After my comment, the owner quickly reached out to send someone back to reclean my seats. When the guy came, he said the first guys used a vacuum that smells bad, and didn't use the treatment on the seats as they should have. He put the treatment on them and yes, the car does not smell like mildew anymore. Not sure why anyone would use something on upholstery that smells so bad to clean. The treatment smells a little chemically but this is far better than the wet dog smell from before. I am giving this 4 stars because even with the reclean, the original team and also the second team did not clean my middle console/cup holder/ gear shifter at all (debris still stuck on it), and they left a spray film on my windshield that gives a bad glare at night. The two teams spent nearly 2 hours each time with my vehicle. Overall the outside of the car looks great, the inside looks mostly great, and now it smells a bit chemically but I prefer this over the mildew smell. The company got back to me and today an employee cane to redo the detailing and i showed him everything that wasn't done and he left my car extremely clean and detailed. Maybe the guys that cane the first time need more training but im happy with the service and how fast they were to accommodate me. I will be using this company again. read more

After years of neglecting my poor car's cleanliness, Rx3 came to my rescue in providing an excellent detailing service right outside of my door. I've never done a mobile service before, so I wasn't sure of what to expect. I love that Rx3 has a convenient way to book services online and that they're very upfront about their rates. It must've been around 9-10pm last night when I decided to book them on a whim for an 8am premium detailing service. Since it was such a late request, I wasn't expecting much until I received a text alert around 11pm that my booking's confirmed. The email confirmation was also sent to provide me with the detail on the booking, but I must've not looked too closely to notice that the appointment time was rescheduled to 12pm. Imagine my confusion when I thought the guys were gonna show up around 8am when it's already after 10am and they still weren't there. Thankfully, Rx3's very efficient in responding to the concern I submitted on their website and notified me about the rescheduled arrangement. My detailer also called me to let me know when he's about 30 minutes from my place. It's great that they're honest in setting realistic expectation about their services. I opted for a scratch removal as an add-on to my detailing, but the gentleman was nice enough to point out that it's not possible for him to do since the scratches were too deep. I mean, it wasn't great news, but I'd much rather have him tell me the truth than for him to do a half-ass job and make me pay for it like some shady joints would. At the end of it all, my car's shiny and clean as if I just took it out from a lot (minus the scratch). For the efficient, responsive, courteous, convenient, and honest service, I'd highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a problem but it got resolved! When you fill out the questionnaire it's important to let them know you want to use their water source not yours. The 2nd time they came they used my hose which left some water spots. I wrote a review after they'd come back to fix it the first time, but it was late at night, the guy probably couldn't see the car well, and I saw more spots the next day. They just came and did a full RE wash using soft water (no spots). The owner replied to this about my ceramic coating...it protects the paint, but it does not ward off water spots. Those spots don't leave if you don't get them removed within 48-72 hours. Anyways, this company does a nice job, their techs are friendly, and most importantly they're committed to good service. One of the things I like about them is they are reasonable, thorough, and can usually come pretty quickly. Thanks guys for getting my vehicles super clean. read more
