Trusting my gut, I moved my 2025 Kia Carnival to a Kia certified collision repair center. They found $17,000 in *additional* damage that Hustead's missed, including a compromised B-pillar and floor pan. This ended up totaling my car, when Manny at Hustead's was adamant that my car would not be totaled. If I had stayed with Hustead's, I'd be driving my children in a potentially structurally-unsafe vehicle. Avoid this shop - they seem to prioritize capturing the repair job over transparency and safety.

It was the shoddiest work imaginable. I brought in a fleet vehicle to have a very small scrape above the rear driver wheel fixed. I have had other vehicles where this type of scrape has and in the past it has been quickly painted, easy breezy at competent body & paint shops. This was not the case at Frank's Auto Body & Paint. I have a black metallic car. The paint that was used was flat black it did not match the car. It's as obvious as daylight. Next, new paint areas are supposed to be blended into the rest of the car. Not sure how this didn't happen, but it didn't, and as a result, areas near the original paint damage are rough and look like they have been sanded. Then, there are areas of the window where it looks like it has been sprayed with some kind of paint substance. Not sure what it is but another body shop confirmed it was a type of sealant or paint. The worst part is between the panels, there are chunks of dried substance that are stuck between the panels. I went back to Frank after the rains stopped so he could take a look, and I have zero confidence in his ability to fix the damage he introduced to my vehicle, because he's not exactly the type of person who is into details. Do not go to Frank's Auto Body & Paint if you want to get decent work done, and save yourself from a hack job.
