafe to be on the road. We are stuck with an RV that can not be repaired, can not be sold, and is not safe to be on the road! And will Tiara accept any responsibility for this disgraceful and deceitful sale? in spite of many phone calls, and letters, NOT A BIT! read more

My husband bought 3 trailers from them, thought he was saving money because we are in Ca. Little did he know the customer service is a joke. They obviously didn't inspect the units before they sold them. They all had water leaks because they didn't bother to tighten down the hoses. The shower (grey) water was routed to the (black) water toilet, and the fridges don't work when they are hooked up to power. We called to get a replacement part to fix the fridge and they said they would send them for a month. Then when my husband got upset and talked to the manager he wants us to send the broken part first. We will never do business with them again and hope this saves you time and money that we are now stuck paying for. We bought brand new trailers and are already having to spend money fixing them. read more

We went there to purchase a new 5th wheel. We received a trade in value for our unit which was very low. We decided the following day to go back and close the deal anyway since we really liked the unit.. When we arrived we were not even approached. When we went in to purchase Tom told us that they had made a mistake the previous day. I told him that I was glad to hear that since all other dealers had offered us $4000 to $ 6000 more for our trade. He then told me that his offer that day was $5000.00 less than the previous day. I informed him that we had a written agreement and that he should honor. He laughed and said that they could buy new units less than he had originally offered me. We left and bought from another dealer in the area. I would never buy at this dealer since a man is only as good as his word. read more

If our coach was winterized in a timely manner, our coach would not have been burglarized. And now all we need is a valve for the ice maker. And they can't be bothered to return our calls. Do not buy from this company!!!!...we bought a camper last August and when we got it home AT&T phone company came to our house and told us that our booster antenna was dropping 911 call in our area. So we call to tell Tiara and got no help fought with them for a month and finally they got it in and it took 3 weeks to fix it so it went into storage with out checking it out (our fault) when we brought it out of storage after winter t.v. antenna still does not work. Then we took it camping for the second time Memorial Day weekend and the refrigerator door panel fell off and the awning on the outside while rolling it out the arm on the side broke. When we got home we called them and they said well we cant get to it until June 22, 2016 which is almost a month later and I said well we are going camping on June 10, is it possible to get it fixed before that they nope. So I guess we can not going camping on June 10 because we can not use the refrigerator because the door panel drops every time you open the door and we are not able to use the awing either its broke and this is all in 2 times using it. But we can not even get it in to be fixed for a month and hard telling how long they will have it last time it was over 3 weeks. so 1 month before we get it in to be fixed and they will have it about 3 weeks that is about 7 or 8 weeks that is more than half of our camping season. I am thinking that they may get this camper back and I will file a report with the bank and sprinter and corporate office. Be aware--do not go to this place for an RV Repair or anything. Always be VERY careful who you choose. We took our new 5th wheel there to repair the upper sidewall after an accident. The owner of the company stood in the parking lot telling my handicapped crying wife 'not to worry they would make it like brand new again'. So they had it for over a month while we spent time in a hotel. After we got it back everything looked great. By the time we arrived in AZ at the RV park the whole exterior repair had started to crack and would have fallen off had we tried to return 2000 miles back fearing it would fall off and hit other vehicles possibly fatally injuring people on the road. Our insurance company covered it well for the first repair which was thousands. At the time of the first repair had they reported an additional claim to ins co it would have been covered too. Because this is our only home we spent additional hotel time and money to take it to a great repair shop in Mesa AZ. After removing the outside wall they found covered up damage that was not repaired by Tiara. Instead Tiara chose to cover it all up with a 'band-aid' repair. This other repair shop had to take off all their repair and re-do it. We ended up paying thousands for this additional re-repair. After numerous calls, letters etc to this company they would not cooperate and offered us a tiny amount toward our additional repair which cost us personally thousands more. read more
